Claims (9)
1. Selvsmørende hængselarrangement, som fungerer under høje dynamiske belastninger og som omfatter et kugleled (1), som er monteret i et hus (2) i hængselarrangementet, hvilke kugleled (1) er beregnet til at modtage en aksel (3), som er i stand til at glide og/eller rotere deri, kendetegnet ved, at kugleleddet over hele sin tykkelse er dannet af viklingen af et væv med ringe tykkelse liggende imellem 20 pm og 150 pm og blandet med en harpiks omfattende fyldmateriale, hvilket væv foreligger i form af bånd med en bredde liggende imellem 5 mm og 200 mm, idet båndene er krydsende i adskillige lag ved filamentvikling.
2. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tykkelsen af vævet ligger imellem 20 pm og 130 μιτι.
3. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at krydsningsvinklen ligger imellem 10° og 90°.
4. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at krydsningsvinklen ligger imellem 30 og 86°.
5. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at vævet er af syntetisk type.
6. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at harpiksen er af epoxy, vinylester, polyester, phenol eller polyimidtype.
7. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fyldmaterialet er af typen PTFE, MoS2 eller grafit.
8. Arrangement ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at fyldmaterialet udgør mellem 5 og 70 volumenprocent.
9. Arrangement ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at boringen i kugleleddet og dettes omkreds har en selvsmørende belægning.
