Claims (32)
1. Sammensætning omfattende; en blanding af; tetrakalciumphosphat; og en forbindelse med formlen;
j hvor A er O, CH2 eller S; R er H, NH2, NHCO(CH2)tCH3, hvor t er 0 til 2, NH(CH2)xCH3, hvor x er 0 til 3, NR1R2, hvor R1 er (CH2)yCH3, og R2 er (CH2)yCH3, hvor y er 0 til 2, (CH2)ZCH3, hvor z er 0 til 3, hvor m er 0 til 1, og hvor n er 0 til 3, og hvor forbindelsen er til stede i en mængde fra ca. 10 til ca. 90 vægt-% baseret på den kombinerede vægt af tetrakalciumphosphatet og forbindelsen.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen er blandet med et vandigt medium.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 2, hvor sammensætningen har en klæbrig tilstand i op til ca. 12 minutter, efter sammensætningen er blandet med det vandige medium, har en separationsstyrke i området på ca. 10 kPa til ca. 250 kPa i den klæbrige tilstand, har en kittilstand i op til ca. 15 minutter, efter sammensætningen er blandet med det vandige medium, og en adhæsionsstyrke efter hærdning på mere end 250 kPa.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor forbindelsen er til stede i en mængde fra ca. 15 til ca. 50 vægt-% baseret på den kombinerede vægt af tetrakalciumphosphatet og forbindelsen.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor forbindelsen er til stede i en mængde fra ca. 20 til ca. 40 vægt-% baseret på den kombinerede vægt af tetrakalciumphosphatet og forbindelsen.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor forbindelsen er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af phosphoserin, carboxyethylphosphonat, phospho-noeddikesyre og blandinger deraf.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor R er H eller NH2.
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, hvor forbindelsen er phosphoserin.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor tetrakalciumphosphatet har en middel parti kelstørrelse på mindre end 1000 mikron.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 2 til 9, hvor det vandige medium er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vand, salin og et blodbaseret produkt.
11. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, som yderligere indeholder et tilsætningsstof.
12. Sammensætning ifølge krav 11, hvor tilsætningsstoffet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af alfa-tri-calcium-phosphat, beta-tri-kalcium-phosphat, kalciumsulfat, kalciumsilikat, kalcium carbon at, natriumbicarbonat, natrium-chlorid, kaliumchlorid, glycerolphosphatdinatrium, aminosyrer, polyoler, trehalose, laktose, sakkarose, silke, keratin, autolog knoglepulver eller -splinter, demineraliseret knoglepulver, demineraliserede knoglesplinter, kollagen, bionedbrydelige polymerer, BMP7, stamceller, PTH, bisphosphonater og blandinger deraf.
13. Sammensætning ifølge krav 10 hvor tilsætningsstoffet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af en poredanner, et tilsætningsstof, som forstærker resorption, en styrkemodifikator, et tilsætningsstof, som fremmer knogleheling, og et kontrastmiddel.
14. Sammensætning ifølge krav 2, hvor sammensætningen har en klæbrig tilstand i op til ca. 12 minutter efter blanding med det vandige medium.
15. Sammensætning ifølge krav 14, hvor sammensætningen i den klæbrige tilstand har en separationsstyrke i området på ca. 10 kPa til ca. 250 kPa efter blanding med det vandige medium.
16. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen har en kittilstand i op til ca. 15 minutter efter blanding med det vandige medium.
17. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, hvor adhæsionsstyrken er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af adhæsionsstyrke for knogle til et ikke-knoglemateriale, adhæsionsstyrke for knogle til knogle og adhæsionsstyrke for ikke-knoglemateriale til ikke-knoglemateriale.
18. Kit til dannelse af et kalciumphosphat-knoglegenoprettende produkt omfattende: en sammensætning i en første beholder, hvilken sammensætning omfatter: tetrakalciumphosphat; og en forbindelse med formlen;

19. Kit ifølge krav 18, yderligere indeholdende en afgivelsesindretning, som blander indholdet af den første og anden beholder.
20. Kit ifølge krav 18, hvor det vandige medium er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vand, salin og et blodbaseret produkt.
21. Kit ifølge krav 18, hvor sammensætningen også indeholder en ikke-vandig væske.
22. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-17 til anvendelse ved reparation af en hård overflade, hvor anvendelsen omfatter trinnene med at: blande en virksom mængde af tetrakalciumphosphat og en forbindelse med formlen,

Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1, 4-9 eller 11-13 til anvendelse inden for reparation af knoglestruktur, hvor anvendelsen omfatter trinnene med at: påføre en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1, 4-9 eller 11-13 direkte på knoglestrukturen, der skal repareres; og lade sammensætningen hærde ved at kombinere in situ med vandbaserede kropsvæsker.
