Claims (5)
1. Ultralydstandbehandlingsapparatur, omfattende i det mindste et kirurgisk håndstykke (200), som er forbundet med en ultralydsgenerator (300), som omfatter organer til forsyning af håndstykket med skyllevæske (305), idet håndstykket omfatter organer til at generere ultralydsvibrationer og organer til at afgive skyllevæsken leveret af ultralydsgeneratoren, hvilket tandbehandlingsapparatur yderligere omfatter i det mindste én ultralydsindsats (100) til at løfte en sinusmembran ved indsætning i et hul i en maxillar knogle, hvilken indsats omfatter et legeme (101), som strækker sig imellem en proximal del (102), som er indrettet til at blive mekanisk koblet til et kirurgisk håndstykke (200), som genererer ultralydsvibrationer, og en distal del (103) til at reproducere ultralydsvibrationerne, som transmitteres af håndstykket, hvilken distal del (103) omfatter en ringformet del (106), som har et tværsnit, som ekspanderer imod den frie ende af den distale del (103), og hvis ende er udformet med en plan flade (107), som er i det væsentlige vinkelret på den langsgående akse (101b) for den distale del, hvor legemet (101) har en krumning imellem den proximale del (102) og den distale del (103), hvilken indsats (100) yderligere omfatter en indvendig skyllekanal (105), som udmunder på den plane flade (107), medens den ringformede del har en glat overflade, den indvendige skyllekanal (105) i indsatsen står i forbindelse med skyllevaeskeafgivelsesorganerne i håndstykket, og indsatsen er mekanisk forbundet med de ultralydsvibrationsgenererende organer i håndstykket (200) med henblik på at kavitere skyllevæsken, som leveres til den plane flade foreliggende ved enden af den ringformede del af indsatsen.
2. Apparatur ifølge krav 1, hvor kroppen af indsatsen har en bøjningsvinkel på i det mindste 45° imellem den proximale del og den distale del.
3. Apparatur ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den indvendige skyllekanal (105) i indsatsen udmunder ved midten af den plane flade (107).
4. Apparatur ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den plane flade (107) ved enden af den ringformede del af den distale del af indsatsen har en afrundet kant (107a) ved sin periferi.
5. Apparatur ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor den plane flade (107) ved enden af den ringformede del af den distale del af indsatsen har en diameter på omkring 3 mm.
