Claims (14)
1. System til udskiftning af et batteri i et transportkøretøj (1) med opbevaringssteder (5) til batterier (1), med mindst et transportkøretøj (2), som har et optagelsessted (2d) for et udskifteligt batteri (1) og har mindst et laste- og aflæssear-rangement (7) for transport af batterierne (1) mellem opbevaringsstederne (5) og optagelsesstedet (2d) på et transportkøretøj (2) beroende på en skiftestation (10), hvor batteriet (1) kan bevæges i en hæve- og sænkeretning (S) for indsætning af batteriet (1) i og udtagning fra opbevaringsstederne (5) eller optagelsesstederne (2d), kendetegnet ved, at transportkøretøjet (1) er et førerløst tung-lasttransportkøretøj (1) til ISO-containere, at batteriet (1) er udformet som et blysyrebatteri og vejer mindst 6t, fortrinsvis 8t til 9t, at opbevaringsstedet (5) og optagelsesstedet (2d) har respektive centreringselementer tilknyttet dem sådan, at batteriet (1) som reaktion på sænkebevægelsen af laste- og aflæssearrange-mentet (7) oprettes i forhold til opbevaringsstedet (5) eller optagelsesstedet (2d) ved hjælp af respektive centreringselementer.
2. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at batteriet (1) er udformet sådan, at det kan indsættes i og udtages fra opbevaringsstedet (5) eller optagelsesstedet (2d) af laste- og aflæssearrangementet (7).
3. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at støtteelementer (1a), som rager ud til siden på begge sider, er arrangeret på batteriet (1), og bæreskinner (5a) er arrangeret i opbevaringsstedet (5) og bæreskinner (2c) i modtagestedet (2d), på hvilke et batteris (1) støtteelementer (1a) hviler henholdsvis i opbevaringsstedet (5) og optagelsesstedet (2d).
4. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at laste- og aflæssearrangementet (7) er udformet sådan, at batteriet for at lette centreringen kan bevæges horisontalt under laste- og af læssearrangementets (7) sænkebevægelse, og når centreringselementerne er i indgreb.
5. System ifølge krav 1 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at batteriet (1) automatisk kan til- eller frakobles elektrisk i opbevaringsstederne (5) og optagelsesstederne (2d) ved bevægelse af batteriet (1) i hæve- og sænkeretningen (S).
6. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at laste- og aflæssearrangementet (7) har en bærearm (7b) for batteriet (1), og som set i retningen defi neret af fordelerkøretøjets (4) kørevej (8) kan udskydes og indtrækkes siderettet i en indsætnings- og udtagningsretning (E) for opbevaringsstederne (5) og i retning af en udskiftningsstation (10).
7. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at batteriet (1) har form som et blysyrebatteri, og at der er i opbevaringsstederne (5) er tilvejebragt en ladeindretning, som forsyner batteriet (1) med den optimale mængde renset vand under ladeprocessen.
8. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at fordelerkøretøjet (2) arbejder i automatisk drift.
9. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at en flerhed af opbevaringssteder (5) er arrangeret ved siden af hverandre, at laste- og aflæssearran-gementet (7) er arrangeret på et fordelerkøretøj (4), som kan køre langs opbevaringsstederne (5) og langs en kørevej (8), og at mindst en skiftestation (10) for transportkøretøjet (2) er arrangeret tilstødende kørevejen (8).
10. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en skiftestation (10) er arrangeret overfor opbevaringsstederne (5) i forhold til kørevejen (8).
11. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en skiftestation (10) er arrangeret tilstødende kørevejen (8) og i forlængelse af opbevaringsstederne (5).
12. System ifølge krav 9 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt mere end en skiftestation (10), hvilke skiftestationer (10) er arrangeret overfor opbevaringsstederne (5) i forhold til kørevejen (8) og/eller tilstødende kørevejen (8) og i forlængelse af opbevaringsstederne (5).
13. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at opbevaringsstederne (5) er udformet i en reol (6) med flere over hinanden arrangerede niveauer (6a), og at fordelerkøretøjet (4) er udformet som et reolbetjeningsapparat.
14. System ifølge et af krav 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at der i skiftestationernes (10a, 10b) område er arrangeret følere, med hvilke transportkøretøjets (2) position i forhold til laste- og aflæssearrangementet (7) kan fastslås, og at opretning af laste- og aflæssearrangementet (7) i forhold til transportkøretøjet (2) kan korrigeres ved skiftestationen (10a, 10b) ved hjælp af den for transportkøretøjet (2) fastslåede position.
