Claims (20)
1. Anvendelse af en sammensætning, der indeholder A) mindst én aminalkoxylatester med formlen 1 eller et salt deraf
(1) hvori A, B indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder en C2- til Cs-alkylengruppe, R1 betyder en Ce- til C24-alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe R2, R3, R4 indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder H eller en Ce- til C24-acylgruppe med det forbehold, at mindst én af grupperne er R2, R3 eller R4 betyder en Ce- til C24-acylgruppe, x, y, z indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder et helt tal fra 0 til 50 med det forbehold, at x + y + z er et helt tal fra 1 til 100, og B) en forbindelse med formlen D-NH2, hvori D betyder en carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 50 carbonatomer, der enten kan indeholde et oxygenatom eller et oxygenatom og et nitrogenatom, i mængder på 10 til 5000 g/ton som samler ved den omvendte flotation af jernmalm, der indeholder magnetit, hæmatit eller begge.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken R1 er en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe med 10 til 22 carbonatomer.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1 og/eller 2, ved hvilken R1 er en isodecyl-, isotridecyl-, dodecyl- eller oleylgruppe eller udgør et alkyl- og alkenylkædesnit, der er afledt af kokosoliefedtsyre, palmeoliefedtsyre, talgfedtsyre, talloliefedtsyre eller rapsoliefedtsyre.
4. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 3, ved hvilken R2, R3 og R4 indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder acylgrupper med 10 til 18 carbonatomer.
5. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 4, ved hvilken R2, R3 og R4 indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder cocoyl-, stearoyl- og oleoylgrupper.
6. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5, ved hvilken bestanddel B er valgt blandt forbindelser ved formlerne r9_0-R5-NH2 (II) hvori R9 er en carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 40, fortrinsvis 8 til 32 carbonatomer, og R5 er en aliphatisk carbonhydridgruppe med 2 til 4 carbonatomer; R6-0-R7-NH-R8-NH2 (III) hvori R6 er en carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 40, fortrinsvis 8 til 32 carbonatomer, R7 og R8 er én eller forskellige aliphatiske carbonhydridgrupper med 2 til 4 carbonatomer; R13-NH2 (IV) hvori R13 er en carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 40, fortrinsvis 8 til 32 carbonatomer.
7. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 6, ved hvilken R6, R9, R13 indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe med 8 til 18 carbonatomer.
8. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 7, ved hvilken R6, R9, R13 betyder 2-ethylhexyl-, isononyl-, isodecyl- og isotridecyl- samt dodecylgrupper.
9. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 8, ved hvilken A betyder en ethylen-(-C2H4-), en propylen-(-C3H6-) eller en butylengruppe (-C4H8-). Fortrinsvis betyder A en ethylengruppe.
10. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 9, ved hvilken B betyder en ethylen-(-C2H4-), en propylen-(-C3H6-) eller en butylengruppe (-C4H8-).
11. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 10, ved hvilken summen af x, y og z giver et helt tal fra 15 til 30.
12. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 11, ved hvilken samleren ifølge opfindelsen er fri for kvaternære ammoniumforbindelser, der omfatter mindst én til ammoniumnitrogenatomet bunden, eventuelt heteroatomer indeholdende organisk gruppe med 8 til 36 carbonatomer.

Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 12 til flotation af silikat fra jernmalm i kombination med en anden nitrogenholdig silikatsamler ved en pH-værdi fra 7-12, idet den anden samler er valgt fra gruppen af alkyletheraminer, alkyletherdiaminer, alkyl-aminer eller kvaternære ammoniumsalte.
14. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 13 til berigelse af jernmalm.
15. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 14 ved flotation af silikat fra jernmalm.
16. Anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 14 ved flotation af silikat.
17. Anvendelse af flotationsreagenset ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 16 i kombination med skummere og trykkere.
18. Anvendelse af flotationsreagenset ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 17 i et pH-område fra 7 til 12.
19. Anvendelse af flotationsreagenset ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 18 i mængder fra 0,01 til 1,0 kg pr. ton råmalm.
20. Fremgangsmåde til omvendt flotation af jernmalm, som indeholder magnetit, hæmatit eller begge, ved hvilken en sammensætning, der indeholder A) mindst én aminalkoxylatester med formlen 1 eller et salt deraf
(1) hvori A, B indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder en C2- til Cs-alkylengruppe, R1 betyder en Ce- til C24-alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe R2, R3, R4 indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder H eller en Ce- til C24-acylgruppe med det forbehold, at mindst én af grupperne er R2, R3 eller R4 betyder en Ce- til C24-acylgruppe, x, y, z indbyrdes uafhængigt betyder et helt tal fra 0 til 50 med det forbehold, at x + y + z er et helt tal fra 1 til 100, og B) en forbindelse med formlen D-NH2, hvori D betyder en carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 50 carbonatomer, der enten kan indeholde et oxygenatom eller et oxygenatom og et nitrogenatom, bringes i kontakt med jernmalmen i mængder på 10 til 5000 g/ton jernmalm.
