Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af majsblade og -stilke eller hvedehalm, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem forbehandlet lignocellulosemateriale udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af majsblade og -stilke eller hvedehalm, og en sammensætning, der omfatter tre eller flere enzymaktiviteter, hvilke enzymaktiviteter er cellulaseaktiviteter og eventuelt også hemicellulaseaktiviteter, hvor sammensætningen omfatter en endoglucanase, cellobiohydrolase og β-glucosidase, som alle stammer fra Talaromyces emersonii, og hvor pH under behandlingen er 4,5 eller derunder, og behandlingen udføres ved et tørstofindhold på 15 % eller derover.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor pH under behandlingen er 4,0 eller derunder.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor enzymaktiviteterne har et temperaturoptimum på 50 °C eller derover.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter endo-1,3 (1,4)-β-glucanaseaktivitet og endo-β-Ι,4-glucanaseaktivitet, hvor begge aktiviteter stammer fra Talaromyces emersonii.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter en eller flere xylanaseaktiviteter.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor sammensætningen omfatter et expansin, et expansinlignende protein, et celluloseinduceret protein, et celluloseintegrerende protein, et scaffoldin eller et scaffoldinlignende protein, der eventuelt stammer fra Talaromyces emersonii.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor behandlingen omfatter hydrolyse og/eller modificering af cellulose og/eller hemicellulose.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et sukker eller flere sukre fra majsblade og -stilke eller hvedehalm, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem forbehandlet lignocellulosemateriale udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af majsblade og -stilke eller hvedehalm, og en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor sukrene er monomere og/eller multimere sukre.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor mindst ét af de dannede sukre er et fermenterbart sukker.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor mindst ét af de dannede sukre er glucose, cellobiose, xylose, arabinose, galactose, galacturonsyre, glucuronsyre, mannose, rhamnose, sucrose eller fructose.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor forbehandlingen omfatter eksponering af majsbladene og -stilkene eller hvedehalmen for en syre, en base, et opløsningsmiddel, varme, et peroxid, ozon, mekanisk fragmentering, formaling, knusning eller hurtig trykreduktion eller en kombination af hvilke som helst to eller flere deraf.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: - fremstilling af et fermenterbart sukker ved anvendelse af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav; og - fermentering af det resulterende fermenterbare sukker til derved fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er ethanol, butanol, mælkesyre, en plastik, en organisk syre, et opløsningsmiddel, et dyrefodertilskud, et farmaceutikum, et vitamin, en aminosyre, et enzym eller et kemisk råstof.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvor fermenteringen udføres i SHF-tilstand, og glucosekoncentrationen er 50-200 g/1.
