Claims (5)
1. Proces til fjernelse af syrenedbrydelige salte fra en procesvæske, som anvendes til at forhindre gashydratdannelse i olie- og gasbrøndsoperationer, hvilken proces omfatter: indføring af procesvæsken, som indeholder syrenedbrydelige salte, i en varmeveksler for opvarmning af procesvæsken; overføring af den opvarmede procesvæske til en første afgasningsbeholder, som drives under reduceret tryk for fjernelse af medrevne gasser fra procesvæsken; og yderligere indføring af en skyllegas i den første afgasningsbeholder for fjernelse af medrevne gasser, hvor de med revne gasser frigivet fra procesvæsken omfatter medrevne syregasser samt flygtige hydrocarboner og andre flygtige gasser; hvor gasserne frigivet fra afgasningsbeholderen fastholdes i en oxygenfri tilstand; indføring af en syre i procesvæsken fjernet fra den første afgasningsbeholder, som indeholder syrenedbrydelige salte, for tilvejebringelse af en syre-/procesvæskeblanding; indføring af blandingen i en anden afgasningsbeholder, hvor nedbrydningsgasser dannet ved reaktionen mellem de nævnte syrer og de nævnte syrenedbrydelige salte fjernes; og fjernelse af nedbrydningsgasserne fra den anden afgasningsbeholder; og fjernelse af procesvæsken fra den anden afgasningsbeholder i det væsentlige fri for de nævnte syrenedbrydelige salte.
2. Proces ifølge krav 1, hvor blandingen føres igennem en inline-blander, før indføring i den anden afgasningsbeholder.
3. Proces ifølge krav 1, hvor en skyllegas indføres i den anden afgasningsbeholderfor at skylle nedbrydningsgasser fra afgasningsbeholderen.
4. Proces ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden afgasningsbeholder drives under reduceret tryk.
5. Proces ifølge krav 1, hvor procesvæsken, som anvendes til at forhindre gashydrat-dannelse, indeholder en forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af alkoholer, glycoler og alkanolaminer.
