Claims (12)

1. Fremgangsmåde til modernisering af et raffinaderi, omfattende et system indeholdende to hydrodesulfuriseringssenheder, U1 og U2, i et bioraffinaderi, omfattende en produktionsenhed af carbonhydridfraktioner fra blandinger af biologisk oprindelse, indeholdende fedtsyreestere ved hjælp af deres hydro-deoxygenering og isomerisering, hvor enhver af hydrodesulfuriseringssenhederne U1 og U2 omfatter: - en hydrodesulfuriseringsreaktor (A1) til enheden U1 og (A2) til enheden U2, hvor reaktoren indeholder en hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysator; - en eller flere varmevekslere mellem råmaterialet og udledningen fra reaktoren; - et varmesystem til råmaterialet opstrøms for reaktoren; - en syregasbehandlingsenhed nedstrøms for reaktoren, indeholdende et absorberende middel (B) til H2S, T1 i enheden U1 og T2 i enheden U2, og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: - installere en ledning L mellem enhederne U1 og U2, som forbinder dem i serier; - installere en genanvendelsesledning af produktet til enheden U1 og muligvis til enheden U2, - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A1 med en hydro-deoxygeneringskatalysator; - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A2 med en isome-ringskatalysator; - installere en omløbsledning X af syregasbehandlingsenheden T2 af enheden U2; - erstatte det absorberende middel (B) i syregasbehandlingsenheden T1 med et specifikt absorberende middel til C02 og H2S.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til modernisering af et raffinaderi, omfattende et system indeholdende to hydrodesulfuriseringsenheder, U1 og U2, til et bioraffinaderi, omfattende en HDO/ISO-enhed, hvor enhver af hydrodesulfu-riseringsenhederne U1 og U2 omfatter: - en hydrodesulfuriseringsreaktor (A1) til enheden U1 og (A2) til enheden U2, hvor reaktoren indeholder en hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysator; - en eller flere varmevekslere mellem råmaterialet og udledningen fra reaktoren; - et varmesystem til råmaterialet opstrøms for reaktoren; - en syregasbehandlingsenhed nedstrøms for reaktoren, indeholdende et absorberende middel (B) til H2S, enheden kaldet T1 i enheden U1 og T2 i enheden U2, og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: - installere en ledning L mellem enhederne U1 og U2, som forbinder dem i serier; - installere en genanvendelsesledning af produktet til enheden U1 og muligvis til enheden U2, - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A1 med en hydro-deoxygeneringskatalysator; - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A2 med en isome-ringskatalysator; - installere en omløbsledning X af syregasbehandlingsenheden T2 af enheden U2, - erstatte det absorberende middel (B) i syregasbehandlingsenheden T1 med et specifikt absorberende middel til C02 og H2S; - installere en syregasbehandlingsenhed T3 nedstrøms for syregasbehandlingsenheden T1 for at adskille H2S; - genanvende H2S til reaktoren A1.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor enhederne U1 og U2 anvendes, indeholdende hydrogengenanvendelsesledninger, som forbinder syre-gasbehandlingsenhederne T1 og T2 med reaktorerne A1 og A2.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1,2, eller 3, til modernisering af et raffinaderi, omfattende et system indeholdende to hydrodesulfuriseringssenheder, U1 og U2, i et bioraffinaderi, omfattende en produktionsenhed af carbonhydridfrak-tioner fra blandinger af biologisk oprindelse, indeholdende fedtsyreestere ved hjælp af deres hydrodeoxygenering og isomerisering, hvor enhver af hydro-desulfuriseringssenhederne U1 og U2 omfatter: - en hydrodesulfuriseringsreaktor (A1) til enheden U1 og (A2) til enheden U2, hvor reaktoren indeholder en hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysator; - en eller flere varmevekslere mellem råmaterialet og udledningen fra reaktoren; - et varmesystem til råmaterialet opstrøms for reaktoren; - en syregasbehandlingsenhed nedstrøms for reaktoren, indeholdende et absorberende middel (B) til H2S, T1 i enheden U1 og T2 i enheden U2, - en hydrogengenanvendelsesledning og en kompressor på ledningen, K1 til enheden U1 og K2 til enheden U2, og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: - installere en ledning L mellem enhederne U1 og U2, som forbinder dem i serier; - installere en genanvendelsesledning af produktet til enheden U1 og muligvis til enheden U2, - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A1 med en hydro-deoxygeneringskatalysator; - erstatte hydrodesulfuriseringskatalysatoren i reaktoren A2 med en isome-ringskatalysator; - installere en omløbsledning X af syregasbehandlingsenheden T2 af enheden U2; - erstatte det absorberende middel (B) i syregasbehandlingsenheden T1 med et specifikt absorberende middel til C02 og H2S; - installere en syregasbehandlingsenhed T3 nedstrøms for syregasbehandlingsenheden T1; - installere en genanvendelsesledning R3 af H2S fra enheden T3 til kompressoren K1 af hydrogengenanvendelsesledningen af enhed U1.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor syregasbehandlingsenheden T3 indeholder to absorberende områder, som hver indeholder et specifikt absorberende middel til C02.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, omfattende: - forbinde enheden U1 til en svovlgenvindingsenhed, indeholdende et ther-malområde og et katalytisk område gennem installationen, fra enhedenTI af U1, af en omløbsledning af det thermale område af svovlgenvindingsenheden; - erstatte katalysatoren af den første reaktor af det katalytiske område af svovlgenvindingsenheden med en kold selektiv redoxkatalysator.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor en væskeudskiller (S) installeres opstrøms for enhver af reaktorerne A1 og A2.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enhederne U1 og U2, som indeholder højtryksseparatorer, lavtryksseparatorer, adskillelsessøjler og eventuelt tørringsindretninger, anvendes.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enhederne U1 og U2 anvendes, indeholdende ledninger til forsyning af suppleringshydrogen, eventuelt efter blanding med genanvendt hydrogen, til enhver af reaktorerne (A1) og (A2) og/eller indeholdende gasadskillelse/vask nedstrøms for enhver af reaktorerne (A1) and (A2).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor hydrogenforsyningsledningerne kommer fra reformeringsenheder.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, hvor carbon-hydridfraktionerne, som kan opnås fra bioraffinaderiet, er brændstoffer eller brændstofkomponenter.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor de brændstoffer eller brændstofkomponenter, som kan opnås fra bioraffinaderiet, er LPG, kerosin, diesel, naphta.
