Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rørformet mellemprodukt af plast med låseorganer anbragt langs den ene poseside til efterfølgende forarbejdning til 5 poser, hvilken fremgangsmåde er af den i krav l’s indledning angivne art.
Man har længe kendt poser med poselukke, der består af en han-del og en hun-del, som strækker sig langs posens åbne ende. Den almindelige måde til fremstilling af sådanne 10 poser består i at ekstrudere et rør, som i sig selv omfatter de nævnte låseorganer, hvilket rør flades ud under lukning af låseorganerne, hvorefter de enkelte poser afskæres efter dannelse af respektive tværgående svejsesømme. Denne fremgangsmåde har den ulempe, at låseorga-15 nerne nødvendigvis må være af samme materiale som selve posematerialet. Der er derfor blevet foreslået flere metoder til at forbinde særskilt ekstruderede låseorganer med et ekstruderet rør af posemateriale. I den senere tid er der blevet udviklet metoder, som omfatter fastgøring af 20 låseorganer til et fladt materialeark, hvorved selve posematerialet kan have den bedst mulige sammensætning, medens låseorganerne kan fremstilles af et dertil egnet materiale. Især kan selve posematerialet være et lamineret materiale. Det er imidlertid nødvendigt at omforme det 25 flade materiale til rørform for at kunne fremstille poser deraf.
Størstedelen af lukbare poser er bestemt til at tjene som emballage for et deri indeholdt materiale. Poserne skal således fyldes med et materiale og skal sælges som en pose 30 med deri indeholdt materiale. Når det rørformede mellemprodukt skal omformes til enkelte poser, kan man samtidigt fylde poserne manuelt. Dette er imidlertid en langsom og dyr metode. Der er blevet foreslået en fremgangsmåde, ved hvilken det rørformede mellemprodukt opskæres imellem 35 låseorganerne, og materialet indføres imellem låseorganerne oven over en første tværgående svejsesøm i det rørfor-

2 mede mellemprodukt. Derpå lukkes låseorganerne igen, og en anden tværgående svejsning udføres, hvorved den færdige, fyldte pose fremkommer. Denne fyldning af poserne på tværs 5 af bevægelsesbanen er imidlertid også en forholdsvis langsom proces.
En almindelig metode til fremstilling af materialefyldte plastposer består i brug af en lodret forme-, fylde- og svejsemaskine. Denne maskine tager en flad strimmel plast-10 folie, som føres opad omkring et formeorgan og derpå nedad i en rørformet form, medens de ud for hinanden liggende længdekanter af plastfolien sammensvejses. Et materiale indføres gennem åbningen i den øverste del af den rørformede form, og de fyldte poser fremkommer ved periodiske 15 tværgående svejsninger på det rørformede mellemprodukt.
Denne metode er hurtig, og i GB-patentskrift nr. 1.394.335 er det foreslået at opskære et rørformet mellemprodukt til poser med låseorganer til en flad strimmel, som derpå trækkes over et formeorgan på samme måde som ovenfor be-20 skrevet for posemateriale, der ikke er forsynet med låseorganer.
Således omhandler det nævnte GB-patentskrift nr. 1.394.335 en maskine til formning, fyldning og forsegling af poser, hvori de udløselige låseorganer ikke er tvunget til at 25 følge bestemte baner med en konstant indbyrdes afstand. Faktisk udgør i denne kendte maskine styringen af kant-lukkeorganerne og banematerialet et betydeligt problem.
Det skal i parentes bemærkes, at i denne kendte maskine er det nødvendigt at anvende forskellige formekraver for hver 30 posestørrelse, og denne breddevariation indebærer en risiko for rynkedannelse i banematerialet og deraf følgende vanskeligheder ved formekraven. Et af de styringsproblemer, der findes ved maskinen ifølge GB-patentskrift nr. 1.394.335, opstår på grund af den kendsgerning, 35 at banematerialet oplagres på forrådsrullen med kantluk-keorganerne i indbyrdes indgreb. 3 ikke anbringes nøjagtigt flugtende på opspolingstromlen, og det er derfor umuligt at opspole banematerialet nøjagtigt på tromlen. Dette er årsgen til behovet for 5 efterfølgende gen-flugtning af kantlukkeorganerne, f.eks. ved hjælp af dertil indrettede styreruller. Det fremgår desuden af dette skrift, at den indbyrdes afstand mellem kantlukkeorganerne kan variere, og at der mellem deres bevægelser kan være forskelle, der skal udlignes. Det skal 10 endvidere fremhæves, at funktionen af de nævnte styreruller ifølge dette patentskrift ikke er at tvinge kantlåse-organerne til at følge bestemte baner med en fast indbyrdes afstand, men blot at bringe dem til at flugte med et lodret midterplan gennem maskinen. Styreorganerne i 15 således kendte maskiner beskæftiger sig ikke med at opretholde en fast afstand mellem de to profilorganer, men blot at sikre, at hvert af dem befinder sig i den samme afstand fra det nævnte lodrette midterplan. Som anvendelsen af en fjeder viser, kan den faktiske afstand mellem de to lukke-20 organer variere, forudsat at sådanne variationer altid sker i samme udstrækning på hver side af midterplanet.
Det er på denne baggrund opfindelsens formål at anvise en fremgangsmåde af den indledningsvis angivne art, som under anvendelse af enkle midler gør det muligt at opnå en hen-25 sigtsmæssig styring af materialet på en sådan måde, at slutproduktet kan fremstilles i høj takt og uden rynker, folder eller beskadigelse af plastelementerne, eller andre problemer, og dette formål opnås ved ifølge opfindelsen at gå frem som angivet i krav l’s kendetegnende del. Ved den 30 således angivne tvangsmæssige styring af lukkeorganerne næsten helt hen til formekraven opnås, at de med stor sikkerhed kommer til indbyrdes indgreb ved eller umiddelbart efter passagen gennem formekraven. Risikoen for rynke- eller foldedannelse eller beskadigelse af plast-35 materialet er således praktisk taget fjernet.

