Claims (14)
1. Inhalator til frembringelse af en inhalerbar aerosol af medikamentpulver, hvilken inhalator inkluderer et mundstykke (2), en gennemboringsanordning (8) til punktering af låget på en blister, der indeholder en dosis medikament, og en basis (7), hvilken gennemboringsanordning (8) omfatter et gennemboringshoved (9) med gennemboringselementer (10) udgående derfra, en aerosoliseringsanordning, der har et kammer (3) med et i det væsentlige cirkulært tværsnit, indtags- og udtagsporte (4,5) i modsatte ender af kammeret (3) til strømning af lægemiddelfyldt luft gennem kammeret (3) mellem portene (4,5) og et omløbs-luftindtag (6) til strømning af ren luft ind i kammeret (3), hvilket omløbs-luftindtag (6) er indrettet, således at luft trænger ind i kammeret (3) gennem indtaget (6) i det væsentlige tangentialt på væggen i kammeret (3), og er konfigureret, således at luft, der trænger ind i kammeret (3) gennem indtaget (6), danner en cyklon i kammeret (3) , der interagerer med den lægemiddelfyldte luft, der strømmer mellem indtags- og udtagsportene (4,5), der er kendetegnet ved, at gennemboringsanordningen (8) er disponeret under mundstykket (2) på den modsatte side af basis (7) og udgår fra eller er forbundet til basis (7), at gennemboringshovedet (9) har indstrømningspassager for ren luft (11), der er anbragt med mellemrum omkring en central udtagspassage for lægemiddelfyldt luft (12), at blistergennemboringselementerne (10) er konfigureret til at punktere låget (13a) på biisteren (13), således at der, når en patient inhalerer gennem mundstykket (2) , trænger ren luft ind i biisteren (13) gennem luftindstrømningspassagerne (11), der iblandes dosen, der er indeholdt i biisteren (13), hvorefter den lægemiddelfyldte luft strømmer ud af biisteren (13) gennem den centrale udtagspassage for lægemiddelfyldt luft (12) og kammeret (3) til mundstykket (2).
2. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, hvor kammeret (3) er konfigureret, således at cyklonen interagerer med den lægemiddelfyldte luftstrømning til forårsagelse af, at den lægemiddelfyldte luftstrømning antager en spiralformet bane, når den strømmer fra indtagsporten (4) til udtagsporten (5).
3. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor kammeret (3) er tilspidset.
4. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor indtagsporten (4) er formet i basis (7), hvor basis (7) inkluderer en netdel, og indtagsporten (4) er formet af åbningerne i nettet.
5. Inhalator ifølge krav 4, hvor indtagsporten er coaksial med en længdegående akse af kammeret (3).
6. Inhalator ifølge krav 4, hvor indtagsporten er forskudt fra den længdegående akse af kammeret (3).
7. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 6, hvor indtagsporten (4) omfatter mindst én åbning i basis (7), idet åbningen eller hver åbning strækker sig gennem basis (7) i en vinkel i forhold til den længdegående akse af kammeret (3) .
8. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 7, hvor kammeret (3) omfatter en endevæg i den anden ende af kammeret (3) modsat basis (7), idet udtagsporten er formet i endevæggen, endevæggen omfatter et net, og udtagsportet (5) er formet af åbninger i nettet.
9. Inhalator ifølge krav 8, hvor kammeret (3) har en del, der strækker sig forbi endevæggen i en retning væk fra indtagsporten (4).
10. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 9, hvor omløbs-luftindtaget (6) er placeret i en væg i kammeret (3), der grænser op til basis (7).
11. Inhalator ifølge krav 10, hvor basis (7) danner en sidevæg i det tangentiale omløbs-luttindtag (6).

14. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor kammeret (3) er formet i mundstykket (2).
