Claims (23)

  1. MULTIZYMER OG ANVENDELSE HERAF TIL FREMSTILLING AF POLYUMÆTTEDE FEDTSYRER
    1. Multizym, der omfatter et enkelt polypeptid, og som har mindst to uafhængige og adskillelige enzymatiske aktiviteter, hvor de enzymatiske aktiviteter omfatter mindst én fedtsyreelongase, der er forbundet med mindst én fedtsyredesaturase, hvor elongasen er forbundet med desaturasen og linket er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af en SEQ ID NO: 198, SEQ ID NO: 200, SEQ ID NO: 235, SEQ ID NO: 438, SEQ ID NO: 472, SEQ ID NO: 445 og SEQ ID NO: 504.

  5. 5. Isoleret polynukleotid ifølge krav 4, hvor polynukleotidet koder for et polypeptid, der har en aminosyresekvens som vist i SEQ ID NO: 12, SEQ ID NO: 22, SEQ ID NO: 95, SEQ ID NO: 96 eller SEQ ID NO: 97.
