Claims (21)
1. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger med god modstandskraft over for aldring, omfattende: (a) en kontinuerlig fase omfattende mindst en hydrofob polyester, (b) mindst en dispergeret fase omfattende mindst en polymer af vegetabilsk oprindelse, hvor den hydrofobe polyester af den kontinuerlige fase er inkompatibel med polymeren af vegetabilsk oprindelse, hvilke sammensætninger er kendetegnet ved, at de indeholder 2-70 vægt%, i forhold til vægten af polymeren af vegetabilsk oprindelse, af en blødgører indeholdende mindst 75 vægt%, i forhold til blødgørerens samlede vægt, af en blanding af diglyerol, triglycerol og tetraglycerol, hvilke sammensætninger yderligere er kendetegnet ved, at den hydrofobe polyester af den kontinuerlige fase (a) er udvalgt blandt polyestere, der udviser et elasticitetsmodul på mindre end 200 MPa og en brudforlængelse på mere end 500 %, målt på en 20-30 mikron film ved 23 °C, 50 % RF og Vo = 50 mm/min ifølge standard ASTM D882.
2. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 1, omfattende: (a) hvad angår den kontinuerlige fase, mindst en hydrofob polyester i en procentandel på mellem 98 og 45 vægt% i forhold til summen af bestanddelene (a) og (b), (b) hvad angår den dispergerede fase, mindst en polymer af vegetabilsk oprindelse i en procentandel på mellem 2 og 55 vægt% i forhold til summen af bestanddelene (a) og (b).
3. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor den hydrofobe polyester er af diacids-diol-typen.
4. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 3, hvor den hydrofobe polyester af diacids-diol-typen er alifatisk-aromatisk.
5. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 4, hvor den alifa-tisk-aromatiske hydrofobe polyester af diacid-diol-typen er kendetegnet ved et indhold af aromatisk syre på mellem 30 og 90 mol% i forhold til syrebe- standdelen.
6. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-5, hvor den alifatisk-aromatiske polyester af diacid/diol-typen som den alifatiske syre indeholder en syre udvalgt blandt oxalsyre, malonsyre, ravsyre, glucarsyre, adipinsyre, pimelinsyre, suberinsyre, azelainsyre, se-bacinsyre, undecandionsyre, dodecanoinsyre og brassylsyre, deres estere og deres blandinger.
7. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-5, hvor den alifatisk-aromatiske polyester af diacid/diol-typen som den aromatiske syre af phthalsyretypen indeholder en heterocyklisk aromatisk dicarboxylsyre eller deres blandinger.
8. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 7, hvor den aromatiske syre af phthalsyretypen er terephthalsyre.
9. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 7, hvor den hete-rocykliske aromatiske dicarboxylsyre er 2,5-furandicarboxylsyre.
10. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 1-9, hvor den hydrofobe polyester er bionedbrydelig ifølge standard EN 13432.
11. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge hvert af kravene 1-10, hvor den dispergerede fase af polymer af vegetabilsk oprindelse omfatter stivelse.
12. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 11, hvor stivelsen er mel, naturlig stivelse, kemisk og/eller fysisk modificeret stivelse, hydrolyseret stivelse, destruktureret stivelse, gelatiniseret stivelse, plastificeret stivelse, termoplastisk stivelse eller blandinger deraf.
13. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge hvert af kravene 1-12 omfattende en yderligere dispergeret fase of mindst en stiv polymer, der har en Youngs modul på mere end mindst 300 %, i forhold til den hydrofobe po- lyester, der danner den kontinuerlige fase.
14. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 13, hvor den stive polymer er til stede med mellem 1 og 40 vægt%, fortrinsvis mellem 2 og 30 vægt% og mere fortrinsvis mellem 5 og 25 vægt% i forhold til den samlede vægt af sammensætningen.
15. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13-14, hvor den stive polymer er en polyhydroxyalkanoat.
16. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 15, hvor polyhy-droxyalkanoatet er en polymer eller copolymer af polymælkesyre indeholdende mindst 75 % L-mælke- eller D-mælkesyre eller kombinationer deraf med en molekylvægt Mw på mere end 70.000 og et modul på mere end 1.500 MPa.
17. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-16, hvor blødgøreren omfatter mindst 90 % af en blanding af diglycerol, triglycerol og tetraglycerol.
18. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge krav 17, hvor blandingen indeholder mere end 50 vægt-% diglycerol i forhold til summen af di-, tri- og tetraglycerol.
19. Bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-18, hvor diglycerolen omfatter mindst 70 vægt% alpha-alpha-diglycerol.
20. Film fremstillet under anvendelse af bionedbrydelige polyfase-sammensætninger ifølge hvert af kravene 1-19.
21. Poser og konvolutter generelt, ekstruderet og termoformet, lamineret med karton, aluminium, plastik og bioplastik, perforeret flere gange, fremstillet under anvendelse af filmen ifølge krav 20.