4 gangsmåden. Denne maskine er af den i krav 6’s indledning angivne art, og er ifølge opfindelsen ejendommelig ved den i dette kravs kendetegnende del angivne udform-5 ning og indretning. Denne maskine har vist sig velegnet til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden, med de ovenfor omtalte fordele til følge.
Opfindelsen angår ligeledes en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af poser, og denne fremgangsmåde er ifølge 10 opfindelsen ejendommelig ved det i krav 5's kendetegnende del angivne.
Hensigtsmæssige udførelsesform for fremgangsmåden og maskinen ifølge opfindelsen, hvis virkninger er nærmere forklaret i den efterfølgende specielle del af nærværende 15 beskrivelse, er angivet i krav 2-4 henholdsvis 7-11.

Den i fig. 1 viste maskine har en forrådsrulle 1 for et plastlaminat 2, der derfra føres til en cylindrisk styrevalse 3. Over styrevalsen 3 findes en forrådsrulle 4 for 10 et han-låseorgan 5 og et hun-låseorgan 6 for de poser, der skal fremstilles. Låseorganerne 5 og 6 passerer over profilerede styreruller 7 og 8 hen til profilerede trykruller 9 og 10, der holdes trykket mod styrevalsen 3. Til den plane side af låseorganerne 5 og 6 føres klæbemiddel 15 gennem dyser 11 og 12. Gennemføringen af låseorganerne 5 og 6 gennem mellemrummet mellem styrevalsen 3 og trykrullerne 9 og 10 sammen med plastlaminatet 2 bevirker dannelsen af et poseudgangsmateriale 13, der passerer gennem mellemrummet mellem to drivruller 14 og 15 til en 20 båndakkumulator 16, som omfatter flere frit ophængte valser 17. Den øverste 14 af drivrullerne 14,15 er profileret ved enderne, således at den fastlægger en fast afstand mellem låseorganerne 5 og 6 på plastlaminatet 2.
Denne afstand er lig med afstanden mellem trykrullerne 9 25 og 10 og også lig med afstanden mellem profileringerne på valserne 17, som kan bevæges frit op og ned i forhold til drivrullen 14, hvorved forrådsstationen eller båndakkumulatoren 16 kan oplades eller aflades.
Posematerialet 13 føres fra båndakkumulatoren 16 over en 30 styrevalse 18, der er forsynet med styringer i form af riller 19, der har samme indbyrdes afstand som rillerne i drivrullen 14, og derfra lodret opdad til en cylindrisk valse, 20, hvorfra posematerialet 13 føres til en forme-krave 21. Posematerialet 13 føres op over formekraven 21 35 og derpå nedad i form af et rørformet mellemprodukt 22.

