Claims (7)
1. Blodrensende søjle (1) omfattende: et cylindrisk legeme (2) et første hovedstykke (3) som lukker en ende af det cylindriske legeme (2) og har en første blodkanal (9) som er sammenhængende med det indvendige af det cylindriske legeme (2); et andet hovedstykke (4) som lukker den anden ende af det cylindriske legeme (2) og har en anden blodkanal (10) som er sammenhængende med det indvendige af det cylindriske legeme (2); et bærestof til et adsorberende materiale (5) indeholdt i det cylindriske legeme (2); en første endeplade (6) som er tilvejebragt på siden med det første hovedstykke på det cylindriske legeme (2); en anden endeplade (7) som er tilvejebragt på siden med det andet hovedstykke på det cylindriske legeme (2); og et cylindrisk blodgennemstrømningsrør (8) som strækker sig i den centrale del af det cylindriske legeme (2) fra den første endeplade (6) til den anden endeplade (7) hvor en flerhed af åbninger (11) dannes i overfladeomkredsen af det cylindriske blodgennemstrømningsrør (8); hvori: den ene ende af blodgennemstrømningsrøret (8) er sammenhængende med den første blodkanal (9); den anden ende af blodgennemstrømningsrøret (8) er lukket; den første endeplade (6) er placeret således at dens ydre overfladeomkreds har tæt kontakt med den indre overfladeomkreds af det cylindriske legeme (2); en spalte (14) er tilvejebragt mellem den ydre overfladeomkreds på den anden endeplade (7) og den indre overfladeomkreds på det cylindriske legeme (2); forholdet mellem den ydre diameter på blodgennemstrømningsrøret (8) i det tværsnit som er vertikalt i forhold til den langsgående retning, D1, og den indre diameter af det cylindriske legeme (2) i det tværsnit som er vertikalt i forhold til den langsgående retning, D2, er 0,35 til 0,50; og hvor blodkapaciteten er 6 til 10 ml.
2. Blodrensende søjle ifølge krav 1, hvor residenstiden er 0,9 til 10,0 minutter når blodgennemstrømningsraten er 3 til 10 ml/min.
3. Blodrensende søjle ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor forholdet i åbningsarealet på blodgennemstrømningsrøret (8) er 15-85%.
4. Blodrensende søjle ifølge krav 1 -3, hvor bærestoffet til det adsorberende materiale (5) er en strikvare.
5. Blodrensende søjle ifølge krav 4, hvor strikvaren er snoet om blodgennemstrømningsrøret (8).
6. Blodrensende søjle ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -5, hvor bærestoffet til det adsorberende materiale (5) består af en antibiotikaimmobiliseret fiber.
7. Blodrensende søjle ifølge krav 6, hvor antibiotikaet er polymyxin.
