I Japansk patentoffentliggørelse nr. 6199/63 beskrives det, at organophosphorforbindelser med den almene formel RO X O y R'

P - NH - S - N (X) RO O ^ R" i hvilken R betyder lavere alkyl, R' og R", der kan være ens eller forskellige, betyder hydrogen eller lavere alkyl, og X betyder oxygen eller svovl, har insecticid virkning.

Det har desuden vist sig, at ved langtidsanvendelsen af større mængder af organophosphorforbindeiser, såsom parathion og EPN, og organochlorforbindelser, såsom BHC og DDT og carbamat-forbindelser, er de pågældende skadelige organismer blevet resistente over for de nævnte forbindelser.
Der består derfor et behov for nye midler til bekæmpelse af skadelige organismer, hvilke midler har ringe toksicitet over for varmblodede dyr, men er virksomme til bekæmpelse af sådanne skadelige organismer, der er blevet resistente over for de kendte midler af den nævnte art.
Opfindelsen angår hidtil ukendte, insecticidt, acaricidt, nematodicidt og fungicidt virksomme phosphorsyreamidestere til anvendelse ved plantebeskyttelse eller andre tekniske formål, og disse phosphorsyreamidestere er ejendommelig ved, at de har den almene formel R1«) X /R3 \ll / P - N *4 (I) 2 / \ R S S02N\d5

De har især en glimrende virkning mod spindemider, der er blevet resistente over for forskellige skadedyrsbekæmpelsesmidler på organophosphorbasis.
I fomlen (I) betyder R^ fortrinsvis alkyl med 1-4 carbonatomer, nemlig methyl, ethyl, n- eller isopropyl eller n-, sek.-, 2 tert.- eller isobutyl, R betyder fortrinsvis alkyl med 1-4 carbonatomer eller- alkenyl med 2-4 carbonatomer, f.eks. vinyl, allyl 3 eller butenyl, R betyder fortrinsvis alkyl med 1-4 carbonatomer eller phenyl, r4 betyder fortrinsvis alkyl med 1-4 carbonatomer, og R5 betyder fortrinsvis alkyl med 1-4 carbonatomer eller phenyl.

De ovenfor i forbindelse med fremgangsmådevarianten a) nævnte opløsningsmidler kan anvendes til fremstilling af det ønskede produkt med høj renhedsgrad og i gode udbytter.
Fremgangsmåden ifølge varianten b) kan gennemføres inden for et bredt temperaturområde. Almindeligvis foretages omsætningen ved temperaturer fra -20°C til kogepunktet for blandingen, fortrinsvis ved 0-100°C. Skønt det er fordelagtigt at gennemføre reaktionen ved at atmosfæretryk, kan den også gennemføres ved forøget eller formindsket tryk.
Som allerede nævnt har de her omhandlede forbindelser en glimrende insecticid, acaricid og nematodicid virkning.
De er virksomme mod planteskadelige organismer, sundhedsskadelige insekter, mider og nematoder og skadelige organismer, der angriber lagerprodukter, og -forener en ringe fytotoksicitet med en god virkning mod sugende og gnavende insekter og mider.
Af denne grund kan de her omhandlede forbindelser med godt resultat anvendes som skadedyrsbekæmpelsesmidler til plantebeskyttelse, inden for hygiejneområdet og til beskyttelse af .1 ager pr oduk ter.
De her omhandlede forbindelser kan også anvendes inden for veterinærmedicinen, da de ligeledes er virksomme mod ekto-parasitter såsom parasitære fluelarver, spindedyr, blodmider og nematoder.
De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer er godt planteforenelige, udviser en ringe fytotoksicitet over for varmblodede dyr og kan anvendes til bekæmpelse af skadelige organismer hørende til arten af leddyr, f.eks. insekter og mider, og skadelige organismer hørende til arten nematoder (trådorme) inden for skovbruget, til beskyttelse af lagerprodukter og lagermaterialer og inden for hygiejneområdet.
De er virksomme over for normalt følsomme, men også over for resistente arter i alle eller i det mindste en udviklingsfase.

