Abstract
Et system til opbygning af en aksialblæser omfattende et omkring en centerakse udformet, og i hovedsagen cirkulær cylindrisk udformet blæserrør, samt et inderrør 24, som fungerer som motorhus, og hvor der er flere montagemulig heder for montering af drivmotorer 6, således at der kan monteres drivmotorer der strækker sig bagud i forhold til inderrøret 24, og drivmotorer 6, som primært strækker sig inden i inderrøret 24.
Claims (6)
1. System til opbygning af en aksialblæser, hvilken aksi-alblæser omfatter et omkring en centerakse udformet, og i hovedsagen cirkulærcylindrisk udformet blæserrør, hvori der er indrettet en blæserroter, hvilken blæserrotor har et rotornav der i hovedsagen falder sammen med centeraksen i blæserrøret, og er anbragt i forlængelse af og forbundet med drivakselen i en drivmotor, og hvor der bagved blæserrotoren er indrettet et motorhus for montering og fastholdelse af drivmotoren, hvilket motorhus omfatter et i hovedsagen cirkulærcylindrisk inderrør, som har en forreste ende der vender mod roternavet, og en bageste ende der vender bort fra rotornavet, og som ved hjælp af et antal ribber fastholdes i blæserrøret, således at inderø-rets centerakse er sammenfaldende med centeraksen på blæserrøret, og hvor motorhuset yderligere omfatter et eller flere monteringsbeslag indrettet til montering af drivmotoren til inderrøret, KENDETEGNET VED, at systemet omfatter i det mindste en lille og en stor drivmotor, hvilke drivmotorcr begge cr indrettet til montering på ct monteringsbeslag, og hvor den lille drivmotors største dimension målt vinkelret fra drivakselens centerakse, er mindre end den tilsvarende største dimension på den store drivmotor, og hvor inderrørets radius på indersiden af inderrøret er større end den største dimension på den lille drivmotor, og mindre end den største dimension på den store drivmotor, og hvor monteringsbeslagene omfatter et første beslag, som tillader at den lille motor monteres til inderrøret, således at i det mindste den del af den lille motor, som har den største dimension, strækker sig helt indeni inderrøret, og et andet beslag, som tillader at den store motor monteres til inderrøret, således at i det mindste den del af den store motor, som har den største dimension, strækker sig helt bagved den bageste ende på inderrøret.
2. System ifølge krav 1, KENDETEGNET VED, at inderrøret og det første monteringsbeslag, er udformet således at de tillader montering af det første monteringsbeslag nærmest ved den forreste ende på inderrøret.
3. System ifølge krav 1, KENDETEGNET VED, at inderrøret og det andet monteringsbeslag, er udformet således at de tillader montering af det andet monteringsbeslag nærmest ved den bageste ende på inderrøret.
4. System ifølge krav 3, KENDETEGNET VED, at i det mindste ét af monteringsbeslagene har en cirkulær yderste flange, som har samme ydre radius, som den indre radius på inderrøret, således at monteringsbeslaget afstiver inderrøret efter montering i dette.
5. System ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, KENDETEGNET VED, at radius på inderrørets forreste ende svarer til radius på den del af rotornavet der er nærmest ved inderrørets forreste ende.
6. System ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, KENDETEGNET VED, i det mindste enkelte af ribberne er udformet som ledeflader for den strømmende luft i aksial-blæseren.