Under formekraven 21 findes en anden fast styring 23, der indeholder midler til at styre låseorganerne 5 og 6 hen til en stilling lige over for hinanden, og til at bringe 5 låseorganerne 5 og 6 i indgreb med hinanden.
Under styringen 23 findes et par lodrette svejsekæber 24, der kan bevæges i forhold til hinanden i retning af pilene 25, og som tjener til at sammensvejse de to frie kanter af plastlaminatet 2 uden for låseorganerne 5,6. I det færdige 10 produkt danner denne svejsning en tyverisikret lukning af den færdige pose med indhold. Under svejsekæberne 24 findes der et værktøj 28 til at danne en indadgående fold i længdekanten af det rørformede mellemprodukt 22 modsat længdekant, der er svejset sammen af svejsekæberne 24.
15 Under værktøjet 28 findes et par tværgående svejsekæber 26 samt et tværgående skæreværktøj 27. Delene 26 og 27 er indrettet til at blive bevæget frem og tilbage i lodret retning samt til at blive bevæget hen mod og bort fra hinanden. I en løftet begyndelsesstilling bevæges svejse-20 kæberne 26 mod hinanden, hvorved de frembringer de tværgående svejsesømme på det rørformede mellemprodukt 22. Medens disse svejsesømme dannes, bevæges svejsekæberne 26 lodret nedad, idet de trækker materialebanen op over formekraven 21 fra båndakkumulatoren 16 imod vægten af 25 valserne 17. Under denne nedadgående bevægelse af delene 26 og 27 bevæges skæreværktøjet 27 på tværs imellem de to svejsesømme, hvorved det adskiller en færdig pose fra det rørformede mellemprodukt 22. Når svejsekæberne 26 har nået det nederste punkt af deres lodrette bevægelse, fjernes de 30 fra hinanden, og skæreværktøjet 27 trækkes tilbage, hvorefter begge delene 26,27 bevæges opad igen. Under den opadgående bevægelse af de tværgående svejsekæber 26 aktiveres de lodrette svejsekæber 24 til dannelse af den omtalte svejsesøm. Båndakkumulatoren 16 er dimensioneret 35 til at kunne optage en kontinuerlig tilførsel af posematerialet 13' under den trinvise fremføring af materialet til formekraven 21,

Et fyldemateriale kan nedhældes gennem den øverste åbne ende af det rørformede mellemprodukt 22 i retning af pilen 29 under den opadgående bevægelse af svejsekæberne 26, 5 således at der ved den følgende svejsning ved hjælp af svejsekæberne 26 dannes en færdig artikel bestående af en pose med indhold.
I fig. 2 er vist en ændret udførelse af den i fig. 1 viste maskine. Posematerialet 13 trækkes opad fra en båndakkumu-10 lator svarende til båndakkumulatoren 16 i fig. 1, og derpå over en cylindrisk valse 30. Posematerialet 13 føres derpå vandret hen over tre cylindriske valser 31,32 og 33 og hen til den viste formekrave. Trykrullepar 35 holdes trykket mod enderne af valserne 31,32 og 33. Til hver af valserne 15 31,32,33 hører to trykrullepar 35, og sammen- hørende trykrullepar 35 har en indbyrdes fast afstand, således at låseorganerne 5 og 6 fremføres i parallelle baner imod formekraven. Afstanden mellem to sammenhørende trykrullepar 35 er fortrinsvis lig med afstanden mellem 20 rillerne i hver af de profilerede trykruller 9 og 10. Hver trykrullepar 35 har to rullelejer, der er monteret på en aksel med en indbyrdes afstand, der svarer til bredden af de samvirkende dele af låseorganerne 5 og 6.
Fra den sidste af de cylindriske valser 33 føres posemate-25 rialet 13 til en profileret valse 34, hvis riller har samme indbyrdes afstand som to sammenhørende trykrulle par 35, og derfra over formekraven til et styreorgan 50, der vil blive beskrevet nærmere i det følgende under henvisning til fig. 4 og 5. Et par lodrette svejsekæber 24 30 og vandrette svejsekæber 26 samt et ikke vist skæreværktøj er anordnet ligesom i den i fig. 1 viste maskine, I fig. 3 er vist en ændret udførelse af de styreruller, der ligger mellem den cylindriske valse 30 og den profilerede valse 34 i den i fig. 2 viste maskine.

