  1. FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL BAGNING AF FØDEVARER, ISÆR KAGER Fremgangsmåde til bagning af fødevarer, især kager, kendetegnet ved følgende fremgangsmådetrin: Anbringelse af bagemassen (10) i en skål- eller grydeformet bageform (2) af aluminiumsfolie, som er belagt med en bage-resistent forseglingslak; Bagning af bagemassen i bageformen (2) mellem 40 og 60 minutter ved en bagetemperatur, der afhænger af sorten af bagemassen (10), ved mellem 180°C og 220°C, hvor kernetemperaturen holdes over 90° efter bageprocessen; Anbringelse af et fleksibelt låg, der er fremstillet af aluminiumsfolie, på bageformens kant 3-8 minutter efter afslutningen af bageprocessen, hvor foliens kant er belagt med bage-resistent forseglingsvoks; Forsegling af bageformen med låget i en forseglingsmaskine via udøvelse af tryk og varme, hvor bagemassens kernetemperatur på dette tidspunkt er over 90°C.
