Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigung für Luftreifen oder Luftreifenmäntel,
welche ein leichtes Abnehmen zum Zweck der Reparatur ermöglicht. Eine derartige Befestigung
wird dadurch erreicht, dafs ein seiner Länge nach geschlitzter Luftreifen oder Luftreifenmantel
mit seiner einen Kante in einem auf dem eigentlichen Radkranz axial verschiebbaren
Ringe befestigt ist, und die andere Kante zwischen dem Flantsch dieses Ringes und dem

Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der neuen Befestigung dargestellt,

Aus Fig. 3 ist die Anordnung des verschiebbaren Ringes auf dem Radkranz c erkennbar.
Der letztere ist nur an einer Seite mit einem Flantsch cx ausgerüstet, von der
anderen Seite wird ein rinnenförmiger, genau auf den Radkranz passender Ring b auf denselben
aufgeschoben. In diesem ist die eine Kante des Luftreifens α bezw. des Luftreifenmantels
α1 befestigt. Die andere Kante, welche zweckmäfsig etwas verstärkt ist, wird zwischen
die Flantschen b* und cx des Ringes b und
des Radkranzes c gelegt, der Ring b fest gegen den Flantsch cx geprefst und beispielsweise
durch Klammern d festgestellt, so dafs die freie Kante des Luftreifens zwischen den beiden
