Claims (9)
1. Et humaniseret, humant eller genetisk konstrueret monoklonalt antistof (mAb), som binder FGFR2IIIb, men ikke FGFR2IIIc, og som hæmmer væksten af en human tumorxenograft i en mus, hvori det monoklonale antistof (i) konkurrerer med det monoklonale antistof GAL-FR21, deponeret under ATCC-nummer PTA-9586, om binding til FGFR2 og (ii) hæmmer binding af FGF2, FGF7 og FGF10 til FGFR2IIIb.
2. Det monoklonale antistof ifølge krav 1, som er et Fab- eller F(ab')2-fragment eller et enkeltkædet antistof.
3. Det monoklonale antistof ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der konkurrerer med det monoklonale antistof GAL-FR21, deponeret under ATCC-nummer PTA-9586, om binding til FGFR2, hvori det monoklonale antistof er genetisk konstrueret.
4. Det monoklonale antistof ifølge krav 3, der hæmmer vækst af en SNU-16 human tumorxenograft i en mus.