De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer har også en meget stærk fungitoksisk virkning. De er uskadelige over for landbrugsprodukter i de til bekæmpelse af skadelige svampe nødvendige koncentrationer. Fungitoksiske midler anvendes ved plantebeskyttelse til bekæmpelse af Plasmodiophoromycetes, Oomycetes, Chytridiomy-cetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes og Deuteromycetes.
De her omhandlede forbindelser er også yderst virksomme mod især Piricularia oryzae og Pellicularia sasakii, der ofte angriber risplanter, og de har en vedvarende forebyggende og helbredende virkning. De nævnte forbindelser er derfor også egnet til bekæmpelse af disse pathogene svampe.
På grund af deres glimrende osmotiske virkning har de her omhandlede forbindelser fremragende fungicide og forplantningshæmmende virkning over for fytopathogene svampe, der angriber risplanter i oversvømmede marker, og de kan derfor anvendes til bekæmpelse af disse skadelige organismer. Den osmotiske virkning medfører, at de virksomme stoffer udviser en høj gennemtrængningsevne med hensyn til cellevæggene i fytopathogene svampe. Af denne grund resorberes de virksomme stoffer meget hurtigt i de skadelige organismer, og den tilstræbte virkning viser sig allerede efter kort tids forløb.
De her omhandlede forbindelser kan med godt resultat anvendes på vandoverflader til bekæmpelse af plantesygdomme, der er fremkaldt af pathogene svampe. På grund af deres yderligere insecticide, acaricide og nematodicide virkning fører de til besparelser af arbejdskraft inden for landbruget.
Desuden består der ikke en fare for remanenstoksicitet hos landbrugsprodukter ved anvendelse af de her omhandlede forbindelser, da de ikke indeholder giftige tungmetaller såsom kviksølv og arsen, og desuden er deres toksicitet over for fisk ringe.
De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer kan overføres i de sædvanlige formuleringer, såsom opløsninger, emulsioner, befugtelige pulvere, suspensioner, pulvere, pudringsmidler, skum, pastaer, opløselige pulvere, granulater, aerosoler, suspensions-emulsionskoncentrater, frøbehandlingspulvere, naturlige og syntetiske materialer imprægneret med det virksomme stof, finindkapslinger i polymere stoffer og i overtrækskompositioner for frø og i formuleringer til anvendelse med røgudrustninger, f.eks. røgpatroner, røgdunke og røgslanger, samt i koldfordråbnings- og varmfordråbningsformuleringer til anvendelse efter ultra-low-volume-metoder.

