Dabei kann die Wärme entweder dem Metall direkt oder über die z.B. aus nichtleitendem Werkstoff bestehende Giessform zugeleitet werden und zwar an der Stelle des dünnwandigen Gusses selbst oder unmittelbar davor. Auch dürfte es zweckmässig sein, das flüssige Metall vor dem Eintritt in die Form selbst zusätzlich auf induktivem Wege zu erwärmen. Diese Erwärmungsmethode erlaubt die Induktionsspule so auszubilden, dass die Wärmeübertragung auf diejenigen Teile des Gusses oder der Giessform beschränkt wird, bei denen die Wärmezufuhr notwendig ist, um Gussfehler zu vermeiden.According to the invention, it is proposed to use inductive heating during the casting process in such a way that the cast material, which is intended for particularly thin-walled parts, is additionally supplied with heat.
