Description

PATENTKRAV 1. Fremgangsmåde til smøring af cylinderflademe i store dieselmotorer især skibsmotorer, omfattende mindst et smøreapparat med en eller flere stempelpumper, der er forbundet med og som hver forsyner et eller flere forskellige smøresteder, der er placeret i cylindervæggene, kendetegnet ved, at smøreoliemængden fra et givet pumpeslag til et eller flere smøresteder reguleres idet der etableres en central, fortrinsvis elektronisk styring af stempel pumpens slaglængde. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at smøreoliemængden reguleres ifølge kundespecifikke reguleringsalgoritmer, der er indeholdt i en elektronisk styreenhed. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der skiftevis reguleres smøreoliemængde til forskellige smøresteder i forskellige cylindre, der smøres ved anvendelse af et eller flere smøreapparater. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at oliedoseringen fra smøreapparatet indstilles således at en smøring uden regulering af nogen smøreoliemængde medfører at der ingen undersmøring optræder ved smøringen af cylindrene. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at styringen omfatter en aktivering af en aktuator, der er forbundet med et indstilleligt stop for stemplets slaglængde og som har en position uden regulering for maksimal oliedosering og som trinløs eller stepvis variabelt kan øge eller mindske oliedoseringen til en situation uden oliedosering. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at omstilling af stempelpumpens slaglængde foretages ved et tidspunkt mellem smøreslag for smøreapparatet, og fortrinsvis initieres af et index-signal for afsluttet smøreoliedosering ffa smøreapparatet. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et pumpeslag benyttes til forsyning af 1 - 6 eller flere smøresteder i en cylindervæg. 8. Anlæg til smøring af cylinderflademe i store dieselmotorer især skibsmotorer, omfattende mindst et smøreapparat med en eller flere stempelpumper, der er forbundet med og som hver forsyner et eller flere forskellige smøresteder, der er placeret i cylindervæggene, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en elektronisk styreenhed, der er forbundet med et reguleringsorgan for stempelpumpens slaglængdeindstillingsorgan, hvilket reguleringsorgan fortrinsvis er elektronisk styret. 9. Anlæg ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at reguleringsorganet omfatter en aktuator, der er forbundet med et indstilleligt stop for stemplets slaglængde og som har en position uden regulering for maksimal oliedosering og som trinløs eller stepvis variabelt kan øge eller mindske oliedoseringen til en situation uden oliedosering. 10. Anlæg ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at hver stempelpumpe er forbundet med 1 - 6 eller flere smøresteder i en cylindervæg.