Disse formuleringer kan fremstilles på kendt måde, f.eks. ved blanding af de virksomme stoffer med strækkemidler, dvs. flydende eller kondenserede gasformige fortyndingsmidler eller bærestoffer, eventuelt under anvendelse af overfladeaktive midler, dvs. emulgatorer og/eller dispergeringsmidler og/eller skumdannende midler. Ved anvendelse af vand som strækkemiddel, kan der f.eks. også anvendes organiske opløsningsmidler som hjælpestoffer.
Som flydende fortyndings- eller bærestoffer, især som opløsningsmidler, skal der især nævnes aromatiske carbonhydrider, såsom xylen, toluen, benzen eller alkylnaphthalener, chlorerede aromatiske eller aliphatiske carbonhydrider, såsom chlorbenzener, chlorethylener eller methylenchlorid, aliphatiske eller cycliske carbonhydrider, f.eks. cyclohexan eller paraffiner, f.eks. jord-oliefraktioner, alkoholer, f.eks. butanol eller glycol samt deres ethere og estere, ketoner såsom acetone, methylethylketon, methy1-isobutylketon eller cyclohexanon, eller stærkt polære opløsningsmidler, f.eks. dimethylformamid eller dimethylsulfoxid, og vand.
Med kondenserede gasformige fortyndings- eller bærestoffer menes væsker, der er gasformige ved normal temperatur og normalt tryk, f.eks. aerosoldrivstoffer såsom dichlordifluorme-than eller trichlorfluormethan.
Som faste bærestoffer anvendes der fortrinsvis formalede naturlige mineraler, såsom kaoliner, lerjordsarter, talkum, kridt, kvarts, attapulgit, montmorillonit eller kiselgur, og formalede syntetiske mineraler, f.eks. højdispers kiselsyre, lerjordsarter og silicater.
Foretrukne eksempler på emulgatorer og skumdannende midler er ikke-ioniske og anioniske emulgatorer, f.eks. poly-oxyethylenfedtsyreestere, polyoxyethylenfedtalkoholethere, f.eks. alkylarylpolyglycolethere, alkylsulfonater, alkylsulfater og aryl-sulfonater, samt albuminhydrolyseprodukter. Foretrukne eksempler på dispergeringsmidler er f.eks. lignin, sulfitlud og methylcellu-lose.
I formuleringerne kan der også anvendes klæbe- eller bindemidler, f.eks. carboxymethylcellulose, og naturlige og syntetiske polymere i form af pulvere, granulater eller latexer, f.eks. gummi arabicum, polyvinylalkohol og polyvinylacetat.

Der kan anvendes farvestoffer, såsom uorganiske pigmenter, f.eks. jernoxid, titanoxid og berlinerblåt, og organiske farvestoffer, såsom alizarin-, azo- og metalphthalocyaninfarvestoffer, og spornæringsstoffer, såsom salte af jern, mangan, bor, kobber, cobalt, molybden og zink.
De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer kan i formuleringerne blandes med andre virksomme stoffer, f.eks. fungicider, insectici-der, acaricider, nematodicider, herbicider, fugleafskræknings-midler, vækstregulatorer, plantenæringsstoffer og midler til forbedring af jordstrukturen.
Formuleringerne indeholder almindeligvis 0,1-95 vægtprocent virksomt stof, fortrinsvis 0,5-90 vægtprocent.
De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer kan anvendes i handelsgængse formuleringer eller i ud fra disse formuleringer fremstillede præparater.
Indholdet af virksomt stof i de ud fra handelsgængse formuleringer fremstillede præparater kan varieres inden for vide grænser. Koncentrationen af virksomt stof i de anvendte præparater andrager 0,0001-20 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 0,005-10 vægtprocent.
De her omhandlede virksomme stoffer kan anvendes ifølge enhver sædvanlig metode, f.eks. ved vanding, sprøjtning, fordråbning, udstrøning, bestøvning, opskumning og afgasning. De kan også anvendes ved den såkaldte ultra-low-volume-metode, der består i, at præparatet af virksomt stof eller det virksomme stof som sådan påføres planterne eller dele af planterne, eller at det virksomme stof sprøjtes ned i jorden. Også plantefrø kan behandles med det virksomme stof.
Almindeligvis anvendes det virksomme stof i doseringsmængder på 0,03-10 kg, fortrinsvis 0,3-6 kg pr. hektar jordoverflade.
Disse mængder kan imidlertid efter behov under- eller overskrides.
Ved anvendelse til bekæmpelse af sundhedsskadelige organismer og skadelige organismer, der angriber lagerprodukter, udviser de virksomme stoffer en glimrende residualvirkning på træ og ler og en god stabilitet over for alkaliske og kalkede underlag.
De sædvanlige metoder til opnåelse af et høstresultat ved landbrugsprodukter kan forbedres ved hjælp af forbindelserne 141755 ίο ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse.