8 I fig. 3 dannes styringerne på hver side af posemateri-alét 13 af rullelejepar 40,41 anbragt henholdsvis over og under posematerialet 13. Det øverste og nederste rullele-5 jepar 40 og 41 er monteret på hver sin aksel henholdsvis 42 og 43, der er fastgjort til en bæreplade 44, som sidder på en stang 45, der er fastgjort til maskinstellet. Akslerne 42 og 43 er skruet ind i gevindhuller i bærepladen 44, således at afstanden mellem rullelejeparrene 10 40,41 ved hver sin side af posematerialet 13 kan indstil les ved klargøringen af maskinen. De to rullelejer i hvert par 40 og 41 er anbragt med en indbyrdes afstand, der netop tillader han-låseorganet 5 eller hun-låseorganet 6 at passere imellem rullelejerne. Den lodrette afstand 15 mellem sammenhørende rullelejer 40 og 41 er således valgt, at der fås en præcis styring og fremføring af låseorganerne 5 og 6 sammen med plastlaminatet 2.
Styringen 23 på nedstrømssiden af formekraven 21 er vist nærmere i fig. 4 og 5. Den omfatter to holdeorganer 51 og 20 52 for et antal styreelementer. Holdeorganet 51 er stift fastgjort ti maskinstellet, medens holdeorganet 52 er bevægeligt imod og bort fra holdeorganet 51 ved hjælp af en hydraulisk cylinder med stempel 53, hvis stempelstang er fastgjort til holdeorganet 52, medens cylinderen er 25 forbundet med maskinstellet. På nedstrømssiden af holdeorganerne 51 og 52 findes to yderligere holdeorganer 54 og 55, hvoraf holdeorganet 54 er stift fastgjort til maskinstellet, medens holdeorganet 55 er bevægeligt hen mod og bort fra holdeorganet 54 ved hjælp af en hydraulisk 30 cylinder med stempel 56, hvis cylinder er forbundet med maskinstellet, medens stemplet er forbundet med holdeorganet 55.
Holdeorganerne 54 og 55 bærer drejelige cylindriske ruller 57 og 58, der er således anbragt, at låseor- ganerne 5 og 35 6, der under maskinens gang passerer mellem disse ruller i

9 en position lige over for hinanden, tvinges til at gå i indgreb med hinanden. Holdeorganerne 51 og 52 bærer rullepar 60-67, der er anbragt langs bevægelsesbanen for 5 låseorganerne 5 og 6 på en sådan måde, at låseorganerne 5 og 6 lidt efter lidt styres ind i deres stilling lige over for hinanden, hvori de kan sammenføres ved hjælp af rullerne 57 og 58. Selv om rulleparrene 60-67 på holdeorganerne 51 og 52 har anlæg mod den udvendige glatte 10 og flade side af posematerialet 13, er de effektive til at styre låseorganerne 5 og 6, fordi posematerialet har tilbøjelighed til at danne en bule ud for rullerne 60-67, som derved bliver i stand til at styre låseorga- nerne 5 og 6 nøjagtigt. Som vist i fig. 5 er disse ruller anbragt 15 parvis. Et første rullepar 60,61 består hver især af koaksiale ruller 60a,60b og 61a,61b, der fungerer som et første styreelement. På nedstrømssiden af disse findes et andet styreelement i form af rullepar 62,63, der ligeledes består af koaksiale ruller 62a,62b og 63a,63b. Rulleparret 20 62,63 virker ligesom rulleparret 60,61 på begge sider af de respektive låseorganer 5 og 6. Længere nedstrøms er der styreelementer, der hvert består af en enkelt rulle 64 og 65. Disse arbejder på den side af låseorganerne 5,6, som ligger nærmest ved den åbne side af det rørformede 25 mellemprodukt 22. Umiddelbart foran rullerne 57 og 58 er der en sidste styring, som også består af enkelte ruller 66 og 67. Alle disse ruller kan flyttes hen mod og bort fra de respektive holdeorganer 51 og 52 uafhængigt af hverandre, således at man under ind- stillingen af 30 maskinen kan anbringe rullerne i nøjagtig position til at sikre en glat lukning af låseorganerne 5,6, når disse passerer ind mellem rullerne 57 og 58.
Under maskinens drift indtager rullerne 60-67 samt alle styreelementerne 31-35 en fast stilling i forhold til 35 hinanden og til formekraven 21, se fig. 2.

