Claims (3)
1. Pelletdoseringsfremgangsmåde, som anvender et pelletdoseringsapparat, hvilket pelletdoseringsapparat indbefatter en basis (2), som understøtter: en tragt (10), som indeholder pellets af plastmateriale (1), en sliske (30), som modtager pellets (1) fra tragten, en vibratorindretning (3), som vibrerer slisken (30) til at bevæge pelletsne (1) fremad langs slisken (30), indtil de falder fra en afgivelsesende (30a) deraf, en doseringsbeholder (4), som modtager pelletsne (1) fra sliskens (30a) afgivelsesende (30a) til at tilføres fra doseringsbeholderen (4) til en støbemaskines (45) form, et overførselsmiddel, som kan skifte mellem en tilbageholdelsestilstand, hvor pelletsne (1) tilbageholdes i doseringsbeholderen (4), og en overførselstilstand hvor pelletsne (1) overføres fra doseringsbeholderen (4) til en udgangskanal (41), en tælleindretning (20) arrangeret til at tælle antallet af pellets (1), der falder fra sliskens (30) afgivelsesende (30a) til doseringsbeholderen (4), en vejeindretning (42), der støtter doseringsbeholderen (4), hvilken vejeindretning (42) er konfigureret til at veje pelletsne (1) indeholdt i doseringsbeholderen (4), og et styremiddel forbundet med tælleindretningen (20), vejeindretningen (42) og overførselsmidlet til at skifte overføringsmidlet fra tilbageholdelsestilstanden til overførselstilstanden, når pelletsne (1) indeholdt i doseringsbeholderen (4) når en mængde, der svarer til en dosis, som er fastlagt på forhånd, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved trinnet at ved hjælp af styremidlet bestemme mængden af piller (1), der svarer til den på forhånd fastlagte dosis, baseret på et vejesignal modtaget fra vejeindretningen (42) i kombination med et tællesignal modtaget fra tælleindretningen (20) således, at hvis størrelsen af pellets (1) er uregelmæssig og/eller ukendt, bestemmes en på forhånd fastlagt dosis med styremidlet ud fra et forholdstal mellem antallet af pellets og vægten deraf, hvor styremidlet tilpasser dets parametre til en faktisk vægt af pelletsne baseret på dette forholdstal.

Pelletdoseringsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved trinnet for et øjeblik at stoppe driften af vibratorindretningen (3) ved hjælp af styremidlet for at afbryde doseringen, når pelletsne (1) i doseringsbeholderen (4) har nået den mængde, der svarer til den på forhånd fastlagte dosis.