Eksempel (i)
Et befugteligt pulver fremstilles ved pulverisering og blanding af 15 dele af forbindelse nr. 1, 80 dele af en l:5-blanding af kiselgur og kaolin og 5 dele emulgator (polyoxyethylenalkyl-phenylether). Pulveret kan før påsprøjtningen fortyndes til en koncentration på 0,05%.
Eksempel (ii)
Et emulgerbart koncentrat fremstilles véd blanding og omrøring af 30 dele af forbindelsen nr. 4, 30 dele xylen, 30 dele methylnaphthalen og 10 dele polyoxyethylenalkylphenylether. Koncentratet kan før påsprøjtningen fortyndes med vand til en koncentration på 0,05%.
Eksempel (iii)
Et pudringsmiddel fremstilles ved pulverisering og blanding af 2 vægtdele af forbindelsen nr. 2 og 98 vægtdele af l:3-blanding af talkum og ler og udstrøs.
Eksempel (iv)
Et pudringsmiddel fremstilles ved pulverisering og blanding af 1,5 dele af forbindelse nr. 7, 0,5 dele isopropyl-hydrogenphosphat (PAP) og 98 dele af en l:3-blanding af talkum og ler.
Eksempel (v) 10 dele af forbindelsen nr. 10, 10 dele bentonit, 78 dele af l:3-blanding af talkum og ler og 2 dele ligninsulfonat blandes, og der tilsættes 25 dele vand. Blandingen blandes grundigt og overføres derpå ved hjælp af en ekstrusionsgranulator i et granulat med en partikelstørrelse på 350-700/1 (20-40 mesh), der tørres ved 40-50°C.

For at overføre det virksomme stof i et egnet præparat blandes 1 vægtdel virksomt stof med den ovenfor anførte mængde opløsningsmiddel, der indeholder den ovenfor anførte mængde emulgator, og blandingen fortyndes med vand til den ønskede koncentration.
Sødkartoffelblade neddyppes i et vandigt præparat med den ønskede koncentration af virksomt stof. Efter tørring i luft anbringes bladene i petriskåle med en diameter på 9 cm. Derpå anbringes 10 larver af Prodenia litura Fabricius på det tredje udviklingsstadium i petriskålene, og skålene anbringes med 28°C i et klimakammer. Et præparat af virksomt stof fremstilles ved pulverisering og blanding af 2 vægtdele virksomt stof og 98 vægtdele talkum. Det som ovenfor beskrevet fremstillede præparat af virksomt stof anbringes i med Meloidogyne incognita acrita podet jord, således at der opnås en koncentration på 50 henholdsvis 25 henholdsvis 10 henholdsvis 5 ppm. Blandingen omrøres og blandes ensartet og anbringes i potter med et flademål på 200 cm2.
I den således behandlede jord anbringes der i hvert tilfælde ca. 20 tomatfrø af varieteten Kurihara pr. potte. Tomatfrøene dyrkes i et drivhus. Efter 4 ugers forløb udtages planterne fra potterne, uden at rødderne beskadiges, og angrebsgraden på 10 vilkårligt udvalgte rødder vurderes på grundlag af efterfølgende skala til bestemmelse af rodknudeindekset:

På det fjerde til femte bladstadium påføres en 0,08%'s opløsning af virksomt stof, der er blevet fremstillet som ovenfor beskrevet, direkte på vandoverfladen ved hjælp af en pipette i en mængde på 10 ml pr. potte således, at risplanterne ikke direkte kommer i berøring med opløsningen.

Denne doseringsmængde svarer til 8 kg virksomt stof pr. hektar.
Efter 4 dages forløb podes risplanterne ved besprøjtning med en suspension af sporer af Piricularia oryzae. Planterne holdes i 24 timer i et podekammer ved 23-25°C og en relativ luftfugtighed på 100% og derpå i et drivhus ved 20-28°C. På den 8. dag efter podningen sammenlignes fladearealet af med Piricularia oryzae-angrebne bladsteder med angrebsarealet af ubehandlede podede risplanter, og sygdomsforhindringsforholdet beregnet i procent. Samtidig vurderes visuelt de skader, der kan føres tilbage til fytotoksi-citeten af det virksomme stof. Symbolet - betyder en fuldstændig mangel på fytotoksiske skader.

