Claims (7)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt rørlegeme (100) til at reducere, hæmme eller forhindre mikrorevnedannelse i et polymerlag, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af en rørlængde af polymermateriale til dannelse af et polymerlag (102) til fleksibelt rørlegeme; tilvejebringelse af et forstærkningslag (103) radialt udefter i forhold til polymerlaget; og behandling af den radialt indvendige overflade af polymerlaget ved anvendelse af et fluid ved ikke-omgivende temperatur og tryk til at fylde en boring af det fleksible rørlegeme for at udføre behandlingstrinnet, hvor den ikke-omgivende temperatur er mellem 30 grader C og 80 grader C, og hvor det ikke-omgivende tryk er mellem 10 MPa og 350 MPa; hvor behandlingstrinnet omfatter blødgøring af polymerlaget og at tvinge polymerlaget ind i et tæt forhold med forstærkningslaget.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor der efter behandlingstrinnet udføres en fabriksprøvningstest på det fleksible rørlegeme ved anvendelse af fluidet.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter anvendelse af vand eller olie eller en glycolopløsning til at fylde en boring af det fleksible rørlegeme.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor behandlingstrinnet omfatter anvendelse af vand ved mellem 30 grader C og 50 grader C.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor polymerlaget er en fluorpolymer, et polyamid eller et polyphenylensulfid eller en kombination deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor polymerlaget omfatter en kompositblanding af polymer og en anden bestanddel, hvor den anden bestanddel er valgt fra metalledning eller nanopartikler.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor behandlingstrinnet udføres i 2 minutter til 24 timer.
