トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部、
Goldschmid社製Tegostab(R)B8496を2質量部、
酢酸カリウムのエチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)0.5質量部、及び
水2.1質量部
を混合してポリオール成分を調製した。
プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのスクロースとグリセロールとの混合物を基礎とする水酸基価が490mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール42.4質量部、
エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする水酸基価が390mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール15質量部、
エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする水酸基価が160mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール20質量部、
1,2−プロピレングリコール8質量部、
トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部、
Goldschmid社製Tegostab(R)B8496を2質量部、
酢酸カリウムのエチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)0.5質量部、及び
水2.1質量部
を混合してポリオール成分を調製した。

エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのビシナルTDAを基礎とする水酸基価が390mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール15質量部、
プロピレンオキシド及び開始剤としてのトリメチロールプロパンを基礎とする水酸基価が160mgKOH/gのポリエーテルアルコール20質量部、
1,2−プロピレングリコール8質量部、
トリス−2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート10質量部、
Goldschmid社製Tegostab(R)B8496を2質量部、
酢酸カリウムのエチレングリコール溶液(50%濃度)0.5質量部、及び
水2.1質量部
を混合してポリオール成分を調製した。
Claims (12)
- a)有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)イソシアネート基に対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有する化合物と、
c)発泡剤、
d)触媒、及び、
e)適宜、助剤及び添加剤の存在下で、
反応させることによりポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
成分b)として、
b1)20〜60質量部の、3.5〜5.5の官能価及び400〜550mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上の高官能性ポリエーテルアルコール、
b2)5〜25質量部の、芳香族及び/又は脂肪族アミンを基礎とし、3.5〜4.5の官能価及び350〜500mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール、
b3)5〜25質量部の、2〜4の官能価及び150〜450mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール、
b4)1〜15質量部の、2〜3の官能価及び400g/mol未満の分子量MWを有する1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、及び
b5)必要により1〜5質量部の水、
の混合物を使用し、ポリオール成分b)におけるb1)〜b5)の質量部の合計は100質量部を超えないことを特徴とする方法。 - 芳香族アミンを基礎とし、3.7〜4.1の官能価及び360〜420mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有するポリエーテルアルコールb2)を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルアルコールb3)は、3〜4の官能価及び150〜430mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルアルコールb3)は、3〜4の官能価及び150〜200mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルアルコールb3)は、芳香族アミンを基礎とし、3.8〜4の官能価及び150〜200mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルアルコールb3)は、3の官能価及び150〜200mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 2〜10質量%の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤b4)を使用する、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 低分子量の鎖延長剤b4)として1,2−プロピレングリコールを使用する、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応を、100〜150のイソシアネートインデックスで行う、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 発泡剤として、n−ペンタン及び/又はイソペンタンを使用する、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された硬質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- b1)20〜60質量部の、3.5〜5.5の官能価及び400〜550mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上の高官能性ポリエーテルアルコール、
b2)5〜25質量部の、芳香族及び/又は脂肪族アミンを基礎とし、3.5〜4.5の官能価及び350〜500mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール、
b3)5〜25質量部の、2〜4の官能価及び150〜450mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有する1種以上のポリエーテルアルコール、
b4)1〜15質量部の、2〜3の官能価及び400g/mol未満の分子量MWを有する1種以上の低分子量の鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、及び
b5)必要により1〜5質量部の水、
(但し、ポリオールb)におけるb1)〜b5)の質量部の合計は100質量部を超えない。)
の混合物を含むポリオール成分b)。
