Claims (15)

1. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme til en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning, hvilken mekanisme omfatter: et dosisindstillingselement (3) , et drivelement (4), et koblingselement (5) , der er placeret mellem dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4), hvilket koblingselement (5) er aksialt bevægeligt i forhold til dosisindstillingselementet (3) og til drivelementet (4) og er rotationsfikseret til drivelementet (4) til tilvejebringelse af en første kobling (5a, 5b) til rotationskobling og afkobling af dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4) , en klikker (6), der omfatter en første klikkerbestanddel (6') og en anden klikkerbestanddel (6"), der er aksialt bevægelige i forhold til hinanden til frembringelse af et føleligt og/eller hørligt feedback under relativ rotationsbevægelse der imellem, hvor den første klikkerbestanddel (6') er aksialt bevægelig i forhold til drivelementet (4) til tilvejebringelse af en anden kobling (10, 11) til rotationskobling og afkobling af drivelementet (4) og den første klikkerbestanddel (6'), hvor den første kobling (5a, 5b) og den anden kobling (9, 11) er udformet og tilpasset til hinanden, således at det på et hvilket som helst tidspunkt under betjening gælder, at enten den første kobling (5a, 5b) rotationskobler dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4), og/eller den anden kobling (9, 11) rotationskobler drivelementet (4) og den første klikkerbestanddel (6').
2. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første klikkerbestanddel (6') følger den aksiale bevægelse af koblingselementet (5) under den aksiale bevægelse af koblingselementet (5) til rotationsafkobling af den første kobling (5a, 5b) mellem drivelementet (4) og dosisindstillingselementet (3), hvor den anden kobling (10, 11) rotationskobler drivelementet (4) og den første klikkerbestanddel (6'), før den første kobling (5a, 5b) rotations-afkobler dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4).
3. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der er kendetegnet ved, at koblingselementet (5) følger den aksiale bevægelse af den første klikkerbestanddel (6') under den aksiale bevægelse af den første klikkerbestanddel (6') til rotations-afkobling af drivelementet (4) og den første klikkerbestanddel (6'), hvor den første kobling (5a, 5b) rotationskobler dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4) , før den anden kobling (10, 11) rotations-af kobler drivelementet (4) og den første klikkerbestanddel (6') .

Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at den anden kobling omfatter første koblingstænder eller noter (10), der er tilvejebragt på drivelementet (4), og tilsvarende anden koblingstænder eller noter (11), der er tilvejebragt på den første klikkerbestanddel (6').
5. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første kobling omfatter første koblingstænder eller noter, der er tilvejebragt på dosisindstillingselementet (3), og tilsvarende anden koblingstænder (5b) eller noter, der er tilvejebragt på et koblingselement (5).
6. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge krav 5, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første klikkerbestanddel (6') er anbragt mellem koblingselementet (5) af den første kobling og den anden klikkerbestanddel (6").
7. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge krav 5 eller 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første klikkerbestanddel (6') omfatter første koblingstænder eller noter (8a), og koblingselementet (5) omfatter tilsvarende anden koblingstænder eller noter (8b) til rotations-indjustering af den første klikkerbestanddel (6') og koblingselementet (5).
8. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter et huselement (2) , der er kendetegnet ved, at den første klikkerbestanddel (6') er permanent rotationskoblet til huselementet (2), og den anden klikkerbestanddel (6") er permanent rotationskoblet til drivelementet (4).
9. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en klikkerf j eder (7), der virker på den anden klikkerbestanddel (6").
10. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at dosisindstillingselementet omfatter en dosisskalamanchet eller talmanchet (3) , der kan rotere i forhold til huselementet (2) til indstilling af en dosis, og at drivelementet omfatter en drivmanchet (4), der er bevægelig i en første aksial retning i forhold til huselementet (2) under dosisindstilling, og der er bevægelig i en anden aksial retning i forhold til huselementet (2) under dosisdispensering, hvilken anden aksiale retning er modsat den første aksiale retning.

Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at koblingselementet (5) rotationskobler dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4) under dosisindstilling og rotations-afkobler dosisindstillingselementet (3) og drivelementet (4) under dosisdispensering.
12. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første klikkerbestanddel (6') og den anden klikkerbestanddel (6") kan rotere i forhold til hinanden under dosisindstilling og er rotations-låst sammen under dosisdispensering.
13. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at den anden klikkerbestanddel (6") kan bevæge sig frit aksialt i forhold til drivelementet (4), men er rotations-låst til drivelementet (4) .
