Das Lösungsvermögen dieser hellfarbigen Verbindungen ist gegenüber den bekannten schwarzbraunen Sulfonierungsprodukten stark erhöht, wobei auch die hellfarbigen Sulfonsäuren allein bereits eine wesentliche Steigerung der Löslichmachung gegenüber den schwarzbraunen Sulfonierungsprodukten bewirken. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eignet sich insbesondere für die Löslichmachung von Fettsäuren.
