Oheisen keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä valmistaa runkosuolaa sisältävää vesipitoista nestemäistä detergenttiseosta, joka sisältää 2- 10 paino-% aktiivista detergenttiä, vähintään 2 paino-% natrium-tripolyfosfaattia, vähintään 2 paino-% alkalimetalliortofosfaattia, jolloin näiden kahden fosfaattirunkoaineen summa on 5 - 35 paino-%, ja hydrotrooppia tai stabilointisysteemiä, ja jossa alkalimetalli-ortofosfaatti muodostetaan in situ neutraloimalla ortofosforihappo sopivalla emäksellä.
Tällaiset formulaatiot ovat FI-patenttihakemusten 771 608 ja 771 609, joihin tässä yhteydessä viitataan, kohteina. Näissä hakemuksissa olemme kuvanneet ja esittäneet patenttivatimukset seoksista, jotka sisältävät 2-20 paino-% aktiivista detergenttiä, vähintään 2 paino-% natriumtripolyfosfaattia, vähintään 2 paino-% alkalimetalliortofos-faattia, jolloin näiden kahden fosfaattirunkoaineen summa on 3- 35 paino-% ja hydrotrooppia tai stabiloivaa systeemiä.
2 6 2 3 3 5 Näiden aikaisempien hakemusten mukaisesti on mahdollista valmistaa in situ ortofosfaattirunkosuola neutraloimalla formulaatioon lisätty ortofosfaattihappo sopivalla emäksellä, kuten natruimhydroksidilla.
Tällainen menettely saattaa kuitenkin muodostaa jonkin verran sedimenttiä nestemäisessä seoksessa, mikä pienentää näiden tuotteiden muutoin hyviä ominaisuuksia.
Nyttemmin on havaittu, että tämä ongelma voidaan voittaa siten, että nestemäiseen detergenttiseokseen lisätään 0,5 - 5 paino-% mono-, di-tai trialkanoliamiinia, jossa alkanoli on etanoli, propanoli tai isopropanoli.
Oheisen keksinnän avulla on myös mahdollista valmistaa seoksia, jotka sisältävät enemmän natriumtripolyfosfaattia, so. yli noin 12 paino-% seoksesta, tarvitsematta käyttää tietyn tyyppistä natriumtripolyfosfaattia, so. nopeasti hydratoituvaa yhdistettä tai yhdistettä, jonka faasi I pitoisuus on suuri, kuten edellä mainituissa hakemuksissa on esitetty.
Oheisessa keksinnössä käytetty alkanoliamiini on edullisesti tri-etanoliamiini. Alkanoliamiinia käytetään yleensä 0,5 - 5 paino-% seoksesta.
Ortofosforihapon, joka neutraloidaan in situ sopivalla neutralointi-aineella, kuten kaliumhydroksidilla, määrä on sellainen, että alkali-metalliortofosfaattia saadaan määrä, jonka suuruus on ilmoitettu edellä mainituissa hakemuksissa.
Keksinnön mukaisen seoksen muut ainesosat ovat samanlaisia kuin edellä mainituissa hakemuksissa, joihin tässä yhteydessä viitataan.

Tämä neste oli kirkas, stabiili neste, jota voitiin kaataa 0°C:ssa. Sen pH oli 12,5 ja viskositeetti 200cP (Brookfield-viskositeettimit-tari, kara n:o 3, 30 kierr./mih., lämpötila 22°C).

Tuotteen A viskositeetti oli 200 cP (Brookfiled, kara 3, 30 kierr./ min., lämpötila 22°C) ja pH 12,5, ja se oli kirkas ja stabiili säilytettäessä aina -5°C:een asti.
Tuote B oli kirkas ja stabiili useita kuukausia huoneen lämpötilassa. 0°C:ssa se jonkin verran sakeni mutta ei jähmettynyt. Pesukoneilla suoritetuissa kokeissa ei tapahtunut mitään ylivaahtoamista, ei edes puhtaita kankaita käytettäessä.
