Claims (14)
1. Motoriseret tromle (3000, 4000, 21000, 36000, 37000, 48000), som omfatter: et tromlehus (3700, 1070, 50700); en motor (3200, 4200), som er anbragt inden i tromlehuset; en reduktionsenhed (3100, 4160, 19100, 21800), som er anbragt inden i tromlehuset, og hvor reduktionsenheden har en reduktionsenhedsudgang, som leverer en rotations-udgangseffekt ved et lavere omdrejningstal end motorens omdrejningstal, og hvor reduktionsenheds-udgangen er forbundet med tromlehuset med henblik på at kunne transmittere rotationseffekt til tromlehuset; en stationær aksel (3210, 35210, 48210) med en central akse; og hvor motoren indeholder: et antal statorvindinger (3222); en statorstruktur (3220, 4220) til understøtning af nævnte antal statorvindinger; og en rotor (3230, 4230), som er således indrettet, at den kan rotere koaksialt omkring en ydre omkreds af nævnte statorvindinger med rotorens rotationshastighed og koblet til nævnte reduktionsenhed; kendetegnet ved, at statorstrukturen er fastgjort til den stationære aksel, og at den stationære aksel strækker sig gennem reduktionsenhedens centrum og er forbundet med nævnte tromlehus ved nogle tromlehus-forbindelser (3710, 3711), som er anbragt ved nogle aksialt set fjerne ender af motoren og nævnte reduktionsenhed, og at motoren og reduktionsenheden begge er anbragt inden for de aksialt set fjerne tromlehus-forbindelser.
2. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte reduktionsenhed er en cykloidal rotationshastigheds-reduktionsenhed (3100, 4160, 19100), som omfatter en excentrisk indgangsaksel, som er i indgreb med et indgangstandhjul, så at sidstnævnte kan bevæges excentrisk inden i reduktionsenheden, når nævnte indgangsaksel roterer, og hvor indgangstandhjulet har et antal n ydre tandhjulstænder, og hvor et udgangstandhjul har mindst et antal n + 1 indre tandhjulstænder, som kan indgribe med de ydre tandhjulstænder på førnævnte indgangstandhjul - og dette når den excentriske aksel udfører en rotationsbevægelse, hvilket udgangstandhjul er fastgjort til tromlehuset, idet der ikke er nogen relativ omdrejningsbevægelse mellem nævnte reduktionsenheds-udgang og nævnte tromlehus.
3. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte reduktionsenhed har en indgangsaksel, som er hul med henblik på at kunne rumme yderligere komponenter, som passerer igennem den.
4. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte reduktionsenhed er en harmonisk drivhastigheds-reduktionsenhed (21820), som omfatter: en bølgegenerator (21810), som er anbragt ind mod et fleksibelt kileorgan (21820), hvilket fleksible kileorgan ligger an mod et stift cirkulært kileorgan (21830) ved to radialt over for hinanden beliggende zoner; en indgangsaksel til drift af nævnte bølgegenerator, og hvor det fleksible kileorgan har et antal n ydre tænder, og det cirkulære kileorgan har mindst et antal n + 1 indre tænder, hvilket cirkulære kileorgan er fastgjort til nævnte tromlehus, idet der ikke er nogen relativ omdrejningsbevægelse mellem det cirkulære kileorgan og det nævnte tromlehus.
5. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor der findes et koblingsorgan med ortogonalt anbragte par af drivflader med henblik på at koble rotoren til reduktionsenhedens indgang.
6. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte reduktionsenhed har et fast referencepunkt, som er koblet til nævnte faste aksel ved hjælp af et koblingsorgan (35350), som har ortogonalt anbragte par af drivflader.
7. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 6, hvor koblingsorganet ligger an mod en kileløs bøsning (35352), som er fastgjort til nævnte faste aksel.
8. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor reduktionsenhedens udgangsaksel er forbundet med tromlehuset ved et bestemt aksialt effektoverføringsområde på tromlehuset, og hvor der ved den aksiale ende af nævnte motoriserede tromle findes et fjernt fra kraftoverførings-aksialområdet indrettet montagefladesystem, som er således udformet, at det muliggør anbringelse af komponenter, som kan ændre den totale aksiale længde af den motoriserede tromle.
9. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 8, hvor montagefladesystemet omfatter følgende: en fjederring (50511), som befinder sig i en tilsvarende notgang vejen rundt ved en indre periferi i tromlehuset; en montagering (50510), som er indrettet på en aksial inderside af nævnte fjederring inden for nævnte tromlehus, hvilken montagering har en affasning ved en ydre omkreds på den aksiale yderside, og som tjener til at kunne indgribe i nævnte fjederring; en klemring (50530), som er indrettet aksialt uden om nævnte ring; et fastgørelsesorgan, som er således indrettet, at det kan rage igennem den nævnte klemring for at tvinge den nævnte montagering aksialt hen mod nævnte fjederring, hvorved fjederringen bliver tvunget til at udvide sig radialt i den tilsvarende notgang i tromlehuset - og dette for at fordele transaksiale kræfter på tromlehuset.
10. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor motoren har en permanentmagnet-motor, og rotoren omfatter: et ferromagnetisk rotorgan, som er opbygget af et ferromagnetisk materiale; og et antal permanente magneter, som er anordnet i en bestemt relation til det ferromagnetiske rotorgan.
11. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 10, hvor det ferromagnetiske rotororgan er således udformet, at det har en indre omkredsflade og en ydre omkredsflade, og hvor der findes et antal magnetmodtagelsesslidser, som er indføjet mellem den indre og ydre omkredsflade, og hvor antallet af permanente magneter er installeret inden fordet tilhørende antal magnetmodtagelsesslidser.
12. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 11, hvor antallet af permanente magneter er indlejret radialt inden for det ferromagnetiske rotororgan, eller hvor antallet af permanente magneter er indlejret radialt inden for det ferromagnetiske rotororgan og hver permanent magnet af det nævnte antal permanente magneter, som er indlejret i det ferromagnetiske rotororgan, har en magnetflade mellem to magnethjørner, og hvor antallet af permanente magneter er anbragt i et skiftende mønster af nordpolspar hørende til ved siden af hinanden anbragte permanente magneter og sydpolspar hørende til ved siden af hinanden anbragte permanente magneter, som er anbragt ved omkredsen af rotoren, og hvor hvert par af ved siden af hinanden anbragte permanente magneter med ens polaritet er således anordnet, at ved siden af hinanden anbragte hjørner med ens polaritet - radialt set - er anbragt længere fra en indre omkredsflade på rotoren end tjerne hjørner med ens polaritet.
13. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 12, hvor de permanente magneter i et par magneter med ens polaritet er således anbragt, at der er et rundtgående gab mellem dem, og hvor der desuden findes et fastgørelsesorgan, som er således anbragt, at det strækker sig aksialt gennem det rundtgående gab.
14. Motoriseret tromle ifølge krav 1, hvor der desuden findes et roterende luft-skovlhjul, som er koblet til rotoren for at kunne tvinge luft til at passere ad en første, i hovedsagen aksial strømningsbane, som er anbragt mellem rotoren og den ferromagnetiske statorstruktur, og ad en anden, i hovedsagen aksial strømningsbane, som er anbragt mellem rotoren og en indre overflade på tromlehuset, og hvor den første og anden, i hovedsagen aksiale strømningsbane, danner en kontinuerlig sløjfe, hvor strømmen af luft i den første og anden i hovedsagen aksiale strømningsbane foregår i aksialt modsatte retninger.
