Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et vandigt, builderholdigt, flydende detergentprodukt af den type, som er genstand for dansk patentansøgning nr. 1884/76, der har ført til dansk patent nr. 146.037, og som er 5 karakteriseret ved, at det indeholder a) 3-12 vægt% af et kaliumalkylbenzensulfonat med 10-18 carbonatomer i alkylkasden, b) 2-8 vægt% af en kaliumsæbe af Cg-C22-fe<^tsyrer eller polymere deraf, 10 c) 0,5-5 vægt% af ét ikke-ionogent renseaktivt materiale, som er et alkylenoxidkondensationsprodukt af et organisk hydrofobt radikal, d) 0,1-2 vægt% af en neutraliseret copolymer af malein- syreanhydrid med vinylmethylether, ethylen eller sty-15 ren, delvis esterificeret med et ikke-ionogent, ren seaktivt materiale som defineret under c), hvilken copolymer har en specifik viskositetsbrøk på 0,1--4,5 (1 g i 100 ml methylethylketon ved 25°C), og e) 1-25 vægt% natriumtripolyphosphat, 20 idet forholdet a:b varierer fra 1:2 til 6:1 og forholdet a:c fra 3:6 til 25:1 og den samlede mængde af a+b+c fra 7,5 til 20 vægt%.
Fortrinsvis indeholder dette detergentprodukt 6--8 vægt% af a, 3-6 vægt% af b, 2-4 vægt% af c, 0,3-1,5 25 vægt% af d og 15-20 vægt% af e.
Det vandige, builderholdige flydende detergentprodukt ifølge den foreli-ggende-opfinde-lse er a-f den ovenfor nævnte art og er ejendommeligt ved, at 20-65 vægts af natriumtripolyphosphatet er erstattet med tetrakalium-30 pyrophosphat.
Det er overraskende, når det nu har vist sig, at en del af natriumtripolyphosphatet kan erstattes med te-trakaliumpyrophosphat, for det fremgår af dansk patentskrift nr. 146.037, at de tidligere kendte vaskeaktive 35 sammensætninger indeholdende tetrakaliumpyrophosphat sammen med ikke-ionogene tensider og eventuelt fedtsyresæber volder vanskeligheder ved stabilisering og giver util- 2 147265

fredsstillende renseevne samt mindre optimal udhældelig-hed og fasestabilitet, jfr. f.eks. de fra tysk offentliggørelsesskrift nr. 2.302.367 og fransk patentskrift nr. 2.074.024 kendte builder-holdige, flydende detergen-5 ter og vaskemidler. Disse ulemper blev overvundet ved en skånsom udvælgelse af bestanddelene indenfor ovennævnte intervaller for komponenterne a-e som ovenfor anført i-følge dansk patent nr. 146.037. Imidlertid har det nu vist sig, at disse fordele stadig opnås ved udskiftning 10 af en del af natriumtripolyphosphatet med tetrakaliumpyro-phosphat, idet fasestabiliteten fremdeles bevares; men herudover konstateres endvidere en bedre renseevne for natriumtripolyphosphat/tetrakaliumpyrophosphatholdige midler ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse end for de tilsva-15 rende natriumtripolyphosphatholdige midler ifølge dansk patent nr. 146.037.
Hvor stor en del af natriumtripolyphosphatet, der erstattes i det enkelte tilfælde, uden at produktets fasestabilitet forringes, afhænger af det konkrete indhold af 20 natriumtripolyphosphat; jo lavere dette er, des mere te-trakaliumpyrophosphat kan der anvendes indenfor området fra 20 til 65% af natriumtripolyphosphatet, som kan erstattes med tetrakaliumpyrophosphat.
Det flydende detergentprodukt er iøvrigt som de-25 fineret overfor vedrørende patent nr. 146.037. Tetra- kaliumpyrophosphatet tilsættes i samme trin som natriumtripolyphosphatet .
Natriumtripolyphosphatet bør fortrinsvis være af en type, som vil hydratisere hurtigt, f.eks. med et højt 30 indhold af fase I, eller allerede kan være delvis hydra-tiseret.
Produktet ifølge opfindelsen kan desuden indeholde yderligere bestanddele såsom smudssuspenderingsmidler, f.eks. carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), methylcellulose, po-35 lyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP) eller copolymer af polyvinylpyr- rolidon og vinylacetat (PVP/VA), i mængder op til 1%, samt 3 o 1-47265 parfumer, fluoresceringsmidler og farvende stoffer i mindre mængder, enzymer, indbefattende protease, amylase, cellu-laser, lipaser og blandinger deraf, opløsningsmidler og hydrotroper. Produktets pH-værdi indstilles på mindst 10.
5 Til yderligere forbedring af renseevnen er det ønskeligt, at produktet også indeholder et alkalimetal-silicat, fortrinsvis i en mængde på 2-10%. Alkalimetal-silicatet er fortrinsvis natriumsilicat med et Na20:Si02~ -forhold, der går fra 1:1 til 1:3,5. Tilstedeværelsen af 10 silicatet kræver, at det endelige produkt har en pH-værdi på mindst 11, hvilket kan opnås ved indstilling med f.eks.
KOH.
Produkterne ifølge opfindelsen fremstilles ved sammenblanding af de forskellige bestanddele, idet det 15 dog er essentielt, at den stabiliserende polymere, bestanddelen d) først er esterificeret med en lille mængde af den ikke-ionogene bestanddel c). Endvidere er det essentielt, at bestanddelene a) - d) sammenblandes med hinanden først, dvs. før de øvrige bestanddele tilsættes.
20 Hvis der inkorporeres et alkalimetalsilicat, er det essentielt, at dette tilsættes efter tilsætning af natrium-tr ipolypho sphatet.
En fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af det omhandlede produkt omfatter følgende trin: 25 1) opløsning af en del af bestanddelen c) i til strækkeligt vand, fortrinsvis under opvarmning, 2) tilsætning af bestanddelen d) til denne opløsning til delvis esterificering af bestanddelen d), 30 3) tilsætning af et overskud af KOH til denne op løsning, 4) tilsætning af bestanddelene a) og b) i syreformen til den i trin 3 opnåede opløsning, der indeholder tilstrækkeligt KOH til at neutralise-35 re bade sulfonsyren og fedtsyren, 147265

