Claims (28)
1. 2. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 1, hvor endopeptidasen fortrinsvis spalter på den carboxyterminale side af en glutaminsyrerest eller en asparaginsyrerest.
3. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 2, hvor endopeptidasen er UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot primært accessionsnummer P39790.
4. Hydrolysat, der omfatter mindst ét mælkeprotein, der er hydrolyseret med mindst ét proteolytisk enzym, der fortrinsvis spalter ved en glutaminsyre- eller asparaginsyrerest, hvor det proteolytiske enzym er endopeptidasen UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot primært accessionsnummer P39790, hvilket hydrolysat har reduceret immunogenicitet i et individ, der er prædisponeret for at få en immunreaktion mod proteinet, og hvor hydrolysatet er beriget med mindst peptidet AQSAPLRVYVE (SEQ ID NO: 1).

6. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 1, hvor proteinet er et opløseligt, ikke-micellært protein.
7. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 6, hvor proteinet er valleprotein.
8. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 7, hvor endopeptidasen ikke kræver en metal-ion for dens aktivitet.
9. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 7, hvor proteinet inkluderer mindst én af en lactalbumin, fortrinsvis en alfa-lactalbumin.
10. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 9, hvor proteinet er mindst én af en lactalbumin eller en lactoglobulin, fortrinsvis en alfa-lactalbumin eller en beta-lactoglobulin.
11. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 10, hvor hydrolysatet er beriget med et eller flere af peptiderne ILLQKWE (SEQ ID NO: 2), KTKIPAVFKID (SEQ ID NO: 3) eller KTKIPAVFKIDALNE (SEQ ID NO: 4) .
12. Hydrolysat ifølge krav 1, som er beriget med peptider, der terminerer i en glutaminsyre- eller asparaginsyrerest, sammenlignet med det uhydrolyserede protein.

15. Valleproteinholdigt hydrolysat, som er beriget med AQSAPLRVYVE (SEQ ID NO: 1).
16. Valleproteinholdigt hydrolysat ifølge krav 15, hvor hydrolysatet er beriget med et eller flere af peptiderne ILLQKWE (SEQ ID NO: 2), KTKIPAVFKID (SEQ ID NO: 3) eller KTKIPAVFKIDALNE (SEQ ID NO: 4).
17. Fødevareingrediens, der omfatter et valleproteinhydrolysat, som er beriget med AQSAPLRVYVE (SEQ ID NO: 1), der har reduceret immunogenicitet i et individ, der er prædisponeret for at få en immunreaktion mod et eller flere valleproteiner.

Nonf ood-produkt ifølge krav 22 eller krav 23, der omfatter et valleproteinhydrolysat, der er beriget med et eller flere af peptiderne AQSAPLRVYVE (SEQ ID NO: 1), ILLQKWE (SEQ ID NO: 2), KTKIPAVFKID (SEQ ID NO: 3) eller KTKIPAVFKIDALNE (SEQ ID NO: 4), der har reduceret immunogenicitet i et individ, der er prædisponeret for at få en immunreaktion mod et eller flere valleproteiner.
