Claims (17)
1. Cementholdigt kompositmateriale (10) til in-situ hydratisering, idet kompositmaterialet (10) omfatter: et trådnetlag (40) med en første side og en anden side og omfattende en flerhed af afbrudte fibre (42) arrangeret i en ikke-vævet konfiguration og koblet sammen med hinanden; et cementholdigt materiale (30) anbragt inden i trådnetlaget (40), hvor det cementholdige materiale (30) omfatter en flerhed af cementholdige partikler (32); et forseglingslag (50) anbragt langs den første side af trådnetlaget (40) og koblet sammen med flerheden af afbrudte ikke-vævede fibre (42); og et indeslutningslag (20) anbragt langs den anden side af trådnetlaget (40) og konfigureret til at forhindre flerheden af cementholdige partikler (32) i at migrere ud af trådnetlaget (40).
2. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor volumenet indeni trådnetlaget (40) og mellem flerheden af ikke-vævede fibre (42) definerer et åbent rum (44), hvor især det åbne rum (44) definerer mellem 80,0 volumenprocent og 99,8 volumenprocent af trådnetlaget (40), fortrinsvis mellem 95,0 procent og 99,8 procent.
3. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor trådnetlaget (40) omfatter en første trådnetdel omfattende en første flerhed af fibre arrangeret i en ikke-vævet konfiguration og en anden trådnetdel omfattende en anden flerhed af fibre arrangeret i en ikke-vævet konfiguration, hvor, især, den første trådnetdel er mindst en af stablet og sammenflettet med den anden trådnetdel, og hvor, fortrinsvis, den anden flerhed af fibre er tættere arrangeret end den første flerhed af fibre.
4. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 1, hvor det cementholdige materiale (30) omfatter 39-44 vægtprocent cementholdige partikler (32), 47-52 vægtprocent sand, mindre end 2 vægtprocent calciumchlorid, og 5,5-10,5 vægtprocent Qwix, eller hvor det cementholdige materiale (30) omfatter en flerhed af mikrofibre med en nominel længde på mindre end 0,1 millimeter og en diameter på mindre end 10 mikrometer.
5. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor indeslutningslaget (20) er mindst en af svejset, klæbende fastgjort, og smeltet på den anden side af trådnetlaget (40), hvor, især, indeslutningslaget (20) omfatter en polypropylenfilm med en tykkelse på mellem 0,075 millimeter og 2,5 millimeter.
6. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor indeslutningslaget (20) definerer en holdeflade og en åbning konfigureret til at muliggøre en fluidstrøm ind i det cementholdige materiale (30), hvor, især, åbningen har et område på mellem 0,001 kvadratmillimeter og 3,0 kvadratmillimeter, eller hvor, især, indeslutningslaget (20) definerer en flerhed af åbninger med en hyppighed på mellem en og tolv tusind åbninger pr. kvadrattomme.
7. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor flerheden af ikke-vævede fibre (42) er indrettet således at trådnetlaget (40) har en tykkelse på mellem ti millimeter og halvtreds millimeter.
8. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor indeslutningslaget (20) omfatter et ark konfigureret til at blive fjernet før eller efter in-situ hydratisering.
9. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor forseglingslaget (50) er dannet sammenhængende med det strukturelle lag (40).
10. Cementholdigt kompositmateriale (10) til in-situ hydratisering, idet kompositmaterialet (10) omfatter: et trådnetlag (40) med en første side og en anden side og omfattende en flerhed af afbrudte fibre (42) arrangeret i en ikke- vævet konfiguration mellem den første side og den anden side og koblet sammen med hinanden; et cementholdigt materiale (30) anbragt indeni trådnetlaget (40), hvor det cementholdige materiale (30) omfatter en flerhed af cementholdige partikler (32); et forseglingslag (50) anbragt langs den første side trådnetlaget (40) og koblet sammen med flerheden af afbrudte ikke-vævede fibre (42); og en belægning anbragt langs den anden side af trådnetlaget (40) og konfigureret til at forhindre flerheden af cementholdige partikler (32) i at migrere ud af trådnetlaget (40).
11. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 10, hvor belægningen definerer en holdeflade og en åbning konfigureret til at muliggøre en fluidstrøm ind i det cementholdige materiale (30), eller hvor belægningen omfatter en elastomer belægning med en tykkelse på mellem 0,07 millimeter og 2 millimeter.
12. Kompositmateriale (10) ifølge krav 10, hvor belægningen omfatter en yderflade og et tredimensionelt hulrum der strækker sig indadgående fra yderfladen til det cementholdige materiale (30), hvor, især, det tredimensionelle hulrum er en af kegleformet og tetraederformet.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et cementholdigt kompositmateriale (10), idet fremgangsmåden omfatter: at tilvejebringe et trådnetlag (40) med en første side og en anden side og omfattende en flerhed af afbrudte fibre (42) arrangeret i en ikke-vævet konfiguration og koblet sammen med hinanden, og anbragt i mindst en af et ark og en rulle, hvor volumenet indeni trådnetlaget (40) og mellem flerheden af afbrudte ikke-vævede fibre (42) definerer et åbent område (44); at tilvejebringe en membran (50) koblet til den første side trådnetlaget (40); at fordele et cementholdigt materiale (30) omfattende cementholdige partikler (32) indeni det åbne område (44) i trådnetlaget (40); og at placere et indeslutningslag (20) langs den anden side trådnetlaget (40).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, endvidere omfattende at danne en perforering indeni indeslutningslaget (20) med mindst en afen spids, en pulslaser (180), og en elektronstråle (180).
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, endvidere omfattende at sprøjte indeslutningslaget (20) på den anden side trådnetlaget (40), eller at koble indeslutningslaget (20) til flerheden af ikke-vævede fibre (42) under anvendelse af mindst en af et klæbemiddel, en svejsefremgangsmåde, og en smeltefremgangsmåde.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, endvidere omfattende at komprimere det cementholdige materiale (30) indeni trådnetlaget (40) under anvendelse af mindst en af et vibrationssystem (135), en trykvalse (137), og en presseplade, endvidere, især, omfattende at koble en første membran til en flange på et andet kompositmateriale med en af et klæbemiddel, en svejsefremgangsmåde, og en smeltefremgangsmåde, og endvidere fortrinsvis omfattende at placere et trådnetlag (40) mellem et lag af et første kompositmateriale og et lag af det andet kompositmateriale.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, endvidere omfattende at forbinde to kompositmaterialer ved at koble en første membran sammen med et lag af et andet kompositmateriale.