poser ved tilførsel af materiale fra en rulle plastlaminat 2 og fra to ruller med henholdsvis han-låseorganer 5 og hun-låseorganer 6. Fig. 6 viser mere detaljeret midlerne 5 til at forbinde låseorganeme 5 og 6 med plastlaminatet 2.
Styrevalsen 3 er drejeligt lejret i lejer på støtteplader 70 i maskinen. Styrerullerne 7,8 og trykrullerne 9,10 er lejret på respektive monteringsplader 71,72 på maskin-stellet. Rullerne 7,8,9,10 kan udformes som rullelejer på 10 samme måde som rulleparrene 35 og 60-67 i fig. 3, 4 og 5.

Klæbemiddel-sprøjteorganet 75 omfatter en blok 76, som har en dyse 11, der er rettet mod den flade side af låseorganet 6, som passerer over trykrullen 9. Et klæbemiddel føres ind i blokken 76 gennem en opvarmet bøjelig slange 25 77, og luft tilføres gennem et rør 78, der kan åbnes og lukkes ved hjælp af en magnetventil 79. De tværgående svejsekæber 26 på nedstrømssiden af formekraven 21 bevæger sig skiftevis op og ned, hvorved de trækker posematerialet 13 ud fra båndakkumulatoren 16 og over styrevalsen 18 og den cylindriske valse 20, se fig. 1, henholdsvis over tilsvarende valser 30 og 34, se fig. 10 2, til formekraven 21. Den første styring, der dannes af disse valser 18,20 eller valserne 30-34, sikrer, at låseorganerne 5 og 6 ankommer i korrekt stilling til formeka-ven 21. Når det rørformede mellemprodukt 22 trækkes bort formekraven 21, vil den anden styring 23, der er vist 15 detaljeret i fig. 4 og 5, sikre, at låseorganerne 5 og 6 er korrekt placeret i forhold til hinanden, hvorefter de bringes i indgreb med hinanden ved hjælp af de cylindriske ruller 57 og 58. De dobbeltvirkende hydrauliske cylindre med stempel 53 og 56 får rulleparrene i styringen 20 23 til at bevæge sig mod hinanden, når maskinen går i gang, og de får disse rullepar til at bibeholde deres korrekte stilling under maskinens gang. Cylindrene aktiveres til bevægelse af rulleparrene bort fra hinanden, når maskinen stilles i tomgang. Efterhånden som det rørfor-25 mede mellemprodukt 22 trækkes nedad ved hjælp af de tværgående svejsekæber 26, formes en indadgående fold i posematerialet ved hjælp af værktøjet 28, og skæreværktøjet 27 fraskærer de enkelte poser, der eventuelt kan indeholde et materiale, som i retning af pilen 29 er 30 blevet hældt ned i den opadvendende åbning foroven i det rørformede mellemprodukt 22. Ved returbevægelsen af de tværgående svejsekæber 26 sammenføres de lodrette svejsekæber 24 i retning af pilene 25 under dannelse af en tyverisikret lukning af den fyldte pose, idet herved 35 sammensvejses de frie kanter af posen, der ligger overfor hinanden uden for låseorganerne 5 og 6.

Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rørformet mellemprodukt (22) af plast til efterfølgende forarbejd- 5 ning til poser, der kan lukkes udløseligt langs den ene kant, hvilken fremgangsmåde er af den art, der omfatter følgende trin a-d: a) der fremføres fladt, baneformet foliemateriale (2), langs hvis kanter der tilføres og fastklæbes pro- 10 filerede lukkeorganer (5,6) af plast til dannelse af et poseudgangsmateriale (13), b) poseudgangsmaterialet føres mod en formekrave (21), c) poseudgangsmaterialet (13) formes omkring formekraven (21) til dannelse af et i alt væsentligt 15 rørformet emne (22), idet lukkeorganerne (5,6) styres ind i forud bestemte positioner, hvori de vender mod hinanden, og d) lukkeorganerne (5,6) bringes i indgreb med hinanden, kendetegnet ved, at lukkeorganerne (5,6) styres ved hjælp 20 af profilerede, drejelige styreorganer (14,17,18) opstrøms for formekraven (21) på en sådan måde, at lukkeorganerne (5,6) tvinges til at følge hver sin bane, som har en fast indbyrdes afstand fra kontakten med styringerne og frem til en forud bestemt position opstrøms for formekraven 25 (21).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at lukkeorganerne (5,6) tvinges til at passere over tilsvarende profilerede drejelige styringer (14,17,18) opstrøms for formekraven (21), hvilke styringer er anbragt i faste 30 positioner for derved at fastlægge de nævnte baner.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at de profilerede lukkeorganer (5,6) styres ind i en position, hvor de vender imod hinanden, ved hjælp af styringer (23), der er fast anbragt i forhold til hinanden 35 og anbragt nedstrøms for formekraven (21). DK 159487 B
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, a) at det rørformede emne (22) bevæges skridtvis, og b) at poseudgangsmaterialet (13) fremføres i hovedsagen 5 kontinuerligt, idet længder af materialet midlerti digt oplagres i et opsamlingsforråd (16) opstrøms for formekraven (21).
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af poser indeholdende et produkt ud fra det rørformede emne fremstillet 10 ved fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1-3, kendetegnet ved, a) at poseudgangsmaterialet (13) føres opad til formekraven (21) og derfra nedad til tilvejebringelse af en opadvendende adgangsåbning til det rørformede emnes (22) indre, 15 b) produktet indføres gennem den nævnte adgangsåbning, og c) det rørformede emne forsegles periodisk på tværs af den nævnte nedadgående bevægelsesretning.
6. Maskine til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1-3 og af den art, der omfatter 20 a) organer til fremføring af det baneformede foliemateriale (2) og til fremføring og klæbning af de profilerede lukkeorganer (5,6) til foliematerialet til dannelse af poseudgangsmaterialet (13), b) en formekrave (21) til formning af poseudgangsmateria- 25 let til rørform (22), c) samleorganer (23,25) anbragt nedstrøms for formekraven (21) og indrettet til at anbringes i en fast stilling i forhold til denne og til at indstyre de profilerede lukkeorganer (5,6) til en stilling, hvor de vender mod 30 hinanden og bringes i indgreb med hinanden, og d) styreorganer for poseudgangsmaterialet anbragt opstrøms for formekraven (21), kendetegnet ved, e) at styreorganerne (14,17,18) er indrettet til at lede 35 de profilerede lukkeorganer (5,6) tvangsmæssigt til DK 159487 B opretholdelse af en konstant afstand mellem dem, og f) at i det mindste nogle af styreorganerne er profilerede, drejelige styrevalser (14,17,18).
7. Maskine ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at samle- organerne omfatter profilerede, drejelige ruller (60a,b-63a,b).
8. Maskine ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at samleorganerne har efter hinanden følgende styreelemen- 10 ter til fremadskridende indstyring af de profilerede lukkeorganer (5,6).

10. Maskine ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at op samlingsforrådet (16) er anbragt mellem et første (14) og et andet (18) af styreorganerne.
11. Maskine ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6-10, kendetegnet ved, at formekraven (21) er således anbragt, 20 at det rørformede emne (22) dannes med en opadvendende åbning.
