Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication par moulage d'un récipient (1) dont au moins une paroi latérale (12), présentant une surface externe à double courbure, est recouverte par au moins une étiquette (2) d'habillage, le procédé comprenant :- une étape de mise en place d'une étiquette (2) en un emplacement prédéterminé à l'intérieur de la cavité d'un moule (3) de formage ouvert, en contact avec la surface moulante (31) dudit moule, l'emplacement prédéterminé correspondant à ladite paroi (12) à double courbure du récipient (1) à obtenir,- une étape de fermeture du moule (3),- une étape d'injection d'une matière plastique (M) fondue dans la cavité du moule (3) fermé et de distribution de la matière plastique (M) sur la face interne (21) de l'étiquette (2) orientée vers la cavité du moule (3) par le biais de canaux (33) de distribution ménagés sur la surface moulante (31) du moule (3) et débouchant en regard de la face interne (21) de l'étiquette (2), jusqu'à ce que la matière plastique (M) fondue remplisse la cavité et fusionne avec l'étiquette (2) de telle sorte à former le récipient (1) à obtenir,- une étape d'ouverture du moule (3) et de retrait dudit récipient (1) formé hors dudit moule (3).
