- DK/EP 2855051 T3 11. Transportindretning til en metalsmeltemasse (M) i et injektionstrykaggregat, med en lagerbeholder (27) til metalsmeltemassen (M) og en transportkanal, i hvilken metalsmeltemassen (M) kan tilføres til et formhulrum (F), hvor transportkanalen omfatter en cylinderboring (12), i hvilken et stempel (13) er anbragt aksialt indstilleligt, og hvor der er tilvejebragt et samlekammer (15) til metalsmeltemassen (M), fra hvilket metalsmeltemassen (M) som følge af en aksial forskydning af stemplet (13) kan indføres i formhulrummet (F) gennem en videreførende ledning (21), kendetegnet ved, at der mellem stemplets (13) ydervæg og cylinderboringens (12) indervæg er dannet et ringrum (17), at ringrummet (17) er forbundet med samlekammeret (15) via den mindst ene fyldboring (16), at fyldboringen (16) i den ende, der udmunder i samlekammeret (15), kan lukkes ved hjælp af et ventillegeme (20), der er forbundet med en indstillelig ventilstang (19), og at ventilstangen (19) er anbragt forskydeligt i en aksialboring (14) af stemplet (13).
- 2. Transportindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at samlekammeret (15) er udformet i cylinderboringen (12).
- 3. Transportindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene fyldboring (16) går gennem stemplet (13).
- 4. Transportindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at ringrummet (17) er forbundet med samlekammeret (15) via flere fyldboringer (16) .
- 5. Transportindretning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at et fælles ventillegeme (20) er tilvejebragt til alle fyldboringer (16).
- 6. Transportindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at ventillegemets (20) tværsnit er mindre end cylinderboringens (12) tværsnit.
- 7. Transportindretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at en kontraventil (24) er anbragt i den videreførende ledning (21).
