(54)Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af varme- og lydisolerede ledningsrør.
Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af varme- og lydisolerede ledningsrør, der består af et metalrør, fortrinsvis af kobber, en isolation af skumfonnstof og en ydre kappe, ved hvilken fremgangsmåde der på metalrøret anbringes en skruelinieformet afstandsholder, fortrinsvis af papir, omkring hvilken der af et i længderetningen ført bånd formes et rør med slids, at der i den endnu åbne slids indgives et selvopskummeligt formstof, hvorefter båndets kanter sammen-OQ
føjes indbyrdes.
no ^ En sådan fremgangsmåde kendes fra beskrivelsen til dansk patentansøg- J· ning nr. 5530/70. Ved denne fremgangsmåde har det vist sig nødvendigt at udforme båndet således, at det evner at optage de på grund af frik-^ tionen optrædende store trækkrafter. Vil man, således som heri beskre- ^ vet, anvende et plastbånd, så er kun ét bånd af hårdt polyvinylchlorid 2 *

egnet, hvilket bånd imidlertid er så sprødt og skørt, at det ved bøjning af røret knækker og revner, og tillader at fugt trænger ind i isoleringen.
Det er den foreliggende opfindelses formål at anvise et ledningsrør af den indledningsvis beskrevne art, og som kan tåle temperaturforandringer, og som samtidigt kan bøjes.
Fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen er ejendommelig ved, at der på båndet efter færdighærdning af skumformstoflaget ekstruderes en ydre kappe af en copolymer, der danner en stærk, adhæsiv forbindelse med båndet.Denne copolymerkappe, der er påekstruderet på det bånd, som omhyller skum stofformlaqet, gør det muligt, at røret kan bøjes uden, at båndet knækker og revner, idet der på grund af den intime binding mellem copolymerkappen og båndet ikke opstår rivninger i båndet.
Opfindelsens væsentlige fordel ligger således deri, at det på-ekstruderede copolymerlag intimt klæber til båndet, så at det såledesfremstillede rør let lader sig bøje, uden at det hidtil som selvstændig yderkappe anvendte bånd ved anvendelse af et fleksibelt skum knækker og revner, hvilket kan føre til en beskadigelse af denne hidtil benyttede ydre kappe. Det er således lykkedes at vikle store længder af et ledningsrør, fremstillet ved fremgangsmåden ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse, i ringbundter .
Opfindelsen er nærmere forklaret nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen, som skematisk viser en udførelsesform for et ledningsrør fremstillet ved fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen.
Omkring et kobberrør 1 er anbragt et lag 12 af et fleksibelt poly-urethanskum for at opnå varme- og lydisolation. Under opskumnings-processen tjener et bånd 7 som form for skumstoffet. Tynde bånd af polyvinylchlorid har vist sig fordelagtige, men der kan også anvendes tynde metalfolier. På dette bånd 7 bliver der efter færdig-hsrdningen af skumformstoflaget 12 ekstruderet en kappe 13 af en for tilklæbningen egnet copolymer af ethylen eller en copolymer på basis af vinylchlorid. Denne kappe 13 klæber meget intimt til båndet 7 på grund af sin kemiske opbygning, således at ledningsrøret let kan bøjes, uden at båndet 7 knækker sammen. Med 4 er betegnet en skruelinieformet afstandsholder, eksempelvis af poly-urethan, som holder båndet 7 i samme afstand fra kobberrøret 1.
