Claims (13)
1. Pulverkaffesammensætning, der omfatter opløselige kaffepartikler med indre porer, hvor mindst nogle af de indre porer indeholder en gas under tryk, og hvor de opløselige kaffepartikler er forsynet med tilsat fintformalet uopløseligt kaffe mate ri ale på en ydre overflade deraf, hvor det fintformalede uopløselige kaffe mate ri ale har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på fra 0,1 til 100 mikrometer.
2. Pulverkaffesammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor det fintformalede uopløselige kaffemateriale: (i) er afledt af ristede og formalede kaffebønner, der eventuelt allerede er blevet udvundet; og/eller (ii) har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på fra 5 til 50 mikrometer og/eller (iii) i det mindste delvist er smeltet ind i de opløselige kaffepartiklers ydre overflade.
3. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af pulverkaffesammensætningen ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at: a) der tilvejebringes en opløselig kaffepartikel med en ydre overflade og indre porer; b) den opløselige kaffepartikels ydre overflade i det mindste delvist overtrækkes med et tilsat fintformalet uopløseligt kaffe mate ri ale til dannelse af en overtrukken partikel, hvor det fintformalede uopløselige kaffemateriale har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på fra 0,1 til 100 mikrometer; og c) den overtrukne partikel opvarmes og underkastes en gas under tryk, således at i det mindste noget af gassen er indesluttet i partiklens indre porer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor den opløselige kaffepartikel tilvejebringes i et trin med spraytørring af en kaffekoncentratopløsning.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3 eller krav 4, hvor det fintformalede kaffemateriale tørres, inden det overtrækkes på den opløselige kaffepartikel.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 til 5, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter, at: iv) den overtrukne partikel afkøles, og at partiklen eventuelt emballeres.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 til 6, hvor trinnet med opvarmning af den overtrukne partikel involverer opvarmning af den overtrukne partikel til over den opløselige kaffepartikels glasovergangstemperatur.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilken som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det fintformalede uopløselige kaffemateriale i trin ii) eller trin iii) i det mindste delvist smeltes ind i den opløselige kaffepartikels overflade ved opvarmning af partiklen til en temperatur, der er lig med eller over partiklens glasovergangstemperatur.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor gassen under tryk: A) omfatter nitrogen og/eller carbondioxid, hvor gassen under tryk eventuelt er i en superkritisk eller flydendegjort tilstand; og/eller B) er ved et tryk på fra 1.000 kPa til 50.000 kPa.
10. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af en drikkevare ud fra en pulverkaffesammensætning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter opløsning af pulverkaffesammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2 i et vandigt drikkevaremedium.
11. Beholder, der omfatter den skumdannende kaffesammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvilken beholder er i form af en patron, en pose, en kapsel, et hylster eller en pude.
12. Drikkevaredoseringssystem, der omfatter en beholder ifølge krav 11 og en drikkevaredoseringsmaskine, som er tilpasset til at modtage beholderen og at dosere en drikkevare derfra ved tilsætning af et vandigt drikkevaremedium.
13. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af en drikkevare, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at et vandigt drikkevaremedium passerer gennem beholderen ifølge krav 11, eventuelt under anvendelse af drikkevaredoseringssystemet ifølge krav 12.
