Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at forme en drevstift (174) over på et blad (166) af en balanceret ankertransducer (150) omfattende: at placere en tilførselstråd (278) i kontakt med et blad (166) ved et trådkontaktpunkt; at rette en varmekilde mod bladet for at gøre en del af bladet tilstødende trådkontaktpunktet flydende; at bevæge en første ende af tilførselstråden (179) ind i det smeltede materiale på bladet; og at størkne den flydendegjorte del af bladet for at danne en svejsning (169) mellem bladet og tilførselstråden.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende at skære tilførselstråden for at danne en drevstift (174) som har en skåret ende.
3. Fremgangsmåde til dannelsen af en balanceret ankertransducer (150) anordning omfattende: fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2; og at fastgøre drevstiften til en skovl (152).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor varmekilden er en første laser (264A).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor tilførselstråden komprimeres mod bladet for at danne en krum del (280) i tilførselstråden.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor trådkontaktpunktet er på en første flade (171) af bladet, hvor den første laser rettes mod en anden flade (173) af bladet modstående trådkontaktpunktet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 til 6, hvor trinnet at skære tilførselstråden for at danne en drevstift omfatter at skære tilførselstråden med en anden laser (264B).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor den anden laser danner en kugleformet (284) ende på drevstiften.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor at fastgøre drevstiften til skovlen omfatter at klæbe den kugleformede ende af drevstiften til skovlen med et klæbemiddel (285) , hvor klæbemidlet danner en holder som modtager den kugleformede ende.

Balanceret ankertransducer (150) omfattende: et anker som har et blad (166), hvilket blad har et legeme med modstående første (171) og anden (173) flader; en skovl (152) som er konfigureret til at vibrere og producere lyd; en drevstift (174) som har en første ende (179) og en anden kugleformet ende, den første ende passerer igennem legemet og den første flade, den anden kugleformede ende er påsat skovlen; og en svejsning (169) som forbinder den første ende af drevstiften og bladet.
11. Transducer ifølge krav 10, hvor den anden kugleformede ende af drevstiften har en større diameter end en mellemdel af drevstiften.
12. Transducer ifølge krav 11, hvor et klæbemiddel fastgør den anden kugleformede ende af drevstiften til skovlen og klæbemidlet endvidere omfatter en holder som modtager den anden kugleformede ende.
