Description
官能基数が3.5〜5.5であり水酸基価が350〜550mgKOH/gである1種以上の高官能ポリエーテルアルコール、
官能基数が3〜4であり水酸基価が150〜800mgKOH/gであり、脂肪族及び/又は芳香族アミンを基礎とする1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール、
OH基含有脂肪酸エステル、及び
必要により、官能基数が2〜3であり分子量Mwが<400g/molである1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、
の混合物をポリオール成分として使用することを特徴とする硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法により達成することができる。
a)有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)イソシアネート基に対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有する化合物と、
c)発泡剤、
d)触媒並びに、
e)必要により助剤及び添加剤、
の存在下で反応させることにより硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
b1)ヒドロキシル基含有高官能開始分子を基礎とし、且つ、官能基数が3.7〜5.2であり水酸基価が370〜500mgKOH/gである1種以上の高官能ポリエーテルアルコールをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して20〜70質量部、
b2)官能基数が3〜4であり水酸基価が150〜500mgKOH/gである、芳香族アミンを基礎とする1種のポリエーテルアルコールをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して5〜30質量部、
b3)少なくとも1種のOH基含有脂肪酸エステルをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して5〜20質量部、及び
b4)官能基数が2〜3であり分子量Mwが<400g/molである1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤をb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して1〜20質量部、
の混合物であって、平均水酸基価が400〜550mgKOH/gである混合物をポリオール成分b)として使用することを特徴とする硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法を提供する。
b1)官能基数が3.5〜5.5であり水酸基価が350〜550mgKOH/gである1種以上の高官能ポリエーテルアルコール20〜70質量部、特に20〜60質量部、
b2)官能基数が3〜4であり水酸基価が150〜800mgKOH/gである、脂肪族及び/又は芳香族アミンを基礎とする1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール5〜30質量部、特に5〜25質量部、
b3)OH基含有脂肪酸エステル5〜30質量部、特に5〜20質量部、及び
b4)官能基数が2〜3であり分子量Mwが<400g/molである1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤1〜20質量部、特に2〜10質量部、
の混合物を含んでいる。
a)使用可能な有機ポリイソシアネートはそれ自体公知の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族(アラリファティック)、好ましくは芳香族多官能イソシアネートである。
b1)ヒドロキシル基含有高官能化合物、特に糖類、デンプン又はリグニンを開始剤として使用する。この場合、グルコース、スクロール及びソルビトールが特に実用的に重要である。これらの化合物はアルコキシル化の通常の反応条件下において固体状態で存在するので、共開始剤(coinitiator)と共にこれらの化合物をアルコキシル化することが通常慣用である。好適な共開始剤は、特に、水及び多官能低級アルコール、例えばグリセロール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール及びこれらの同族体である。
プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのスクロースとグリセロールの混合物を基礎とする、水酸基価が490mgKOH/gであるポリエーテルアルコール71.5質量部、
エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする、水酸基価が390mgKOH/gであるポリエーテルアルコール15質量部、
トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部
Goldschmidt製Tegostab(登録商標)B8496を2質量部、
エチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)中の酢酸カリウム0.5質量部、及び水1質量部、
を混合することによりポリオール成分を調製した。
プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのスクロースとグリセロールの混合物を基礎とする、水酸基価が490mgKOH/gであるポリエーテルアルコール46.5質量部、
エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする、水酸基価390mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール15質量部、
トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部、
ヒマシ油25質量部、
Goldschmidt製Tegostab(登録商標)B8496を2質量部、
エチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)中の酢酸カリウム0.5質量部、及び水1質量部
を混合することによりポリオール成分を調製した。
プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのスクロースとグリセロールの混合物を基礎とする水酸基価490mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール38.5質量部、
エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする水酸基価390mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール15質量部、
トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部、
ヒマシ油25質量部、
1,2−プロピレングリコール8質量部、
Goldschmidt製Tegostab(登録商標)B8496を2質量部
エチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)中の酢酸カリウム0.5質量部、及び水1質量部
を混合することによりポリオール成分を調製した。
Claims (8)
- a)有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)イソシアネート基に対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有する化合物と、
c)発泡剤、
d)触媒並びに、
e)必要により助剤及び添加剤、
の存在下で反応させることにより硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
b1)ヒドロキシル基含有高官能開始分子を基礎とし、且つ、官能基数が3.7〜5.2であり水酸基価が370〜500mgKOH/gである1種以上の高官能ポリエーテルアルコールをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して20〜70質量部、
b2)官能基数が3〜4であり水酸基価が150〜500mgKOH/gである、芳香族アミンを基礎とする1種のポリエーテルアルコールをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して5〜30質量部、
b3)少なくとも1種のOH基含有脂肪酸エステルをb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して5〜20質量部、及び
b4)官能基数が2〜3であり分子量Mwが<400g/molである1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤をb)〜e)の合計量100質量部に対して1〜20質量部、
の混合物であって、平均水酸基価が400〜550mgKOH/gである混合物をポリオール成分b)として使用することを特徴とする硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。 - 高官能ポリエーテルアルコールb1)が、スクロースとグリセロールの混合物を基礎とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤b4)を2〜10質量部使用する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ヒマシ油を、OH基含有脂肪酸エステルb3)として使用する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 低分子量の鎖延長剤b4)として1,2−プロピレングリコールを使用する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応を、イソシアネートインデックス100〜150で行う請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 発泡剤としてn−ペンタン及び/又はイソペンタンを使用する請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された硬質ポリウレタンフォーム。
