Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til konstruktion af en markørdiversitetsprofil- (MDP) database, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a) sekvensering af en flerhed af rRNA-markører fra en prøve, hvor prøver omfatter en mikrobiel population, og hvor hver rRNA-markør omfatter et mikrobielt rRNA-gens polymorfe sekvens, og hvor flerheden af rRNA-markører tilvejebringer en præcis repræsentation af prøvens mikrobielle struktur; b) bestemmelse af abundansen, i prøven, af hver af flerheden af rRNA-markører; c) transduktion af abundansen af hver rRNA-markør til et elektrisk udgangssignal; d) lagring af de elektriske udgangssignaler frembragt i trin c) i en matrixdatastruktur og associering i strukturen af hvert udgangssignal med den tilsvarende sekvens af rRNA-markøren, hvorfra abundansudgangssignalet var transduceret; e) tilvejebringelse af abundanser af ét eller flere prøveparametre, der er forbundet med prøven; f) transduktion af abundanseme af hvert prøveparameter til et elektrisk udgangssignal; g) lagring af de elektriske udgangssignaler frembragt i trin f) i en matrixdatastruktur og associering i strukturen af hvert udgangssignal med prøveparameteret, hvorfra abundansudgangssignalet var transduceret; h) betegnelse af de elektriske udgangssignaler frembragt i trin c) svarende til flerheden af rRNA-markørabundanser og de elektriske udgangssignaler frembragt i trin f) svarende til den ene eller flere prøveparameterabundanser, som en MDP; og i) gentagelse af trin a-h for en flerhed af andre prøver, og betegnelse af flerheden af MDP’er laget i datastrukturen som en MDP-database.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor rRNA-markørabundansen er en abundans i forhold til den totale abundans af flerheden af rRNA-markører i prøven.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det mikrobielle rRNA-gen er et 16S Rrna-gen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det mikrobielle rRNA-gens polymorfe sekvens er fra intergen-området mellem et 16S rRNA-gen og et 23S rRNA-gen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor prøven er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: en jordprøve, en klippeprøve, en vandprøve, en luftprøve, en carbonhydridprøve, en petroleumsprøve og en biofilmprøve.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor prøven er opnået fra gmppen bestående af: petroleum, carbonhydrider, et oliereservoir, et gasreservoir, jord, klippe, vand, luft, en bygning og en vej.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor prøveparameteret er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: petroleum, carbonhydrider, olie, gas, en uorganisk forbindelse, et mineral, pH, temperatur og saltholdighed.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor prøven er opnået fra gruppen bestående af: et menneske, en plante, et dyr, en fødevare, en cellekultur eller en vævskultur.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor prøveparameteret er udvalgt fra gmppen bestående af: en akut sygdomstilstand, en kronisk sygdomstilstand, en fysiologisk tilstand og et udviklingstrin.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor prøveparameteret er tid, og hvor flerheden af prøver omfatter et tidsforløb.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor flerheden af prøver omfatter et tidsforløb, der kan anvendes til overvågning af miljømæssige afhjælpningsforanstaltninger eller oliefeltsproduktion.
12. MDP-database, der er opbygget og lagret i hukommelsen på en computer ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11.
