Claims (15)
1. Metode til at genindvinde et stressprotein fra en plante, hvor metoden omfatter at indvinde, fra ovennævnte plante, en væske, der omfatter stressproteinet; at udskille, fra ovennævnte væske, en eller flere komponenter ud over stressproteinet; at tilføje en fibrøs filterhjælp og et mineralsk pulver til væsken; derefter udsætte væsken, der omfatter stressproteinet, samt de(n) udskilte komponent(er), den fibrøse filterhjælp og det mineralske pulver, for et første filtreringstrin over et filter, og derved separere den udskilte, fibrøse filterhjælp og det mineralske pulver fra filtratet, der omfatter stressproteinet; derefter udsætte filtratet for et yderligere filtreringstrin; og derefter rense stressproteinet.
2. Metode, ifølge krav 1, hvor, i det første filtreringstrin, klorofyl og/eller rubisco ijemes fra væsken.
3. Metode, ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det mineralske pulver omfatter mindst ét komet mineral.
4. Metode, ifølge krav 3, der omfatter mindst ét komet mineral, udvalgt fra gruppen diatoméjord og perlit.
5. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor den fibrøse filterhjælp omfatter cellulosefibre.
6. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor den fibrøse filterhjælp er en blanding af fibre med forskellige længder, og hvor blandingen leverer i det mindste fibre med en længde i et omfang, der strækker sig fra cirka 20 pm til cirka 130 μηι.
7. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor det yderligere filtreringstrin, som filtratet er udsat for, er et dybdefiltreringstrin.
8. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor, efter det yderligere filtreringstrin, en fraktion, der omfatter stressproteinet, er udsat for et væskefjemelsestrin, hvorved stressproteinet koncentreres i fraktionen, helst ved omvendt osmose, ultrafiltrering eller nanofiltrering, og/eller for et saltijcrnclsestrin, helst ved dialyse.
9. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stressproteinet renses ved kromatografi.
10. Metode, ifølge krav 9, hvor kromatografien omfatter et første stærkt anionbytningstrin, derefter et affinitetskromatografi-adskillelsestrin, og derefter et andet stærkt anionbytningstrin.
11. Metode, ifølge krav 10, hvor den gennemsnitlige partikelstørrelse af bytningsmaterialet, der anvendes i den første anionbytning, er større end den gennemsnitlige partikelstørrelse af bytningsmaterialet, der anvendes i den anden anionbytning.
12. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stressproteinet er et stressprotein fra en plante, udvalgt fra gruppen Fabaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Solanaceae og Poaceae, især fra gruppen lucerne, hvede, majs, ris, soja, kartoffel, bede, mere især fra lucerne.
13. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stressproteinet er udvalgt fra gruppen HSP40, HSP60, HSP70 og HSP90.
14. Metode, ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor filtratet fra det første filtreringstrin er udsat for ovennævnte yderligere filtreringstrin uden først at være blevet udsat for centrifugering.
15. Anvendelse af mindst ét komet mineral, udvalgt fra gruppen diatoméjord og perlit, til at fjerne klorofyl og/eller carotenoid fra en væske, især en plantesaft, der indeholder et varmechokprotein.
