Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en emballagebeholder, hvor et sømløst, rørformet emne af plastmateriale forbindes med en endevæg samt forsynes med en ringformet kantbelæg-5 ning, og hvor røremnet gennem opblæsning til anlæg mod indersiden af et formhulrum tildannes til en beholder med en i det væsentlige cylindrisk beholderdel.
Ved en sådan kendt fremgangsmåde (GB-PS 10 21 974) ekstruderes der et emne af plastmate-10 riale, og efter forbindelse med en yderligere endevæg opblæses emnet til den færdige beholderfacon inden i et formhulrum. Samtidig med denne fremgangsmåde sker også fyldningen og lukningen af beholderen, idet det ekstruderede plastemne i nærheden af ekstruderingsmundstykket 15 formes til en beholderbund og lukkes efter opfyldning med fyldgods. Det har dog vist sig, at den væsketætte lukning af beholderbunden i nærheden af mundstykket giver problemer, og desuden har beholdervæggen, navnlig i de af stærke krumninger prægede vægområder, ikke til-20 strækkelig styrke, så at der her ligesom ved beholderbundens forseglede lukkested er risiko for brud, navnlig ved den håndtering af beholderen, der forekommer under transport.
Endvidere er det kendt (US-PS 3 873 660) at give 25 et rørformet plastemne en sådan facon, at størstedelen af emnet befinder sig i afstand fra væggen af formhulrummet. Inden opblæsningen til beholderfaconen strækkes emnet i længderetningen for at længdeorientere plastmolekylerne, hvorefter det ved indblæsning af gas under 30 tryk også udvides radialt indtil anlæg mod væggen af formhulrummet under samtidig mindskning af temperaturen af plasten for foruden en tykkelsesreduktion at opnå en molekylorientering. De ovennævnte problemer ved den kendte teknik kan dog ikke løses ad denne vej.
35 Opfindelsen har til opgave at forbedre frem gangsmåden af den indledningsvis nævnte art på en sådan 2

måde, at der under anvendelse af enkle fremgangsmådetrin kan fremstilles en formstabil emballagebeholder med mindst mulig forbrug af plastmateriale.
Fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen er ejendomme-5 lig ved, at det eventuelt af flere lag opbyggede emne efter forbindelsen med endevæggen samt med kantbelægningen og inden opblæsningen til beholderen strækkes i sin længderetning for at længdeorientere emnets form-stofmolekyler, og at der på beholderdelen anbringes et 10 ydre hylster af et relativt stift, trykabsorberende materiale.
Opfindelsen anviser ikke alene en blot og bar anvendelse af længdestrækning på det fra indledningen kendte, men anviser derimod en fælles anvendelse af de 15 kendetegnende træk. Med opfindelsen løses den ovennævnte opgave på særdeles enkel vis, så at der i beholderen kan opbevares væsker under tryk, uden at der opstår risiko for deformering af denne, hvilket ville skade stableevnen. Den ved fremgangsmåden fremstillede 20 beholder er også meget stabil under håndtering, selv om der kun anvendes en ringe mængde plastmateriale.
En udførelsesform for opfindelsens genstand vil blive beskrevet i det følgende under henvisning til den skematiske tegning, på hvilken 25 fig. 1 viser et længdesnit gennem en emballage beholder, fig. 2 et røremne til fremstilling af den indre plastdel af emballagebeholderen i fig. 1, fig. 3a og b i større målestok et snit af hen-30 holdsvis den øverste og den nederste ende af røremnet i fig. 2, og, fig. 4a og 4b i større målestok et snit gennem henholdsvis den øverste og den nederste del af beholderlegemet i fig. 1.

3 det i fig. 2 viste. Det nævnte rørformede emne kan fortrinsvis fremstilles ved ekstrudering, og hvis det ønskes at fremstille emballagebeholderens beholderlegeme af et laminat omfattende et antal lag af forskellige 5 plastmaterialer, kan det rørformede emne ifølge fig. 2 fremstilles ved hjælp af koekstrudering, dvs. samtidig ekstrudering af et antal plastmaterialer på en sådan måde, at det rørformede emne kommer til at indeholde koncentriske lag af plastmaterialerne. Det ekstruderede 10 rørformede emne 1 har en tykkelse, der overstiger tykkelsen af beholderlegemet i den færdige emballagebeholder, og kan som vist i fig. 2 gøres betydelig kortere end beholderlegemet, for derefter at strækkes til opnåelse af molekylorientering, hvilket i betydelig 15 grad forbedrer plastmaterialets mekaniske egenskaber og styrkeegenskaber i orienteringsretningen. Røremnet 1 forsynes dels med en gavlbrik 10, der lukker den ene ende af røremnet, dels med en kantbelægning 8, der griber om og beskyttende dækker den derværende ende af 20 røremnet 1.
I fig. 3a er i snit i større målestok vist den øverste del af røremnet ifølge fig. 2, og som det fremgåf af fig. 3a, er emballagematerialet i det her beskrevne tilfælde sammensat af tre materialelag, nemlig 25 et centralt materialelag 14 bestående af polyvinyl-alkohol eller polyethylvinylalkohol. Til beskyttelse af det centrale lag 14, der har særdeles gode gasbarrie-reegenskaber, mod at komme i berøring med vand eller fugt omgives det således på begge sider med plastlag 30 15 og 16, der kan udgøres af polypropen, polyvinyl-chlorid, polyester eller lignende materialer. De ovennævnte materialer kan ikke direkte lamineres med det centrale materialelag, men der må mellem plastlagene indføres særlige bindemiddellag, der hæfter til såvel 35 det centrale lag 14 som til de ydre lag 15 og 16.

vendes det nævnte bindemiddellag, men eftersom dette medfører en fordyrelse af materialet, kan disse bindemiddellag i det foreliggende tilfælde undværes, eftersom materialelagene i røremnet 1 holdes effektivt 5 sammen ved hjælp af endebrikken 10 og kantbelægningen 8, hvorfor det ikke er uomgåeligt nødvendigt, at materialelagene 14, 15 og 16 hæfter sammen indbyr des. I fig. 3a er vist, hvorledes kantbelægningen 8 er bukket over røremnet 21 s øvre endekant og for-10 ankret i plastmaterialet ved hjælp af falsning, idet falskanter 17 er trykket ind i plastmaterialet. Kantbelægningen 8 har desuden anordninger 19 til fastgørelse af en ikke vist kapsel over emballagebeholderen 2's tømmeåbning 7. Claims (2)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en emballagebeholder, hvor et sømløst, rørformet emne af plastmateriale forbindes med en endevæg samt forsynes med en 25 ringformet kantbelægning, og hvor røremnet gennem opblæsning til anlæg mod indersiden af et formhulrum tildannes til en beholder med en i det væsentlige cylindrisk beholderdel, kendetegnet ved, at det eventuelt af flere lag opbyggede emne efter forbindel-30 sen med endevæggen samt med kantbelægningen og inden opblæsningen til beholderen strækkes i sin længderetning for at længdeorientere emnets formstofmolekyler, og at der på beholderdelen anbringes et ydre hylster af et relativt stift, trykabsorberende materiale.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kende tegnet ved, at endevæggen og kantbelægningen forankres i det rørformede emne ved falsning.
