Claims (11)

1. Beholder (1) sprøjtestøbt af kunststof med en bund (2), en beholdervæg (3) og et indlægselement, som i et etiketområde på beholdervæggens (3) yderside er fast forbundet med beholderen, hvor beholderen (1) er fremstillet ved hjælp af en IML-fremgangsmåde, kendetegnet ved, at bunden (2) og beholdervæggen (3) har en ensartet tykkelse, ud fra hvilken der indadtil eller udadtil fremtræder vulstagtige fortykkelser (4), som udgår fra et indløbssted i bunden (2), på bunden (2) har et stråleformet forløb, på beholdervæggen (3) forløber med en skråt orienteret hældning i forhold til beholderens (1) overkant (5), hvor de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) på beholdervæggen (3) og på bunden (2) ikke krydser hinanden, hver især har en krumningsradius med konstant fortegn og er udformet sådan, at de under produktionsprocessen som flydehjælp garanterer en ensartet flydefront af kunststoffet.
2. Beholder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) er udformet sådan, at det flydende kunststofs flydefront under produktionsprocessen udbreder sig på bunden (2) og på beholdervæggen (3), hver gang med konstant hastighed.
3. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forløbet og tværsnittet af de vulstagtige fortykkelser optimeres til specifikke produktkrav.
4. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hældningen af de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) på beholdervæggen (3) er valgt sådan, at hældningsvinklen N i forhold til bunden (2) udgør omtrent mellem 30° og 60°.
5. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de vulstagtige fortykkelsers (4) krumningsradius tiltager hen imod beholderens (1) overkant (5).
6. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) har et konstant og i det mindste delvist afrundet tværsnit.
7. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er indrettet afgreninger, der udgår fra de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4), og hvis længde og tværsnit er mindre end længden og tværsnittet af de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4), idet afgreningerne hverken krydses gensidigt eller med fortykkelserne.
8. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der på beholderens (1) overkant (5) er indrettet en fortykkelse, der er udformet i tilslutning til beholdervæggen (2).
9. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at beholdervæggen (3) har et første område, hvori de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) har et større tværsnit end i det andet område, hvorved beholdervæggen (3) i det første område har en større højde end i det andet område.
10. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at beholdervæggen (3) har et første område, hvori de vulstagtige fortykkelser (4) ligger tættere ved hinanden end i et andet område, hvorved beholdervæggen (3) i det første område har en større højde end i det andet område.
11. Beholder ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at indlægselementet har forskellige kantlængder, og de vulstagtige fortykkelser er udpræget sådan, at flydefronten ved produktionen er tilvejebragt på samme tid ved alle ender af indlægselementet.