De efterfølgende fremstillingseksempler tjener til en nærmere belysning af fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af de her omhandlede forbindelser.
Eksempel 1 C.H.O. ° ^ CH, P - N J /CH.
C.HCS/ ^ S0,N
2 5 2 \ch3 17,6 g natrium-N,N-dimethyl-N'-methylsulfamid suspenderes i 150 ml toluen, og der tilsættes 18,9 g O-ethyl-S-ethylthiophosphoryl-chlorid. Blandingen opvarmes derpå i 3-5 timer til 70-80°C til fuldstændiggørelse af reaktionen. Efter fuldendt omsætning afkøles reaktionsblandingen til stuetemperatur, vaskes med vand og 1%'s natriumhydroxidopløsning og tørres med vandfrit natriumsulfat. Efter afdampning af toluenen ved formindsket tryk fås 22 g 141755 18 O-ethyl-S-ethyl-N-methyl-N- (dimethylsulfamyl) - amidothiolophosphat, 20 nD = 1,4886, i form af en farveløs olie.

Wh/ °2 \ i 5 5,6 g kaliumhydroxid opløses i 100 ml ethanol og mættes ved stuetemperatur med gasformig hydrogensulfid til opnåelse af en ethanolopløsning af kaliumhydrogensulfid. Den fremkomne opløsning blandes med 32 g 0,0-diethyl-N-methyl-N-(diethylsulfamyl)--amidothiolophosphat, og blandingen omrøres i 4-5 timer ved 70-75°C. Efter sænkning af den indre temperatur til ca. 40°C blandes produktet med 14 g n-propylbromid. Blandingen omrøres derpå i yderligere 3 timer ved 65-70°C til fuldstændiggørelse af reaktionen. De flygtige komponenter afdampes fra reaktionsblandingen ved formindsket tryk. Til remanensen sættes toluen, og blandingen vaskes med vand og en 1%'s vandig natriumhydroxidopløsning. Efter tørring med vandfrit natriumsulfat afdampes toluenen, og der fås 20 g O-ethyl-S-n-propyl-N-methyl-N-(diethylsulfamyl)-amidoi- 20 ^ thiolophosphat i form af en farveløs olie med ηβ = 1,4805.

3 2 2 2 ^ch3 30 g kalium-O-ethyl-N-methyl-N-(dimethylsulfamyl)-amido- thiophosphatopløses i 150 ml methylethylketon, og til opløsningen
sættes 14 g n-propylbromid. Blandingen opvarmes i 3 timer ved 60-70°C
til fuldstændiggørelse af reaktionen.. Efter afdestillering af me- thylethylketonen sættes der toluen til blandingen, og derpå vaskes der med vand og en 1%'s vandig natriumhydroxidopløsning. Efter tørring med vandfrit natriumsulfat afdampes toluen ved formindsket tryk til fremstilling af 23 g O-ethyl-S-n-propyl-N-methyl-N-(dimethylsulfamyl)- 20 -amidothiolophosphat med nD = 1,4865 i form af en farveløs olie.
De efterfølgende forbindelser fremstilles analogt med den i de ovenfor angivne eksempler beskrevne fremgangsmåde.

Til suspensionen sættes 21,9 g O-ethyl-S-n--propyldithiophosphorylchlorid. Blandingen opvarmes langsomt og omrøres i 4-5 timer ved 35-45°C. Efter afsluttet reaktion afdampes acetonitrilen. Til remanensen sættes toluen, og blandingen vaskes med vand og en 1%'s vandig natriumhydroxidopløsning.
Efter tørring af toluenlaget med vandfrit natriumsulfat afde-stilleres toluenen ved formindsket tryk, og remanensen tørres i 1 time ved 70°C/1 mm Hg. Der fås 21 g O-ethyl-S-n-propyl-N- -methyl-N-(dimethylsulfamyl)-amidodithiophosphat i form af en 20 farveløs olie med nD = 1,5155.
