本发明公开一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,所述的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法的制备方法包括如下步骤:首先对需要进行防腐的钢管内、外表面进行检验,再将钢管送至内除锈机,对钢管内表面进行抛丸除锈,使钢管内表面清洁,钢管内表面除锈后,再将钢管的外表面进行除锈,保证钢管外表面清洁,经过除锈的钢管将进入中频加热炉,使钢管被加热到230℃,然后将石墨烯导电防腐涂料均匀的施喷于内、外表面上完成内外层一次成型,本发明提供一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,具有优良的附着力和冲击强度,改善了涂料的使用性能的优点。

含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中具有各种类型,多种多样,有提出将低聚体、活性稀释剂、聚苯胺、填料、光引发剂、助剂进行共混,经搅拌、研磨、过滤等,获得紫外光固化聚苯胺防腐蚀涂料,所得涂料的固化受限于紫外光的穿透深度,容易固化不完全,从而导致涂层性能不佳;提出用低聚体、活性稀释剂、聚氨酯多元醇、聚苯胺、填料、光引发剂和助剂制得紫外光-热双固化聚苯胺防腐蚀涂料,改善了涂层的性能, 但稀释剂仍为有机溶剂,不利于环保。以炭黑作为导电剂,以聚硅氧烷、硅油为有机硅树脂,与固化剂和有机溶剂混合制得导电有机硅组合物。但是,炭黑与有机硅树脂的相容性较差,较难分散均匀,同时炭黑所得制品的颜色因呈黑色而不被人们喜爱。防腐涂料领域通过添加各种填料,但是其效果不能满足市场需求,达不到人们追求的硬度,附着力,抗冲击,柔韧性以及防水性显著的产品要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有优良的附着力和冲击强度,改善了涂料的使用性能优点的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,所述的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法的生产工艺为首先加料斗内的原料靠自重进入挤出机,在挤出机料筒内经加热挤压混合,充分塑化后从挤出机口模挤出,进入定型台,定型后的管材经牵引机,通过定长测定,由切割机切断,管材经检验合格后入库,所述管体包括环氧粉末、粘接树脂和聚乙烯树脂,所述环氧粉末占管体总体分量的41%-48%,所述的粘接树脂占管体总体分量的12%-18%,所述的聚乙烯树脂占管体总体分量的40%-41%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述挤出机机筒温度为190-230℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热挤压温度为200-230℃。
本发明的一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,具有优良的附着力和冲击强度,改善了涂料的使用性能的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法的生产工艺为首先加料斗内的原料靠自重进入挤出机,在挤出机料筒内经加热挤压混合,充分塑化后从挤出机口模挤出,进入定型台,定型后的管材经牵引机,通过定长测定,由切割机切断,管材经检验合格后入库,所述管体包括环氧粉末、粘接树脂和聚乙烯树脂,所述环氧粉末占管体总体分量的41%-48%,所述的粘接树脂占管体总体分量的12%-18%,所述的聚乙烯树脂占管体总体分量的40%-41%。
进一步说明,所述挤出机机筒温度为190-230℃,所述热挤压温度为200-230℃。
进一步说明,在常温下工作,其胶的粘合力与塑管预应力足够,即使钢管与内衬塑管之间随温度不同伸缩比不同也不会产生游移。国内钢塑复合衬塑管生产工艺通常使用普通树脂挤出内衬管,在内衬管上涂胶,插入镀锌钢管,经加温后利用塑管的热涨性与钢管结合,由于线膨胀系数以及表面张力的不同,塑管的应力大于胶与钢管的粘接力,钢管与衬塑管之间会有位移,以目前的生产技术与工艺无法解决这些问题。较先进的生产工艺比上述方法有所改进,充分利用塑料的特性,第一次内衬管非完全塑化,内衬成型管非常柔软,在塑管外层包裹热溶胶带,利用镀锌管内壁粗糙在塑管与钢管复合时加温内管冲压,使塑管膨胀同时二次塑化成型,这样既保证钢塑复合紧密,同时又将塑料的热塑性充分体现。将镀锌管的内表层进行酸洗或喷砂处理,提高其表面粗糙度,通过对钢管加温匀速旋转,将热塑性粉末均匀的注入在钢管内表,牢固连接在钢管内表层,在其冷却的过程中采用端口补料以防止表面收缩应力对衬塑层的破坏。注入的衬塑层以钢管为外模在管中形成一个管中管。在日常环境温度下,利用树脂的韧性延伸率,热熔衬塑层几乎与钢管同伸缩,结合的紧密度大大高于国内目前的所有衬塑工艺。在大口径衬塑管制造时,目前昊力管业的内熔式工艺能达到使用要求,先对钢管内表层酸洗或喷砂处理后,再将钢管的内表层进行网格处理,在充分了解热塑粉的特性,由于其在冷却时表面收缩应力大,在钢管表面的网格处理正是将其应力控制在网格内,以避免在冷却时树脂衬管表面因收缩而产生的应力叠加,破坏钢塑复合。此工艺能真正做到端口的内衬塑管与钢管平齐且保证钢塑复合强度。内熔式衬塑的技术关键点:目前的内胀式衬塑管都面临了钢塑之间的收缩比不同以及塑管的内外表面的张力不同,在产品复合初期都有内应力存在,在时效中内应力逐步要消失,应力消除时会产生叠加,其叠加应力大于钢塑结合力造成钢塑结合处分离,也就是使得钢塑之间产生位移。本发明提供一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,具有优良的附着力和冲击强度,改善了涂料的使用性能的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,其特征在于:首先对需要进行防腐的钢管内、外表面进行检验,再将钢管送至内除锈机,对钢管内表面进行抛丸除锈,使钢管内表面清洁,钢管内表面除锈后,再将钢管的外表面进行除锈,保证钢管外表面清洁,经过除锈的钢管将进入中频加热炉,使钢管被加热到230℃,然后将石墨烯导电防腐涂料均匀的施喷于内、外表面上完成内外层一次成型,所述石墨烯导电防腐涂料包括改性石墨烯、聚丙烯醋酸乙烯酯、水性环氧树脂、钾水玻璃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的改性石墨烯占石墨烯导电防腐涂料总体分量的41%,所述的聚丙烯醋酸乙烯酯占石墨烯导电防腐涂料总体分量的28%,所述的水性环氧树脂占石墨烯导电防腐涂料总体分量的28%,所述的钾水玻璃占石墨烯导电防腐涂料总体分量的3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含石墨烯热缩防腐管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石墨烯导电防腐涂料的厚度为1-2mm。
