Claims (12)

  1. VARMEVEKSLER OG KEDEL OMFATTENDE VARMEVEKSLEREN
    1. Varmeveksler til udveksling af varme mellem et første og et andet medium, hvilken varmeveksler omfatter: et hus, der har en afdeling, som indeholder en flerhed af i alt væsentligt parallelle rør (24), hvilken afdeling omfatter en indgang (18) og en udgang (30), der er placeret således, at det første medium tvinges til at strømme fra indgangen (18) til udgangen (30) i en strømningsretning, der i alt væsentligt er parallel med rørene, en flerhed af aflange overfladeforstørrende elementer (28) til forbedret udveksling af varme, hvor hvert element har en første ende, der er forbundet med ét af rørene (24) og strækker sig på skrå og generelt på tværs i forhold til strømningsretningen til en anden ikke-fastgjort ende, kendetegnet ved, at varmeveksleren endvidere omfatter mindst én lyddæmpende plade (52), der er monteret mellem mindst to af rørene (24), således at afdelingen er underopdelt i to eller flere underafdelinger, hvor hver af disse underafdelinger omfatter en flerhed af rørene (24).
  2. 2. Varmeveksler ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden ikke-fastgjorte ende er placeret opstrøms for den første ende i forhold til strømningsretningen.
  3. 3. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de overfladeforstørrende elementer (28) i alt væsentligt er rørformede.
  4. 4. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det overfladeforstørrende element (28) definerer en længde mellem den første og anden ende i intervallet 10 til 60 mm, såsom 20 til 55 mm, såsom 40 til 50 mm, såsom 41 til 49 mm, fortrinsvis 43 mm.
  5. 5. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de overfladeforstørrende elementer (28) er fremstillet af stål, såsom rustfrit stål, eller som et alternativ aluminium eller kobber.
  6. 6. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det overfladeforstørrende element (28) definerer en krumning.
  7. 7. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den lyddæmpende plade (52) indbefatter en flerhed af åbninger, der har en størrelse inden for intervallet 0,01 mm til 2 mm, såsom 0,5 til 1,5 mm, såsom 0,75 mm til 1,25 mm, fortrinsvis i alt væsentligt lig med 1 mm.
  8. 8. Varmeveksler ifølge krav 7, hvor åbningerne i alt væsentligt er ellipseformede, cirkelformede, firkantede, rektangulære eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
  9. 9. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den lyddæmpende plade (52) er fremstillet af stål, rustfrit stål, aluminium, galvaniseret stål eller et keramisk materiale.
  10. 10. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den lyddæmpende plade (52) har en tykkelse på 0,508 mm (0,020") til 5,08 mm (0,2"), såsom 1,016 mm (0,040"), såsom 2,032 mm (0,080"), såsom 3,048 mm (0,120"), fortrinsvis 1 mm.
  11. 11. Varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det første medium er en gas, fortrinsvis røggas, og det andet medium primært er vand og/eller damp.
  12. 12. Kedel, navnlig kedel til montering i et oceangående fartøj, hvilken kedel omfatter en varmeveksler ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11.
