Claims (11)

1. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyldstof (19) såsom nougat- eller frugtstykker i spiseismasse (18), hvor nævnte indretning omfatter: et hus (2) med mindst en indfødningsåbning (14) for nævnte spiseismasse og mindst en indgang (15) for nævnte fyldstof til et hulrum (3) i huset samt en afgangsåbning (15), en rotor (4) med en eller flere lamelplader (5-7) til indblanding af nævnte spiseismasse og fyldstof ved rotation, hvor lamelplademe skaber et antal celler (8-13) i nævnte hulrum ved at blive presset mod hulrummets overflade, kendetegnet ved, aten eller flere af nævnte lamelplader (5-7) er forsynet med en eller flere gennemgående åbninger (17; 21; 22) til skabelse af forbindelse mellem cellerne.
2. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at nævnte hulrum (3) er en boring og at centrum for nævnte rotor (4) er forskudt i forhold til centrum for boringen.
3. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 2 kendetegnet ved, at centrum for nævnte rotor (4) er forskudt horisontalt i forhold til nævnte mindst ene indgang (15).
4. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 2 eller 3 kendetegnet ved, at nævnte rotor har kanaler (23-25) så nævnte lamelplader (5-7) og en eller flere gennemgående åbninger (17) bevæges ind eller ud af rotoren (4) ved rotation af rotoren.

6. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5 kendetegnet ved, at lamelplademe (5-7) består af to plader indbyrdes forskudt 90 grader eller tre plader indbyrdes forskudt 60 grader.
7. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 6 kendetegnet ved, at de to eller tre lamelplader (5-7) har indhak i højre (26) eller venstre side (27) eller i begge sider (26,27).
8. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 7 kendetegnet ved, at indhakkene (26, 27) er firkantede med en længde (1) hovedsageligt svarende til lamelplademes bevægelse i længderetningen.
9. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge krav 8 kendetegnet ved, at lamelplademe (5-7) ved indhakkene (26, 27) har forbindelsesstykker (28) med bredder (bi, b2) der samlet hovedsageligt svarer til den fulde bredde af en lamelplade.
10. Indretning (1) til indblanding af partikulært fyld ifølge et eller flere af kravene 7 til 9 kendetegnet ved, at nævnte en eller flere gennemgående åbninger (17; 21; 22) er placeret ved eller i nærheden af de tværgående kanter (29) af indhakket eller de yderste tværgående kanter (30) for lamelplademe (5-7).
11. Fremgangsmåde til indblanding af partikulært fyldstof såsom nougat- eller frugtstykker i spiseismasse ved en indretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 10.
