KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung dient zum Aufdrucken der bei verschiedenen Hölzern, z. B. Mahagoni, Nufsbaum, Eichen, Eschen u. s. w., sichtbaren Porenzeichnung auf bereits holzartig vorgemalte Flächen, um hierdurch bei holzartigem Anstrich die gröfstmögliche Naturähnlichkeit zu erzielen.
In einem vorn gegabelten Hefte sind über einander zwei Walzen C und D (Fig. 1) gelagert. Die untere D ist aus einer Anzahl von Blechscheiben (von der in Fig. 3 vergröfsert dargestellten Art) zusammengesetzt, welche an den Rändern in unregelmäfsigen Abständen so abgebogen und dann in ihrer Drehrichtung so gegen einander versetzt sind, dafs, wenn die Walze mit Farbe versehen und dann über eine bereits vorgemalte Fläche geführt wird, die unregelmäfsig vertheilten, mehr oder weniger hoch belassenen Kantentheile der Scheiben eine Anzahl von Strichen aufdrucken, welche der Porenzeichnung des Holzes ähnlich sind. Die obere Walze C (in Fig. 4 vergröfsert dargestellt) besteht aus weichem Gummi und wird mit Farbe, welche sie an die Unterwalze abgeben soll, durch einfaches Hinführen der umgekehrt gehaltenen Vorrichtung über eine mit Farbe bestrichene Fläche versehen. Anstatt der Oberwalze C kann auch ein mittelst Feder niedergehaltener Pinsel E, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, oder ein anderes beliebiges Farbezuführungsmittel benutzt werden. .

Claims (2)

Patent-Ansprüche:
1. Vorrichtung zum Aufdrucken der Porenzeichnung auf holzartigen Anstrich, bestehend aus einer Druckwalze, welche aus einer Anzahl auf hoher Kante mit unregelmäfsigen Ausschnitten versehener und beliebig seitlich abgebogener, in ihrer Drehrichtung verstellbarer Blechscheiben zusammengesetzt ist, und einer parallel daneben gelagerten Farbenwalze aus weichem Gummi, von der die Druckwalze beim Hinführen über die zu bedruckende Fläche Farbe empfängt.
2. Der Ersatz der Farbenwalze durch Pinsel oder ähnliche Mittel zur Zuführung von Farbe zu der Druckwalze.
