Claims (22)

1. Endoglucanase-polypeptid, der omfatter cellulolytisk aktivitet og er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: a) et polypeptid omfattende en aminosyresekvens, der har mindst 95 % identitet med SEQ ID NO: 2, og b) et polypeptid af a), der mangler det kulhydrat-bindende domæne, eller det kulhydrat-bindende domæne og linker-regionen.
2. Endoglucanase-polypeptidet ifølge krav 1, hvor aminosyresekvensen har mindst 98 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 2.
3. Endoglucanase-polypeptidet ifølge krav 1, der har aminosyresekvensen af SEQ ID NO: 17 eller SEQ ID NO: 19.
4. Endoglucanase-polypeptidet ifølge krav 1, der er opnåeligt fra eller stammer fra Acremonium sp., fortrinsvis fra Acremonium thermophilum, mest fortrinsvis fra Acremonium sp. CBS 115240.
5. Endoglucanase-fusionsprotein omfattende den cellulolytisk aktive kerne af et polypeptid, der har mindst 95 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO 2, forbundet til et heterologt kulhydrat-bindende domæne (CBD).
6. Endoglucanase-fusionsproteinet ifølge krav 5, hvor CBD og en eventuel linker-region er afledt fra Trichoderma reesei CBHI, Chaetomium thermophilum CBHI, eller Acremonium sp. xylanase.
7. Endoglucanase-fusionsproteinet ifølge krav 6, hvor fusionsproteinet har en aminosyresekvens valgt fra gruppen bestående af en aminosyresekvens, der har mindst 71 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 39, mindst 69 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 40, og mindst 69 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 41.
8. Isoleret polynukleotid, der koder for endoglucanase-polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7.
9. Det isolerede polynukleotid ifølge krav 8, der har en nukleotidsekvens valgt fra gruppen bestående af: a) en nukleotidsekvens af SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 16, SEQ ID NO: 18, SEQ ID NO: 36, SEQ ID NO: 37, eller SEQ ID NO: 38; b) en komplementær streng af a); og c) en sekvens, der er degenereret som et resultat af den genetiske kode til en hvilken som helst af sekvenserne som defineret i a) eller b).
10. Ekspressionsvektor omfattende en polynukleotidsekvens, der koder for endoglucanase-polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7.
11. Værtscelle omfattende en ekspressionsvektor ifølge krav 10.
12. Værtscellen ifølge krav 11, hvilken er af svampeoprindelse.
13. Værtscellen ifølge krav 12, hvilken er Trichoderma reesei.
14. Proces til fremstillingen af et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 omfattende trinnet at dyrke værtscellen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 13.
15. Enzympræparat omfattende et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7.
16. Proces til biostoning, hvilken omfatter trinnet at tilsætte et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 eller et præparat ifølge krav 15 til bomuldsindeholdende stof eller klæder, såsom denim.
17. Proces til biofinishing, hvilken omfatter trinnet at tilsætte et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 eller et præparat ifølge krav 15 til tekstilmaterialer såsom stoffer eller klæder eller garn.
18. Detergentsammensætning omfattende et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 eller et præparat ifølge krav 15 og hjælpestoffer, såsom overfladeaktive stoffer, surfaktanter, blegemidler eller builder.
19. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af cellulosefiber-indeholdende tekstilmateriale, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at bringe tekstilmaterialet i kontakt med detergentsammensætningen ifølge krav 18.
20. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af træ-afledt pulp eller fiber, hvilken omfatter trinnet at tilsætte et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 eller et præparat ifølge krav 15 til træ-afledt mekanisk eller kemisk pulp eller sekundære fibre.
21. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af kvaliteten af dyrefoder, hvilken omfatter at behandle plantemateriale med et endoglucanase-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller et endoglucanase-fusionsprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 eller et præparat ifølge krav 15.
22. Escherichia coli-stamme med accessionsnummer DSM 17324, DSM 18813, DSM 18814, DSM 18815, DSM 18816 eller DSM 18817.
