Claims (28)

1. 2. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 1, hvor endopeptidasen fortrinsvis spalter på den carboxyterminale side af en glutaminsyrerest eller en asparaginsyrerest.
3. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 2, hvor endopeptidasen er UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot primært accessionsnummer P39790.
4.
