Claims (11)

1. Hård skumplast af polyurethan, som er opnåeligt ved hjælp af omsætning af A) organiske eller modificerede organiske polyisocyanater eller blandinger heraf, B) forbindelser med i det mindste to med isocyanatgrupper reaktive hydrogenatomer i nærvær af C) i givet fald yderligere polyesterpolyoler, D) i givet fald polyetherolpolyoler, E) i givet fald brandhæmmende midler, F) et eller flere drivmidler, G) katalysatorer og H) i givet fald yderligere hjælpestoffer og/eller tilsætningsstoffer, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel B) indeholder omsætningsproduktet af al) 15 til 40 vægt-% af en eller flere polyoler eller polyaminer med en gennemsnitlig funktionalitet på 2,5 til 8, a2) 2 til 30 vægt-% af en eller flere fedtsyrer og/eller fedtsyremonoestere, a3) 35 til 70 vægt-% propylenoxid.
2. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polyolerne eller polyaminerne i bestanddel al) er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af sukre, pentaerythrit, sorbit, trimethylolpropan, glycerin, toluylendiamin, ethylendiamin, ethylenglykol, propylenglykol og vand.
3. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel al) indeholder en blanding af glycerin og saccharose.
4. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel a2) indeholder oliesyre eller et oliesyrederivat.
5. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel B) har et OH-tal på 200 til 700 mg KOH/g.
6. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel B) har en funktionalitet på 2,5 til 8.
7. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel D) er en propoxyleret ethylendiamin.
8. Hård skumplast af polyurethan ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel D) er en propoxyleret polyol på basis af en blanding af glycerin og saccharose.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af hård skumplast af polyurethan ved hjælp af omsætning af A) organiske eller modificerede organiske polyisocyanater eller blandinger heraf, B) en eller flere polyetheresterpolyoler, C) i givet fald yderligere polyesterpolyoler, D) i givet fald polyetherolpolyoler, E) i givet fald brandhæmmende midler, F) et eller flere drivmidler, G) katalysatorer og H) i givet fald yderligere hjælpestoffer og/eller tilsætningsstoffer, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel B) indeholder omsætningsproduktet af al) 15 til 40 vægt-% af en eller flere polyoler eller polyaminer med en gennemsnitlig funktionalitet på 2,5 til 8, a2) 2 til 30 vægt-% af en eller flere fedtsyrer og/eller fedtsyremonoestere, a3) 35 til 70 vægt-% propylenoxid.
10. Polyolblanding indeholdende som bestanddele B) en eller flere polyetheresterpolyoler, C) i givet fald yderligere polyesterpolyoler, D) i givet fald polyetherolpolyoler, E) i givet fald brandhæmmende midler og F) et eller flere drivmidler, G) katalysatorer og H) i givet fald yderligere hjælpemidler og/eller tilsætningsstoffer, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddel B) indeholder omsætningsproduktet af al) 15 til 40 vægt-% af en eller flere polyoler eller polyaminer med en gennemsnitlig funktionalitet på 2,5 til 8, a2) 2 til 30 vægt-% af en eller flere fedtsyrer og/eller fedtsyremonoestere, a3) 35 til 70 vægt-% propylenoxid.
11. Polyolblanding ifølge krav 10 indeholdende 25 til 90 vægt-% af polyetheresterpolyolerne B), 0 til 20 vægt-% de yderligere polyesterpoyloler C), 0 til 35 vægt-% af polyetherpolyolerne D) , 0 til 30 vægt-% brandhæmmende midler E) og 1 til 40 vægt-% drivmidler F) , 0,001 til 5 vægt-% katalysatorer G), 0,01 til 10 vægt-% af de yderligere hjælpemidler og/eller tilsætningsstoffer H).
