Claims (15)
1. Katode til anvendelse i et genopladeligt batten omfattende: et aktivt katodemateriale omfattende: et stabiliserende stof omfattende et pulver med en gennemsnitlig partikeldiameter på 200 nm eller mindre, hvor pulveret omfatter ZnO, Si02, Zr02, SiC, ln203, Ho203, ZnTi03, B203, LiAI02, Yb203, ultramarin eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf; og Mn eller en manganforbindelse, hvor manganforbindelsen omfatter MnO, Mn203, Mn304, Mn(OH)2, Mn(OH)4, Mn02(0H)2, Mn(OH)3, MnOOH, Mn(ONa)2, Mn(OK)2, Mn(OLi)2, Mn(ORb)2, MnOONa, MnOOK, MnOOLi, MnOORb, ZnFeMn02, (MnFe)203, NiMn04, et hvilket som helst hydrat deraf eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf; og det aktive katodemateriale omfatter 0,5 vægtprocent eller mindre af det stabiliserende stof baseret på vægten af det aktive materiale.
2. Katode ifølge krav 1, hvor det aktive katodemateriale omfatter fra 0,01 vægtprocent til 0,3 vægtprocent af det stabiliserende stof baseret på vægten af det aktive materiale.
3. Katode ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor Mn eller manganforbindelsen er doteret med et første doteringsstof omfattende Pb, B, Al, Ga, Zn, Ni, Pd, In, Ag eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
4. Katode ifølge et af kravene 1-3, hvor Mn eller manganforbindelsen er coatet med et coatingmiddel omfattende Pb, B, Al, Ga, Zn, Ni, Pd, In, Ag eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
5. Katode ifølge et af kravene 1-4, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver omfattende ZnO.
6. Katode ifølge krav 5, hvor ZnO er doteret med et andet doteringsstof omfattende Al203, jernoxid, indiumoxid eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
7. Katode ifølge et af kravene 1-6, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver omfattende Si02.
8. Katode ifølge et af kravene 1-7, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver, og pulveret omfatter partikler omfattende Si02, Zr02 og ZnO.
9. Katode ifølge et af kravene 1-7, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver omfattende Si02 partikler, Zr02-partikler og ZnO-partikler.
10. Katode ifølge krav 9, hvor ZnO-partiklerne omfatter fra 1 vægtprocent til 10 vægtprocent Al203 baseret på vægten af ZnO-partiklerne.
11. Elektrokemisk celle omfattende en katode omfattende et aktivt katodemateriale omfattende Mn eller en manganforbindelse og et stabiliserende stof; en anode omfattende Zn; og en elektrolyt, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver med en gennemsnitlig partikeldiameter på 200 nm eller mindre, hvor pulveret omfatter ZnO, Si02, Zr02, SiC, ln203, Ho203, ZnTi03, B203, LiAI02, Yb203, ultramarin eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf; manganforbindelsen er forbundet med mindst en partikel af et stabiliserende stof, manganforbindelsen omfatter MnO, Mn203, Mn304, Mn(OH)2, Mn(OH)4, Mn02(0H)2, Mn(OH)3, MnOOH, Mn(ONa)2, Mn(OK)2, Mn(OLi)2, Mn(ORb)2, MnOONa, MnOOK, MnOOLi, MnOORb, ZnFeMn02, (MnFe)203, NiMn04, et hvilket som helst hydrat deraf eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf, og det aktive katodemateriale omfatter 7 vægtprocent eller mindre af det stabiliserende stof baseret på vægten af det aktive katodemateriale.
12. Celle ifølge krav 11, hvor Mn eller manganforbindelsen omfatter et første doteringsstof omfattende Pb, B, Al, Ga, Zn, Ni, Pd, In, Ag eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
13. Celle ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor Mn manganforbindelsen er coatet med et coatingmiddel omfattende Pb, B, Al, Ga, Zn, Ni, Pd, In, Ag eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
14. Celle ifølge et af kravene 10-13, hvor det stabiliserende stof omfatter et pulver omfattende Si02-partikler, Zr02-partikler og ZnO-partikler.
15. Celle ifølge krav 14, hvor ZnO-partiklerne er doteret med fra 1 vægtprocent til 10 vægtprocent af et andet doteringsstof baseret på vægten af ZnO-partiklerne, og det andet doteringsstof omfatter Al203.
