Claims (15)
1. Sammensætning indeholdende a. i det mindste en polyolbestanddel med et indhold af hydroxylgrupper på 9 til 15 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede vægt af polyolbestanddelen, idet polyolbestanddelen indeholder i det mindste en polyol, som er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af polyetherpolyoler, polyesterpolyoler og polyetherpolyesterpolyoler, og b. i det mindste en isocyanatbestanddel med et indhold af isocyanatgrupper på 10 til 15 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede vægt af isocyanatbestanddelen, idet isocyanatbestanddelen indeholder i det mindste en di- eller polyisocyanat-termineret polylacton-præpolymer.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polyolbestanddelen indeholder i det mindste 50 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede vægt af polyolbestanddelen, polyoler, som er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af polyetherpolyoler, polyesterpolyoler og polyetherpolyesterpolyoler, og/eller at isocyanatbestanddelen indeholder i det mindste 50 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede vægt af isocyanatbestanddelen, af en di- eller polyisocyanat-termineret polylacton-præpolymer.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at OH-grupperne i polyolbestanddelen og isocyanatgrupperne i isocyanatbestanddelen anvendes i et ækvivalensforhold på 1:0.9 til 1:1.5.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolbestanddelen er indeholdt i sammensætningen med en andel på 5 til 30 vægt-%, og/eller at isocyanatbestanddelen er indeholdt med en andel på op til 7 0 vægt-%, hver især baseret på den samlede vægt af sammensætningen.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de terminale isocyanatgrupper i præpolymeren ikke er blokeret.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den di- eller polyisocyanat-terminerede polylacton-præpolymer er en polybutyrolacton eller en polycaprolacton.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolbestanddelen og isocyanatbestanddelen blandes sammen med hinanden, og disse bestanddele i givet fald homogeniseres.
8. Anvendelse af en sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 6 som belægningsmiddel, fortrinsvis som erosionsbeskyttelsesbelægningsmiddel.
9. Flerlagslakering omfattende i det mindste en lakering med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6.
10. Flerlagslakering ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at lakeringen med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6 eller en dæklak fungerer som dæklakering (yderste lakering).
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en flerlagslakering ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at der påføres i det mindste en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6 på et substrat.
12. Anvendelse af en flerlagslakering ifølge krav 9 eller 10 til belægning af substrater, navnlig som erosionsbeskyttelseslag.
13. Anvendelse af en flerlagslakering ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at der som substrater belægges rotorblade, luft- eller landfartøjer, skibe, bygningsværker eller pipelines.
14. Substrat belagt med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6 eller belagt med en flerlagslakering ifølge krav 9 eller 10 .
15. Substrat ifølge krav 13 eller 14, kendetegnet ved, at rotorblade, luft- eller landfartøjer, skibe, bygningsværker eller pipelines tjener son substrat.
