Opfindelsen angår en sprøjtestøbeform, der er indrettet til i formens hulrum at forbinde en folies ene side med en sprøjte-støbt genstand, således som nærmere angivet i kravets indledning. Ved fremstilling af et bæger eller en lignende genstand 5 med en folie på den ene side^ f .eks. som diffusionsbarriere eller etiket, indføres folien i en sprøjtestøbemaskines åbnede fom, hvorefter formen lukkes og formstofmassen indsprøjtes.
Anbringelsen af en folie i et sådant bæger eller en lignende, som emballage tjenende genstand har til formål at afhjælpe 10 en af de største ulemper ved anvendelsen af de sædvanligst forekommende billige termoplastmaterialer, såsom styren- og olefinplaster, nemlig disses høje gennemtrængelighed for gasser, aromaer og vanddamp. Dette har i stor udstrækning begrænset anvendelsen af dette materiale som emballage til 15 f.eks. visse levnedsmidler, kemisk-tekniske produkter og kosmetika. Også påvirkningerne på plastmaterialet fra emballagens indhold har i en del tilfælde gjort det nødvendigt at anvende andre materialer til emballagen. Det er tillige almindeligt at forsyne beholdere af formstøbt termoplast 20 med dekoreringer i en eller flere farver, hvad der f.eks. kan opnås ved hjælp af etiketter eller lignende. En folie, der er anbragt ved sprøjtestøbning, kan således også tjene som dekoration eller etiket.
Det har allerede i lang tid været kendt på forhånd at for-25 syne en tynd folie af det samme plastmateriale, som beholderen skal fremstilles af, med påtryk og lægge den ind i formen, inden den egentlige sprøjtestøbning sker. Folien smelter da fast til det indsprøjtede plastmateriale og kommer til at udgøre en del af den færdige beholder. Det er ligele-30 des kendt i stedet for en ren plastfolie at anvende en folie, som udgøres af et laminat bestående af papir belagt med plast, der smelter fast, når massen sprøjtes ind i formen. Fordelene ved disse metoder er, at der kan opnås en dekorering, som sidder godt fast, og som bliver relativt billig i større 35 produktionsserier, eftersom folien kan offsettrykkes i flere 2 150536 farver med stor hastighed. Metoderne er dog behæftede med den ulempe, at ilægningen i formene af den tilklippede eller udstansede folie tager en vis del af produktionstiden, således at arbejdscyklen bliver længere i sammenligning med pro-5 duktion uden dekoration. Omkostningerne for den enkle plastfolie eller laminatet bliver selvsagt også højere end for almindeligt papir.
Der kendes sprøjtestøbeforme af den i krav l's indledning angivne art, jævnfør f.eks. DE-offentliggørelsesskrift nr.
10 2.045.932. Disse sprøjtestøbeforme er imidlertid behæftet med den ulempe, at folien skal "indformes" i et halvkugleformet hulrum i den ene formpart, så at folien ligger tæt an imod formhulrummets væg. Til dette formål skal folien lægges nøjagtigt omkring den i dette hulrum indragende ind-15 sprøjtningsstuds. Disse forløb er imidlertid omstændelige og derfor uhensigtsmæssige.
Det er på baggrund heraf opfindelsens formål at anvise udformningen af en sprøjtestøbeform af den indledningsvis nævnte art, hvori det er betydeligt enklere at indlægge fo-20 lien, og hvori folien indspændes på en sådan måde, at formstof mas sestrømmen på betryggende måde omledes fra indsprøjtningsåbningen gennem hullet i folien til den på bagsiden af folien liggende del af formhulrummet, og dette formål opnås ved en sprøjtestøbeform, som ifølge opfindelsen udviser 25 de i kravets kendetegnende del angivne ejendommeligheder.
I forhold til den tidligere kendte teknik udviser en sådan sprøjtestøbeform den betydelige fordel, at den plane folie med sit hul kan ligge an imod den konvekse hvælving og efter de to formparters sammenføring indspændes let mellem 30 disse, idet det omkring hullet liggende folieområde deformeres under hulkantens tætnende anlæg imod hvælvingen. En indsprøjtningsstuds, der gennemtrænger folien, behøves ikke mere, eftersom en sådan indspænding af folien i sig selv er tilstrækkelig til at sikre, at plastmassestrømmen ledes 150636 3 igennem til foliens bagside. Herved opnås en pålidelig strømning af plastmasse i det til folieranden sluttede rum, så at plastmassen presser folien imod den formpart, hvori indsprøjtningsåbningen er udformet.
5 Opfindelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, der er et snit gennem de dele af en todelt sprøjtestøbeform, der udviser de særlige kendetegn for opfindelsen.
I det viste eksempel antages det, at den todelte form består 10 af to formparter, som på kendt måde kan føres sammen og bort fra hinanden, nemlig en patrice 1 og en matrice 2, som i den viste sammenførte stilling tilsammen danner et formkammer, der f.eks. kan være indrettet til sprøjtestøbning af en bægerformet beholder med en del af sin bund i det viste om-15 råde.
I matricen 2 er der udformet et indsprøjtningsmundstykke 9, som gennem en snæver indsprøjtningsåbning står i forbindelse med det mellem patricen 1 og matricen 2 beliggende formhulrum. Indsprøjtningsåbningen er udformet i midten af en som 20 konveks hvælving udformet forhøjning 11, der rager ind i formhulrummet, som på dette sted danner et riam 13, idet der i patricen 1 over for forhøjningen 11 er udformet en konkav hvælvet fordybning 10. På grund af formhulrummets udformning vil en folie 4, som forinden er blevet anbragt i formhulrum-25 met, ved sammenføringen af patricen 1 og matricen 2 blive presset imod forhøjningen 11, således at kanten 12 i et i folien 4 udformet hul kommer til tætnende anlæg imod forhøjningen 11.
Når støbemassen gennem indsprøjtningsmundstykket 9 i den med 30 pilen viste retning presses ind gennem indsprøjtningsåbningen til rummet 13, ledes massen af rummet 13 til "bagsiden” af folien 4 og presser denne yderligere til anlæg imod matricen 2 således, at folien 4 i det færdige støbeemne
