Claims (12)
- PLADE OG PAKNING TIL EN PLADEVARMEVEKSLER1. Varmevekslerplade (1) til en pladevarmeveksler (100), hvor varmevekslerpladen (1) omfatter et antal åbninger (8, 9, 10, 11), fordelingsområder (12), adiabatiske områder (14, 15), et varmeoverføringsområde (13) og et kantområde (16), der strækker sig uden for åbningerne (8, 9, 10, 11) og områderne (12, 13, 14, 15), hvor varmevekslerpladen (1) indbefatter en pakningsrille (20), der strækker sig i kantområdet (16) uden for områderne (12, 13, 14, 15) og omkring åbningerne (8, 9, 10, 11), hvor pakningsrillen (20) er indrettet til at huse en pakning (30) for tætning mod en tilstødende varmevekslerplade (1) i pladevarmeveksleren (100), kendetegnet ved, at pakningsrillen (20) indbefatter mindst én indskæring (40) af varmeoverføringsområdet (13) langs hver af to modstående sider af varmeoverføringsområdet (13) og ved, at indskæringen (40) gør det muligt for en fastgørelsesclips (41), der er placeret langs pakningen (30), at blive sikkert fastgjort til et kantområde (16) af varmevekslerpladen (1) ved indskæringen (40), hvilket kantområde (16) er forsynet med et bølgeformet mønster med forhøjninger og fordybninger.
- 2. Varmevekslerplade ifølge krav 1, hvor indskæringerne (40) langs hver af de modstående sider af varmeoverføringsområdet (13) er placeret på tilsvarende steder.
- 3. Varmevekslerplade ifølge krav 2, hvor indskæringerne (40) langs hver af de modstående sider af varmeoverføringsområdet (13) er placeret med lige afstand i forhold til hinanden.
- 4. Varmevekslerplade ifølge krav 2, hvor indskæringerne (40) langs hver af de modstående sider af varmeoverføringsområdet (13) er placeret med lige afstand i forhold til en horisontal midterlinje (C).
- 5. Varmevekslerplade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor kantområdet (16) er bredere ved indskæringerne (40) langs varmeoverføringsområdet (13) end det resterende kantområde (16) langs varmeoverføringsområdet (13).
- 6. Varmevekslerplade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor indskæringen (40) er forsynet med en øvre fastgørelsesclipsposition (43) og en nedre fastgørelsesclipsposition (42) for at gøre det muligt for fastgørelsesclipsen (41) skiftevis at blive modtaget i to forskellige positioner (42, 43) af indskæringen (40).
- 7. Varmevekslerplader ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor to varmevekslerplader (1) er permanent samlet som et par for at danne en kassette.
- 8. Varmevekslerplader ifølge krav 7, hvor kassetterne har pakninger (30) placeret mellem dem for tætning mod en tilstødende kassette i pladevarmeveksleren (100).
- 9. Varmevekslerplader ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 eller 8, hvor varmevekslerplademe (1) er samlet i par ved hjælp af svejsning for at danne kassetter.
- 10. Pladevarmeveksler (100) indbefattende en pakke (2) af varmevekslerplader (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9 og pakninger (30), hvor pakningerne (30) er forsynet med fastgørelsesclips (41), der fastgør pakningerne (30) til varmevekslerplademe (1) ved indskæringerne (40) i pakningsrillen (20), og pakningerne er forsynet med fastgørelsesclips (41) til at fastgøre pakningerne (30) til varmevekslerplademe (1) tæt på åbningerne (8, 9, 10, 11) i varmevekslerplader (1).
- 11. Pladevarmeveksler (100) ifølge krav 10, hvor pakningernes fastgørelsesclips (41) er indrettet til skiftevis at blive modtaget i henholdsvis de øvre og nedre fastgørelsesclipspositioner (42, 43) i tilsvarende indskæringer på hver af de modstående sider af varmevekslerplademe (1).
- 12. Pladevarmeveksler (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10-11, hvor pakningerne (30) er fremstillet af et gummi- eller polymermateriale.