4 5) tilsætning af den resterende del af bestanddelen c) til den i trin 4 opnåede blanding og 6) derpå følgende tilsætning af natriumtripoly- phosphatet, såvel som de øvrige eventuelle be- 5 standdele.
Trinene 4 og 5 kan udføres samtidig.
Produkterne ifølge opfindelsen er lette at udhælde, idet deres viskositet (målt ved stuetemperatur med et Brookfield-viskosimeter, spindel nr. 3, 30 rpm) ligger 10 mellem 200 og 2000 cP. Deres fasestabilitet ved henstand i 3 måneder ved 37°C er desuden kendeligt forbedret.
De følgende eksempler skal tjene til nærmere illustrering af det flydende, vandige, builder-holdige detergentprodukt ifølge opfindelsen, idet eksempel 1 og 2 er 15 sammenligning ifølge dansk patent nr. 146.037, og eksempel 3 er ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse.
Eksempel 1 (ifølge dansk patent nr. 146.037).
Et stabilt flydende detergentprodukt fremstilles 20 på følgende måde: I 150 g vand opløses 0,3 g af et ikke-ionogent tensid (primær C^-C^-alkohol kondenseret med 11 EO), og der tilsættes 7,5 g af en copolymer af maleinsyre og vinylmethylether med en specifik viskositetsbrøk på 0,1-25 -0,5 ("Gantrez" An-119), hvorefter blandingen opvarmes til 80°C, indtil copolymeren er opløst.
Med copolymer-opløsningen blandes derefter 280 g vand og 65 g KOH (50%'s opløsning), og derpå indrøres 65 g dodecylbenzensulfonsyre, 20 g kokosnødfedtsyre og 30 30 g oliesyre, som alle neutraliseres in situ af det til stedeværende overskud af KOH. Efter neutralisation tilsættes yderligere 25 g af det ikke-ionogene tensid (sammen med natriumcarboxymethylcellulose (SCMC), fluoresce-ringsmidler og farvestoffer som bibestanddele).
35 Til sidst tilsættes 30 g kaliumtripolyphosphat, 185 g natriumtripolyphosphat og 135 g natriumsilicat (37%'s opløsning, Na20:Si02 = 1:2,5).

Den endelige viskositet for dette produkt er 700 cP (Brookfield, Spindel nr. 3, 30 rpm, 22°C), og pH-vær-dien er 12,5.
5 Eksempel 2 (ifølge dansk patent nr. 146.037).
Eksempel 1 gentages, idet der som bestanddelene a), b) og c) anvendes: 37 g dodecylbenzensulfonsyre, 66 g polymeriseret oliesyre, 10 37 g ikke-ionogent detergent.
Den endelige viskositet er 650 cP, og pH-værdien er 12,5. Da totalsammensætningen ligesom i eksempel 1 udgør 992,8 g, er kaliumsæbens andel 66/992,8 x 100% = 6,8%.

35 Viskositeterne af disse produkter er hhv. 800, 1200 og 1000 cP, og pH-værdien er 12,5. Disse produkter er stabile under tre måneders opbevaring ved stuetemperatur.
